04/07/2026: Simply perfect. Great variety, good price. The tartlets are the best!

30/06/2026: I go every morning and all the waiters are incredibly kind, which is more important to me than the quality of the food. They make my coffee the way I like it, they're quick, and being able to eat outside is really nice. The only downside: smoking is allowed outside, which honestly should only be allowed at certain tables. It's truly disgusting to eat a croissant flavored with tobacco smoke. That's why I give the atmosphere 3 stars.

Portions were a bit small (the daily special was served in a bowl), plus a Panna Cotta for dessert at €20; I found the prices a bit high as a result. Well presented and well served. Pleasant setting.

26/07/2026: Pizzas at the Roman Arena: Since the new owners and cooks took over, the oven is electric, and the pizzas are inedible—overcooked and cardboard-like! There are hardly any ingredients, they have no flavor whatsoever, and the hygiene is nonexistent! Four pizzas had to be thrown away.

20/06/2026: Clearly overrated, the chicken tapas resembled large, uninspired nuggets, and the prices were slightly higher than at other outdoor cafes (which are already very expensive), even though the seating was far from many amenities. The croque monsieur was very basic. Self-service was available in part of the cafe.

14/06/2026: For €60, it's a bit expensive, especially with the lack of service. We went looking for everything ourselves, and it wasn't great. Very disappointed.

08/08/2026: First visit, a takeaway order for 4 people, very good value for money. My only concern was the temperature of the sushi; whether in the boxes or individually wrapped, we found them really hot (we hesitated to eat them). Please consider packaging them separately, as it could be dangerous.

14/02/2026: If you want a quick meal, six people crammed onto a table meant for four, then this is the place for you. The waiter will practically be urging you to take a picture of the menu to speed things up. The photo on the website and reality are nothing like what you see. We ran for the hills.

07/08/2026: The security guard practically assaulted us to make sure we'd ordered before going to the restroom. Unacceptable, especially since we'd only placed a small order to get the code and change our baby. We even showed him the cups. He was threatening for absolutely no reason... in short, avoid this place. Besides, the restaurant was filthy, with sticky tables and floors, and overflowing bins.

24/03/2026: Farafina restaurant in Toulouse is a wonderful discovery for lovers of authentic African cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the braised chicken with attiéké, which was perfectly seasoned and a generous portion. A big thank you to Awa, who was very friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The colorful and welcoming decor immediately sets the mood. A friendly place where you eat very well and quickly feel at ease.

19/03/2026: Farafina restaurant in Toulouse is a wonderful discovery. I particularly enjoyed the chicken mafé, which was bursting with flavor and perfectly seasoned. Special mention goes to Awa, the waitress, for her warm welcome and helpful recommendations. The African-inspired decor creates a friendly and exotic atmosphere. It's the perfect place to travel the world for the duration of a meal and enjoy authentic cuisine. I highly recommend this spot for a night out with friends.

18/05/2026: I placed my order at 10:30 AM to ensure delivery before noon. Delivery was scheduled for 11:30 AM, validated, and confirmed. At noon, still nothing. I called, and my order hadn't been processed… a delivery driver was dispatched immediately, and the order was received at 12:15 PM… The quality of the food is consistent, but the order processing is problematic.

09/05/2026: In response to your reply: I did write to you at the address you provided, where you publicly invited me to contact you directly, but strangely enough, I haven't received a single reply yet. 🤔 --------- RUN, run, run! It's nothing like it used to be, and I was a very good customer! No customer service, no organization! I saw it with my own eyes a few months ago when I went to pick up orders: understaffed servers, overwhelmed during the rush, it's like being slaves! And order errors are increasing, automatically. And lately... on top of that, an absent manager who doesn't deal with customer complaints and who you clearly have to chase after since she's not there during the hours I'm told, but she doesn't call back either! I had already reduced my orders since these changes... But now, that's it! So, I used to be a good customer, but now it's just not possible! One disastrous experience after another!! The first, very recent one was borderline but still acceptable: I placed a large delivery order, and they delivered maki rolls with salmon instead of tuna. This time I called, and they refused to refund the dish I hadn't chosen, saying "it's not their policy" and instead offered a credit note that they entered into their system. I gave up, thinking I might order again, even though it wasn't the first time they'd made a mistake. The next experience, this past Tuesday evening, was a complete farce! I placed a group order of almost €100, and realized there was no credit note, so I called. It turned out I'd forgotten you had to order by phone to get one. I took the opportunity to mention that I was trying again with some friends who didn't know them (so, nice of them, I was trying to trust them), hoping they could pay attention to the order this time. Of course, an item was missing. For an order of almost €100, a reminder call from me, the inconvenience, it's all the more irritating! I demand the missing item be delivered again quickly and at the very least some compensation! They balk at compensation, and finally, they try—and I do mean try—to redeliver an hour and a half later (an hour and a half!!), the final straw! The person calls me, I go outside, no one's there. I call again, he says he's at an address far from my friend's where we were delivered and says, "Oh, maybe it's a different order, I got the wrong person." He calls back about 5 minutes later; I doubt he's arrived yet, but I go outside again (into the cold), no one's there. I text him the address and call him back, he's at yet another address. It's almost 11:30 PM (3 hours after ordering), I wasn't going to wait any longer, and I wasn't going to leave my friend's place any longer either. I called the restaurant again and asked to speak to the manager. They gave me some times to call her, but she was clearly not there. I left my contact information, but I still haven't reached her... that's the whole story!

26/03/2026: Tasty, cozy, and friendly service!

14/03/2026: We went on a Friday evening to celebrate a friend's birthday and were disappointed by the service. The tapas were good, no complaints there. However, on two occasions, they got our orders wrong, bringing us Moscow Mules instead of gin cocktails. We pointed out the mistakes but didn't ask for the glasses to be changed; it happens, and we're accommodating. We paid a bill of almost €50 per person and finished our drinks before leaving (about 10 minutes after paying). As we were getting up, we ran into our waiter from the evening and remarked that it was a shame we hadn't received any shots for the birthday (especially since all the tables that left before us had, and it's a signature of the place), to which he replied that we should speak with the owner. So we went to see the owner, who told us, "If you ask for them, they're no longer complimentary; you'll have to order them." Okay, great atmosphere. This was followed by the remark, "If you had stayed longer, you would have had them," to which we replied that we had already paid 10 minutes prior. The owner's response was disdainful: "Yeah, sure, tell that to someone else, bye." In short, messing up a table happens, admitting mistakes is good too, and losing customers is just as important.

02/08/2026: The food is good and the outdoor terrace is at the edge of a wood, which is very pleasant in summer because it is cool.

22/07/2026: Excellent food, simple yet very tasty. The service was very friendly and welcoming. Dining on the quiet terrace in the evening was truly lovely. A great place to eat!
