01/09/2024: All-you-can-eat buffet meals. Excellent sushi, fish and meat to cook with very complete accompaniments and excellent dessert as well. For an all-you-can-eat buffet, this is ranked among the best. Very competent service. Smiling staff. A big thank you to the gentleman at the entrance (security guard) who I hope will read my post. He spoke at length with my 13 year old son and throughout the evening he was extraordinary, thank you sir. I will return there when I return to Toulouse.

30/08/2024: I discovered this restaurant 4 years ago. Since then we have been coming with my friend or with my two children. Never on it! Always a rich choice of fish, good cooking, excellent taste. Several Chinese dishes, cheeses, desserts, salads... Everything is appetizing and brings great satisfaction to the visit. Sushi is always fresh

07/12/2025: An impeccably clean place with a spectacular kebab, the kind you just can't find in Spain anymore. The turkey and lamb are authentic, no substitutes, with an intense, high-quality flavor. I discovered it because it was listed as the best kebab in Toulouse, and they weren't wrong. The staff was very attentive: even though we don't speak French, they made us feel right at home. They even offered my son a taste of the lamb, in case the strong, distinctive flavor didn't appeal to him. The experience was unique, both for the food and the service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Toulouse who wants to enjoy an authentic, well-prepared kebab.

24/11/2024: I ordered 3 boxes of breaded chicken and with the 3 boxes there was the sauce that went with it, I just picked up my order and I'm missing 2 sauces and it's not the first time that's been the problem for me

17/11/2024: 3rd time the pizza was delivered late, the 1st time and the 2nd time 30 minutes late today Sunday 17/11 the pizza arrived 1 hour late, the pizza obviously cold. The big problem is delivery.

08/12/2024: During my previous order with Uber Eats I was really disappointed to receive a beef mcfirst instead of a fish mcfirst given that I don't eat meat I had to throw it away quite wasteful, plus I had added sauces which were forgotten already that adding more sauces pays off it would be good not to forget them. Despite this bad experience I still wanted to recommend this McDonald's because we all have the right to make mistakes. But I was disappointed once again when I saw that I only received one McFlurry out of the 2 ordered. Please focus on preparing your orders. Given the number of bad reviews you already have, it would be good to improve. Next time I will order from another McDonald's because I gave this one one last chance and I was once again disappointed.

07/12/2024: The worst McDonald's? Having worked in the brand myself for two years, the service is deplorable: - error on multiple orders at each of my visits - endless waiting times during peak hours and outside peak hours where did the fast food “fast” go? - staff who are more busy talking about their evenings the night before than working? The management needs to be reviewed. And everything else. It only continues to work because you are a world-famous franchise, otherwise you would have gone under by now. Deplorable…..

11/12/2024: Come to this place, the meal is a gourmet restaurant that will fill your belly. The cuisine is 2 star style 🌟 balanced good tasty a delight, the chef offers a menu with tasty taste. The staff always friendly, a great time to share at the table.

07/12/2024: A very atmospheric place, the bus is parked behind the hotel, the owner is very polite, there is a generally accessible kitchen and a coffee machine, but if it's your first time, don't be surprised by the rooms for 8 or 4 people, so you may come across a shocker who snores throughout the room 😉

06/12/2025: Friendly and respectful staff. The atmosphere was more or less good. However, it was frequented by a very, very bad crowd (I've never seen anything like it in Toulouse or anywhere else).

05/07/2025: I order from you regularly, and there are always things I forget. This is the second time I've ordered a stuffed animal! I received another order that wasn't mine... train your employees seriously. The ones who do their job best are the ones at the drive-thru taking orders. No problems with them! Incredibly kind and never forgetting anything...

09/09/2024: Certes rapide et serveurs efficaces. Nous avons laissé une autre chance au Régent mais nous sommes encore déçus. Repas trop cuits et frites de la veille. Même la fourchette ne les attrape pas tellement elles sont dures. Wisky coca 1 gorgée 7€… Dommage.

28/08/2024: "I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. After eating here, I unfortunately suffered from food poisoning, which ruined the rest of my day. The quality of the food seems questionable, and I highly recommend be careful if you plan to eat here I hope the establishment takes steps quickly to improve food safety.
