09/12/2025: very, very, very dirty, too long a wait

08/12/2025: Terrible experience! I was alone at the drive-thru, and the only drink in my order spilled because they couldn't put it in the designated compartment! It's not like they were in a hurry...

11/12/2025: I placed a takeaway order, received my wrap without chicken, the manager on the phone was very unpleasant, frankly the service was terrible.

07/12/2025: Order picked up via click and collect, 4 burgers completely squashed, out of 3 double cheeseburgers with bacon only 1 had bacon. €46 for the order is a joke! I won't be going to this McDonald's again!

03/12/2025: I know the Bistro Régent restaurant chain, and I'm always happy to eat there ☺️. The perks? Unlimited fries, unlimited salad as long as you order it, very reasonable prices, and good food 👍 The staff was friendly and served us promptly, so that's great 😎 I recommend this restaurant 👍

30/11/2025: The place is nice, and the heated terrace is very pleasant. The servers are welcoming. However, it's a noisy place. The daily special is good. And the price-quality ratio is very good. I recommend it.

06/12/2025: I received a very warm welcome from the chef, Youssef, who offered helpful advice on Lebanese cuisine, and then from the owner, who was very kind and accommodating. The portions were generous and delicious. I discovered a variety of Lebanese dishes while enjoying background oriental music. In our group, we savored grilled meats, salmon steaks, red mullet, vegetables, and a selection of sauces.

24/11/2025: Echoing previous reviews, I was equally appalled by the poor quality of both the food and the setting—a roadside diner in a state of disrepair. Supposedly Lebanese, this Sunday, November 7, 2025. Lunch was exactly as described by previous reviewers: unworthy of a low-end canteen. To this, I must add that the manager stole my bank card PIN and, without my knowledge, charged me no less than €500, in addition to the €50 he shamefully charged for the dreadful meal. Following ongoing amicable negotiations, and after having blocked my bank card, I am filing a complaint for fraud and theft by extortion.

13/12/2024: The saleswoman is not friendly, bordering on brittle, I ordered 2 croissants and 1 coffee the bag of croissant was slammed on the display and the small coffee served in a very small cardboard cup as small as a dice sewing machine was downright terrible, the saleswoman neither bothered to ask me if I wanted milk with my coffee, nor gave me a paper napkin and I was treated to a ridiculous packet of sugar and all that for 3 euros 50! to flee therefore.

20/11/2024: Very welcoming and friendly staff, the paninis and bagnats are delicious. I come here several times a week.

16/11/2024: The waiter is very unpleasant and haughty, very bad experience! It's a shame because the location is very nice... We should review the hiring...

08/12/2025: The welcome was beyond unpleasant; you get the feeling you're bothering them (to put it politely). Be careful with the expiration dates on the cakes; I was sold one that was a day past its expiry date.

03/09/2024: The ridiculously small maxi tacos, they got the fries wrong (ordered cheese onion portion) received a small fries. The American and normal falafel tacos are really small too. Meals and menu good size for children but not more. And the worst, very expensive for the size of the sandwiches

12/09/2024: N’a de fast que le nom. Venu à l’instant au drive, on entend quand même une des équipières dire « tous les jours, il y a un rush à 16h30 ». Le rush en question : une voiture au drive ( la nôtre ) et une commande en salle. Vu la vitesse à laquelle nous avons été servis ( pour deux menus mcsmart ), je n’imagine pas ce que cela aurait donné un soir de grande affluence

22/09/2024: We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The upstairs dining area is cozy and comfortable. The service very attentive and fast and the food, truly authentic. Highly recommend.

11/12/2025: Positive points: comfortable bed, welcoming staff, good hotel location. Negative points: you can hear what's happening in all the neighboring rooms, bathroom needs renovation.

01/12/2025: Very noisy, poorly soundproofed room, and I suspect foreigners living there year-round with children. The room smelled bad (I could hear the neighbor urinating). Really not great, but the staff were very kind and welcoming.

21/09/2024: It is probably one of the most delicious places when it comes to sandwiches. We can say that it is a place where you can find the usual tastes, at least until you find better options in the new city you visit.

05/09/2024: Owner was very, very stingy about the proportions and dosage of ingredients, mediocre and very long service... she gave us olive by olive fortunately there was no rice otherwise we would still be there.

09/12/2024: Good morning, Every time we come here, they are very slow. There are seriously nice and super friendly servers. But sometimes it's so horrible. We have to wait a thousand years to order. And the worst thing is that okay I understand that there are people and everything, but we SEE each other when they are available. THANKS

06/12/2024: The restaurant is excessively expensive for how simple the place is. A coffee with milk (normal, normal) €4.70 Very friendly service. I wouldn't recommend it.
