29/09/2024: Restaurant which was well renowned....but unfortunately I think that is no longer the case....I came to eat on Saturday evening in meat it was offered spider but there was only the web....the meat was ribbed as impossible...the manager recognized it...and offered another meat...but I think as a restaurateur you should have removed it from your menu that evening....and offered something else...

09/09/2024: Gastro or Autogrill!? While we arrived and consumed a lot, the service offered throughout the meal was tinged with palpable tension. We were in t-shirts due to an improvised program and we were immediately judged by these Saint-German people, who gave us their little careerist snobbery, incapable of decoding the soul of an individual. Their Gault et Millau plaque won in the 90s, where they celebrated a “reputation for a luxury green table” is only a shadow of itself today. Only a few dishes stand out and are of a gourmet level, the rest is livid and tasteless like the service, serving a tasteless foie gras, wrapped in its red fruit jelly, trying with difficulty to give it a little consistency . No look, not a smile, not a thank you, just the norm, just the minimum “what you need” ending with the TPE mechanically stretched out. Accompanied by a mention “who pays? Right or left? ". Special mention to the head waiter serving the guests on duty briefly and without embellishment without looking at us - extremely cold and unpleasant. In short, a bad experience. Go your way.

06/09/2024: An absolutely delicious experience! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and special attention, which immediately put us at ease. The staff takes great care, and the warm atmosphere makes the moment even more pleasant. For main course, I chose a burratina, and it was simply divine. The freshness of the burrata, combined with the carefully chosen ingredients, made this dish a real taste journey. Everything was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this restaurant, whether for the impeccable welcome or for the quality of the dishes. A beautiful address to discover and rediscover without hesitation!

30/08/2024: We spent a wonderful evening at the Auberge de l’élan. The food was absolutely delicious. The welcome and service were impeccable, and especially Nathalie the owner who made our romantic dinner even more special. A big thank you to the whole team and especially to the chef for this unforgettable experience. We will come back with great pleasure!

21/07/2024: C est par pur hasard que nous avons déjeuner à l'auberge. Nous cherchions un nouveau restaurant à tester dans les yvelines. Et comme le dit l'adage : le hasard fait bien les choses. Nous nous sommes régalés : les plats sont un régal pour les yeux et les papilles : raffinés mais sans chichi. Les produits sont frais et locaux. L'équipe est au top : le chef Christophe, aux commandes, qui cuisine en se faisant plaisir pour le plus grand bonheur de ses clients et notre jeune serveuse qui s'est merveilleusement bien occupée de nous. Gros coup de cœur !!

Top aperitif (rum cocktail), starter that takes you on a journey, tuna with a mix of unique flavors, perfect shredded lamb, brilliant desserts (house colonel). 08/09/2024: We were lucky to discover the veranda. It's exactly what we were looking for, a very friendly, privatized restaurant, with good quality food and services that lived up to or even more than our expectations. I will certainly return to taste all the dishes on the menu, because when you love the cuisine, you look for even better elsewhere and at La Veranda, you will be in the right place. The prices are well worth the quality and for us it is well deserved the 5 stars, thanking the waitresses and the owner very much.

03/09/2024: This is the kind of restaurant we love to discover! A real establishment with a good welcome and real cuisine. The dishes on slates are numerous but not excessive. Two daily specials. The prices are contained. We eat real, non-industrial food. The chef takes the trouble to offer “historical” dishes. A few parking spaces around. Near the castle.
