25/05/2025: Fantastic welcome, delicious and authentic food! If you want to eat at a truly authentic Asian restaurant (and there are very few in Toulouse despite the proliferation of ramen shops and similar places), go for it without hesitation!

10/02/2026: Another excellent time at this restaurant with my sweetheart. Everything is truly delicious. The only downside is that if you want flambéed doughnuts for dessert, you have to eat early, as the person responsible for preparing them finishes at 1:30 pm, as we were told several times. It's surprising... Apart from the doughnut issue, everything is fresh, high-quality, and absolutely delicious. In short, a very, very good restaurant.

21/03/2026: I had given positive reviews of this restaurant, carefully avoiding mentioning that for Chinese New Year we were relegated to the kitchen, which was rather unkind to our disappointed guests. On March 20th, we ordered a royal fondue for four people, specifying that there would be five of us. Checking the bill today, I see that we were charged for five fondues. According to the menu, the fondue is for two people! First, my order was not fulfilled as requested. Second, there is no justification for charging us for a portion that wasn't even identifiable. Third, as regular customers, we have never been offered an aperitif or digestif. Fourth, during the same meal, we ordered and paid for two bottles of Champagne separately, as we intended it to be a celebration. This feeling of having fallen into an ambush and of having dragged our friends into it justifies our never setting foot in this establishment again, leaving everyone the right to engage or not in hypocrisy and disrespect.

18/03/2026: This restaurant was a real find. The dishes were not only delicious and generous but also beautifully presented; each plate transported us with its fresh ingredients. The restaurant's ambiance, both warm and inviting, truly made the meal even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience; we'll be back!

26/02/2026: We sat down on the terrace, waited 15 minutes, and nobody came, just like the table next to us and two other people who left like us, even though there weren't many people there.

25/02/2026: I received a very warm welcome at this restaurant. The portions were generous. The service was quick. I didn't have dessert, but they were all on display and looked quite substantial. I would definitely return.

24/03/2026: Hop Seng restaurant in Toulouse is a wonderful discovery for lovers of Asian cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the crispy honey chicken, which was flavorful and perfectly balanced. The decor, with its elegant red lanterns, creates a warm and exotic atmosphere. A big thank you to Mei, who was very friendly and attentive, and made the service even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for a pleasant and convivial experience.

30/11/2025: We went to Cocagne for lunch with friends today for my birthday, and like every other time, it was perfect. A warm welcome, a delicious meal, and on top of that, the owner offered us a cake for dessert. What more could you ask for to have a wonderful birthday!
