07/04/2026: As a regular visitor to this establishment, I have never been disappointed. The service is always impeccable: a warm, approachable, and exceptionally attentive team. The menu is varied, with a fine selection of dishes, set menus, and desserts that change with the seasons. The ingredients are of high quality and beautifully presented. The calm and pleasant setting further enhances the experience. Finally, the value for money is excellent considering the level of cuisine offered. An address I recommend without hesitation.

21/03/2026: The owners were very friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't like the pizza. Too many vegetables on it; it felt like eating ratatouille. The vegetables were unseasoned and frozen, which made the pizza bland and tasteless. The crust was too thick. It seems the snacks and pizzas in Merville are really bad. I'm disgusted; I can't even eat it. I spent €12.50 only to end up making fried eggs because it was impossible to eat. I swear I'm not trying to be mean. They need to taste what I ordered to understand that it's inedible. The crust wasn't great either. I've had better. I should have ordered a simple Margherita. Of course, everyone has their own tastes, but I didn't like it. The quality of the ingredients wasn't there, and it showed in the taste. A real shame. Because we love ordering pizzas 🍕 After running a business for many years, you might think you have nothing to prove to anyone, but that's not the case. In the restaurant business, you have to be able to accept criticism to improve quality, keep up with the times...etc. The managers were very friendly nonetheless!

All our guests (20 hungry young people) wholeheartedly approved of these delicious pizzas ❤️. 02/12/2025: A very good family meal after visiting the museum. Unfortunately, the dish we chose was no longer available, but the replacement was very good. Excellent service.

13/11/2025: The dining room was lovely, but the waitress didn't take orders in the order they were received, so there was a wait at the start. The chicken and mushroom fusilli was quite good, although the mushrooms seemed to be frozen. The portion was rather small for pasta. The "café gourmand" was disappointing: a very dry chocolate cake with only three small pieces of fruit on top. Just fruit would have been better. The coffee wasn't good either. Overall, the experience could have been much better!

21/03/2026: I had given positive reviews of this restaurant, carefully avoiding mentioning that for Chinese New Year we were relegated to the kitchen, which was rather unkind to our disappointed guests. On March 20th, we ordered a royal fondue for four people, specifying that there would be five of us. Checking the bill today, I see that we were charged for five fondues. According to the menu, the fondue is for two people! First, my order was not fulfilled as requested. Second, there is no justification for charging us for a portion that wasn't even identifiable. Third, as regular customers, we have never been offered an aperitif or digestif. Fourth, during the same meal, we ordered and paid for two bottles of Champagne separately, as we intended it to be a celebration. This feeling of having fallen into an ambush and of having dragged our friends into it justifies our never setting foot in this establishment again, leaving everyone the right to engage or not in hypocrisy and disrespect.

18/03/2026: This restaurant was a real find. The dishes were not only delicious and generous but also beautifully presented; each plate transported us with its fresh ingredients. The restaurant's ambiance, both warm and inviting, truly made the meal even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience; we'll be back!

10/04/2026: A really nice bar, a bit rock and pop. The people were very cool, even though we didn't know them beforehand, and the bar service was great. We had a good evening.

21/03/2026: I hadn't been to this bar in years! It's in the lively Saint Michel district. Easily accessible by public transport. Very well served. I went back for a rap concert. Seeing my friends and others on stage was great! Good atmosphere, cheap prices at the bar (it was happy hour). However, the sound system wasn't great and one toilet isn't enough. Thanks a lot and good luck to everyone!

26/11/2025: I tested the menu for two meals for 20 people: the first was a sit-down meal, the second a tapas-style affair. The portions were very generous. The duck stew was excellent. The cheese platter was of high quality. My guests were impressed.

14/03/2026: We went on a Friday evening to celebrate a friend's birthday and were disappointed by the service. The tapas were good, no complaints there. However, on two occasions, they got our orders wrong, bringing us Moscow Mules instead of gin cocktails. We pointed out the mistakes but didn't ask for the glasses to be changed; it happens, and we're accommodating. We paid a bill of almost €50 per person and finished our drinks before leaving (about 10 minutes after paying). As we were getting up, we ran into our waiter from the evening and remarked that it was a shame we hadn't received any shots for the birthday (especially since all the tables that left before us had, and it's a signature of the place), to which he replied that we should speak with the owner. So we went to see the owner, who told us, "If you ask for them, they're no longer complimentary; you'll have to order them." Okay, great atmosphere. This was followed by the remark, "If you had stayed longer, you would have had them," to which we replied that we had already paid 10 minutes prior. The owner's response was disdainful: "Yeah, sure, tell that to someone else, bye." In short, messing up a table happens, admitting mistakes is good too, and losing customers is just as important.

31/03/2026: The staff is rude, arrogant, and unpleasant. I was blogging about this restaurant, featuring the cassoulet dish in Occitania in Toulouse. Google told me the cassoulet was delicious. But that's not true. When I asked what the dish was and what was inside, the waiter said nothing. He didn't know what kind of meat was inside and simply shrugged. The dish itself was incredibly greasy, with everything swimming in oil. The restaurant is beautiful, a very atmospheric place, perhaps for the French, but not for tourists in the city.

27/03/2026: A wonderful experience at Katana in Toulouse. I loved the salmon and avocado sushi; it was remarkably fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Julien, was attentive and very professional throughout the meal. The minimalist decor, inspired by traditional Japan, creates a calm and elegant atmosphere. Every detail is carefully considered, making the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for lovers of refined Japanese cuisine.
