02/01/2025: Almeno in apparenza, la pulizia non è delle migliori. Le omelette sono arrivate fredde e semi crude, abbiamo chiesto di scaldarle e in effetti erano solo scaldate ma erano sempre semicrude. Le porte del bagno non si chiudevano. L'unica cosa decente è il prezzo.

28/12/2024: Très bon accueil et personnel au top 👌 nous avons très bien mangé par contre le service a été long et nos plats sont arrivés tièdes. Mais bien quand même !

05/01/2026: Behind the window of the restaurant "Le Fontclo" at the ESAT Umane (formerly Adapei), which does excellent work, I am writing to testify about the management of the residential care home after being removed from my position as head of service for spurious and abusive reasons, just like my excellent partner in adapted sports, Olivier G., who, like me, was a whistleblower on serious and repeated instances of workplace mistreatment between 2024 and 2025. These incidents were perpetrated by a management team that used corruption, manipulating emotions with a principle of reciprocity and backroom deals to consolidate its authority and ensure a code of silence surrounding its practices. This director harasses and fires honest, dedicated, and competent people to conceal her incompetence in running an institution subsidized by public funds. In early 2024, an employee nearly died due to the tyranny of toxic staff, and a mistreated resident was left to fend for themselves. The institution, after serious negligence and finally two successive department heads mistreated, insulted, and dismissed by a director who sows discord, spreads misinformation, and diverts the Works Council from its obligations by creating workplace suffering through a game of destructive alliances. The labor inspectorate, occupational health services, and the CFDT union leadership were alerted after informing the national management of the Red Cross, which remained deaf to requests for explanations and genuine dialogue, leading to a case being filed with the labor court and a report to the Regional Health Agency (ARS). This is extremely shocking for an NGO that promotes humanist values ​​and exemplary conduct while destroying the health and careers of its staff and its more committed partner network. This testimony aims to inform families who did not understand my sudden departure, nor that of Olivier G., despite my excellent work in adapted sports and the tireless efforts I made in providing medical and educational support, despite my professional exhaustion.

28/09/2024: A perfect welcome! A restaurant that doesn't look like much but in which you feel good! The waitresses are adorable, helpful, and always have a kind word. The dishes were very good, plentiful and fresh. The desserts are killer, I think they are homemade! Well done to you!

26/09/2024: How can you claim to be a cook and serve such poor quality bagged salad? No taste (to be polite), more expensive than "real" salad, keeps for a shorter time and then rinsing and stripping a salad takes very little time and requires no special skills. I don't understand... Uninteresting and poorly executed cuisine. Otherwise the waitresses are adorable and efficient and the location is pleasant.

14/06/2026: The establishment is fantastic, with superb rooms and a beautiful garden with a stunning swimming pool. Sylvie and Denis's service is impeccable, and the cuisine is simply worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant!

13/08/2024: Nous étions de fidèle client, et la dernière fois que nous sommes venus ça a été un désastre. Nous avions réservé la table était sale, non dressé le service déplorable vous avez perdu des clients nous ne reviendrons plus

03/08/2024: Un patron et un serveur vraiment très sympathique, toujours avec le sourire et arrangeant. Les plats cuisinés sont beaucoup trop cher pour la quantité servie. Entrées bonnes mais plats chaud sans plus … les 3/4 des coquillages étaient fermés.

04/08/2024: Nous devions arriver à 12h30 mais suite à une panne de voiture sommes arrivés 12 personnes à 14h, et bien malgré tout nous avons été très bien accueilli. Vu l’heure, nous avons simplifié les choix et sommes très satisfait des plats servis, poulet et calelonnis. Quant au dessert tous très bons et varié c’est un bon restaurant,

08/06/2024: Tout d’abord un très bon accueil et ensuite de très jolis petits plats avec une vraie recherche, aussi bien sur le goût que pour les couleurs. Des plats originaux faits avec les produits du coin. Vraiment top et pardon d’avoir demandé un coca zéro 🤣
