27/04/2026: The manager is particularly haughty, disdainful, and very aggressive in her manner of speaking to people. She clearly looks down on customers, interrupts them, and speaks with a complete lack of respect and professionalism. When managing a business open to the public, a minimum of courtesy and respect should be the foundation. Unfortunately, this is clearly not the case here. I strongly advise against this establishment for anyone who simply expects to be treated with respect.

25/05/2025: A very pleasant surprise! Prepared meals, fresh produce, beautiful presentation...and yet from the outside it looks like a typical bar/pmu. Plus, something rare these days, the staff is super friendly, cheerful, and fun to be around.

19/01/2025: We loved it, it was super good, dogs are accepted if you ask. We were with our 3 children, the waiters are cool, simple and funny. Be careful it goes straight 😜 we had a blast!! It was delicious and for 5 it was fair price

03/01/2025: Every time I visit Toulouse I go to this restaurant. Family restaurant with a spacious room and a very pleasant atmosphere, it has a terrace and easy parking. Traditional cuisine and excellent quality food. You have the option of a menu or a la carte. The very reasonable price. Their entire team offers magnificent service and attention, with special mention to one of their waiters for his pleasant treatment every time I go. A Spanish woman who will continue choosing this place.

04/11/2025: Very friendly staff. The pizzas are very good and reasonably priced. Always on time with orders. Just one small question: I don't know if they plan to have a card reader for credit card payments in the future? Otherwise, nothing to complain about :)

19/04/2026: Very good McDonald's. Excellent service. Friendly waitresses. The biggest children's play area in the franchise on the planet. They had forgotten two fries, but we were able to get them.

28/04/2026: A real treat!! The owner is lovely and the team is great. I had a beef salad with spring rolls and more spring rolls!! And for dessert, coconut pearls.

12/04/2026: The waitress was very unfriendly, there was no one else in the restaurant, yet we were forced to take our own food, clear the table, and practically do the dishes ourselves. I do not recommend it.

29/04/2026: We've eaten at La Métairie twice in the last few months. The food is delicious, the portions generous, and the setting very pleasant! The first time, the service was warm and friendly, but the second time, the waiter seemed to be having a very bad day and was almost rude. We waited a long time for our food, and this attitude really spoiled our experience. What a shame!

23/03/2026: I come regularly and I'm always warmly welcomed; the waitresses and bartenders are always lovely and the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend it ☺️

20/03/2026: It's a real shame to have to give this rating. I love the terrace, the waitresses/bartenders are very friendly, the beers are good, and the tapas are good. However, we always come in a small group, and each time there's a problem with the bill at the end, whereas we go out twice a week to many other bars, pay at the end, and never have any issues anywhere else. For example, yesterday a glass of red wine and a half-pint of stout were charged extra and weren't linked to our table. I insisted that we not pay for the second glass of red wine because only one person had ordered one, which had already been paid for, and I was sure of it. However, I paid for the half-pint of stout just in case. After checking today, none of us had drunk any... This is the fourth time this has happened, and we hesitate to come back each time because of this. There weren't enough of us, and we certainly didn't drink enough, to not remember what we took.

21/12/2025: Finally! A real restaurant in Luchon: Hôtel d’Etigny. Review of a meal eaten in August, as the hotel is closed in winter. A very pleasant surprise. Impeccable service. Quality menus and dishes, a welcome change from the other restaurants in town, which too often resemble fast food. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

13/09/2025: Frankly, I'm surprised by all these negative reviews. A budget hotel with character, comfortable and spacious rooms, super friendly staff, from the reception to the waiters and waitresses (special mention to Mégane). A real chef, true service worthy of a French hotel, all at a very affordable price, especially for local and homemade products. In short, I loved it.

31/01/2026: Very warm welcome, the dishes are excellent (taste, quantity), little waiting time, we recommend it and will return for our second choice of dish (stir-fried chicken).

20/01/2026: Very kind and always pleasant. Truly excellent home cooking. The quality is consistent: I've been going to Les Délices de Pékin for 25 years and it's still just as good. A real sure bet!

30/03/2026: The McDonald's in Grenade wasn't very clean on our umpteenth visit. The toilets were dirty, and the walls of the restrooms and toilets needed cleaning. It wouldn't be a luxury, even at lunchtime on a Sunday; it's deplorable. They could take a page from the book of other McDonald's on the outskirts of Toulouse. Imagine the state of things at the end of service! Plus, the manager isn't friendly.

07/04/2026: Over 50 attempts to call and finalize a reservation for 7 people... and always the answering machine! We came from far away, we went somewhere else. A shame for us, really.
