30/07/2026: Honestly, I have nothing to say, it was a truly fantastic experience. The food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from beginning to end. They were always smiling, and it felt like they had just opened, they were so energetic and eager to please. They were there when needed without being intrusive, which was really nice. Plus, they offered us extra food without us even asking. And the thing that surprised me the most was that they even "offered" us a tip. It's the first time in my life a restaurant has done that for me, so it really made an impression. At the end, we even received a compliment. They told us we were good people, and honestly, that was heartwarming. It's little touches like that that make you want to come back. You can tell they truly respect their customers and that they do this job with passion. It was a great discovery and I will gladly return, God willing. I highly recommend it.

30/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A true gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and the attentive staff. The service was quick, friendly, and truly professional; we immediately felt at ease. As for the food, it was simply exceptional. I ordered the mixed grill with lahmacun, and everything was perfectly executed. The meats were tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, with an authentic flavor that showcased the chef's expertise. The lahmacun was generous, crispy, and incredibly delicious. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality and that each dish is prepared with passion. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and ideal for spending a wonderful time with friends or family. Honestly, it's one of the best experiences I've had at a grill restaurant. I will definitely be back and I recommend it 100%!

31/07/2026: Upon arrival, you'll feel like you're arriving at a friend's house. Park your car, follow the path, and step onto a lovely terrace. You'll be greeted by the hostess. We had a reservation, but honestly, I'm sure you're expected. That's where the magic happens; you suddenly go from feeling unfamiliar to feeling like you know the place. It's a place filled with tranquility, where you'll never be pressured to buy anything but, on the contrary, will receive kind and helpful advice. But be sure to ask for the wine list. If you're a wine enthusiast, you'll find something to your liking; if you enjoy dreaming, you can say you were lucky enough to see it on the list. The cuisine is as wonderful as the setting and even surpasses it. My only regret is not having been able to greet the person responsible for this guilty pleasure: comforting and/or refined dishes made with love. It's difficult to describe our dinner in a single review, but simply put, it was a timeless and exquisite experience. What a pleasure to discover a place like this today. 10/10/2025: The cuisine is as refined as ever. Homemade. Everything is delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. Reservations are recommended. The staff are efficient and friendly. A great place to eat.

28/06/2026: Our feedback regarding Chamber d’Hôtes outside Toulouse “Maison du Poêlon” which was very disappointing too. At arrival the place was looking nothing like the Pictures shown on their website. The Garden in front of the entrance was totally neglected and wooden entrance gate was broken. We arrived at 17h00 as per the email I received but no one opened the door although we rang the bell several times. Unfortunately using the given phone numbers did not go through as we are connected to e-SIM and only realized recently that we needed to change the one number in the French Code. When we finally could enter the establishment, the host did not apologize but simply told us he was busy vacuuming and that the door bell was also broken 😏 The room I booked “Maxime” he claimed wasn’t for us but later realized it was actually reserved under our name. The room was spacious and clean but no drinking Water was provided and tissue box was empty. Breakfast which was included was rather poor and represented by host’s wife who was initially hardly saying two words but as she realized my husband was French speaking eventually engaged in a conversation. However the breakfast was not at all like the reviews had mentioned, by far not “exceptional” ! The poorest display of choices we’ve ever had as a Buffet. Their local cheeses were two slices of Emmentaler & two of Gruyère and the same applied to the rest of the display. Unfortunately we got the impression or it was rather blatant that it was a dream entered into 7 years ago to own & run a Guesthouse by the hosts Thierry & Gaelle which turned out to be anything but … of which only the obligation of some form of duty is left.

22/05/2026: A beautiful building, a spacious and tastefully decorated room. Excellent breakfast. However, limited check-in and check-out times, and a noisy room with no soundproofing. Above-average value for money.

29/06/2026: Great food, very good service. The only downside is they were out of some dishes after the weekend, but absolutely no complaints otherwise.

28/06/2026: We went to eat a cheese board, and to our surprise, the waiter spoke Spanish. The board, at 18 euros, was a bit small in terms of cheese but it was fine with some jam, lettuce, and bread. We ordered two shandies (beer with lemon) at 6.5 euros each, a bit excessive in our opinion.

08/08/2026: Another great experience at La Cabane à Poke. One of the best poke spots in Toulouse, much more authentic than the existing chains. The poke bowls are generously filled and the service is excellent.

03/08/2026: One of the best poke bowls I've ever had! The bowls are incredibly generous, all the ingredients are really flavorful, it was perfect. And on top of that, we even got a free candy and excellent green tea! It was perfect, the service was very pleasant, I absolutely recommend it ☀️

20/07/2026: I find the service absolutely appalling. Sorry for the harsh and unfriendly language, but it's true. We were greeted by a woman dressed in sportswear (sports bra and shorts) with headphones on. We asked her if we could be seated or if we had to wait, as we had arrived five minutes before opening time. Without even a "hello," this same person shouted to her colleagues to come and help us, then put her headphones back on as if we didn't exist. The man then "welcomed" us—and I don't call that a welcoming reception—by telling us to sit down without a smile. We thanked him, sat down, and then the ghost dance began. No one came to take our order after opening time. The looks turned nasty, so we decided to leave. (Your prices are also excessively high; perhaps you should consider lowering your profit margins.) A quick question for the owner: Is it the lack of customers that's affecting your employees' politeness? If so, perhaps they should take a trip to Toulouse to see some people; it would do them a world of good.

23/04/2026: We celebrated our wedding in this magnificent venue, and we cherish the deeply moving memories. A truly unique setting, almost timeless, but above all, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like home. During the day, our guests enjoyed the various activities offered in a friendly and relaxed setting. Everyone found something to enjoy, and this truly contributed to creating wonderful moments of sharing. The meal was a real treat: generous cuisine, bursting with flavor, prepared with care. You can feel their passion for their craft and their desire to please in every detail. But what impressed us most was the warm welcome and kindness of Céline and Frédéric. Always available, attentive, and smiling… we truly felt supported and cared for. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this moment so beautiful and heartfelt. Our guests still talk about this weekend as a joyful and simple interlude. We highly recommend it ❤️

09/09/2025: We arrived quite late one evening, thinking it was unlikely, if not impossible, to get a table. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a very warm welcome, despite the late hour, and impeccable service! All this on the terrace. We were very happy with everything. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely return! (And a little earlier next time :) )
