03/02/2026: A wonderful discovery. The €19 set menu was excellent and very enjoyable. They have a wine cellar where you can choose your wine directly from the bottle (Irancy red for €19). The atmosphere was fantastic. The dessert was delicious. The staff were attentive and professional.

31/01/2026: Warning! We went there at lunchtime today only to find it closed. There's no information on their website, yet Google shows it as open. After searching online, we discovered the restaurant went into liquidation at the beginning of January.

06/01/2026: Thank you for notifying us of the closures. We drove through the snow only to be surprised by your closure notice, which was displayed as open. It was a risk for nothing, and there was no follow-up. We are disappointed by the lack of communication with our customers.

01/03/2026: The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was far from full. All the dishes on our table arrived cold. When we pointed this out, we were treated condescendingly and in a very unpleasant tone.

20/01/2026: A wonderful experience at this secluded restaurant right next to the castle. A magnificent lunch menu showcasing beautiful, perfectly cooked ingredients. The dining room, spread over two floors, is small, cozy, and has a slightly old-fashioned charm. The service was very attentive, if a little slow, but the welcome was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

08/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Véranda. The space is superb, very bright, with a lovely view of the castle grounds. The food was delicious. The staff is friendly and very attentive (managing food allergies). I highly recommend it!

05/03/2026: A lovely establishment with attentive service. The dishes are refined and beautifully presented. It's a shame the side dish isn't included with the main course. I recommend ordering some (the polenta is delicious). I'll be back this summer to enjoy the terrace.

22/02/2026: We rated our stay as very enjoyable. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area with ample free parking and good access. It's quite close to the RER (suburban train), which makes it very easy to get to the heart of Paris. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a very good breakfast. The room we checked into was clean, the bathroom was mold-free, the bedding smelled fresh, and the heating worked well—a very important aspect for us since we were traveling in winter with small children. The room only needed a little freshening up, mainly painting. If we plan to stay in Paris again, we will definitely consider this hotel.

20/11/2025: A truly excellent brasserie, top-notch service, superb waitress, excellent homemade food, lovely decor, and a classic Parisian bistro atmosphere. The value for money is more than reasonable. Just a tip: it's best to reserve a table.

01/02/2026: We came as a family for a birthday celebration. Everything was perfect: delicious meal, pleasant setting, and fantastic staff who went out of their way to make us happy. The chat with the chef at the end of the meal was also very enjoyable! A wonderful experience, I highly recommend it 😌 (Starter: foie gras, Main course: duck confit and dauphinoise potatoes, Dessert: profiteroles)

04/12/2025: Exquisite and authentic cuisine at reasonable and justified prices. The best French fries I've ever had. Charming setting with a bright, old-fashioned dining room, ideal for romantic dinners, parties with friends, or family gatherings. The owners are a couple of experts in food preparation and wine recommendations, always smiling and friendly. It would be hard to find anything negative to say. A must-try if you're in Clairefontaine or Rambouillet!

You feel right at home, whether it's for a quick lunch or a more leisurely meal. A sure bet, I highly recommend it!

04/02/2026: I live near Le Bourgogne and I must say that returning to this establishment more than ten years later was an excellent idea. Everything ticks the boxes for a successful customer experience: * The welcome: warm and friendly. * The service: in keeping with the warm welcome, with helpful advice and genuine care. * The menu: varied but not overwhelming, it's enticing. * The dishes: they are very good, flavorful, and well-portioned. * The ambiance: very well laid out and spacious, it makes you want to stay longer. The many regulars seem to enjoy themselves there. In short, I recommend Le Bourgogne for all these reasons and even more, because the atmosphere is pleasant and the human touch remains at the heart of the establishment.

17/02/2026: A pleasant place with a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly service and delicious main courses. A minor drawback was the wait time for desserts... but I was informed of a temporary staff shortage in the kitchen on the evening of our reservation, which explains its minimal impact on my final rating. I highly recommend this establishment.

09/12/2025: Good evening. We went there this Saturday. The atmosphere was just okay. Unfortunately, the restaurant has lost its charm with the new decor, which is certainly modern but has no connection to Leon's origins (beaches, Belgium, the name of all the mussel dishes). The aprons on each server used to give a nice, local touch from the north. Before, we had a wide selection of mussels (more than ten) and waffles too. Now there are only four or five mussel dishes, no more seafood, and a few other dishes, but nothing special. The casserole size has been reduced, as has the portion of fries. And the beer selection is limited to three amber beers. The famous Leon waffle/Grandpa Leon waffle is no longer available, even though we came specifically for it. The waitress was pleasant, but nothing more. I think the new designers are trying to appeal to a younger clientele (I'm one of them, but they've missed the mark) with a rather bland atmosphere. The Hawaiian/beach theme has nothing to do with what was presented before... it could have been improved, but we were disappointed; there were other ideas they could have used. So, we've been coming for years, but frankly, we won't be back because we're disappointed with the choice.
