In addition to the price increase, the wait time has increased.
It's awful.
12/12/2025: The service is truly appalling. Several times, the hamburger from my meal was forgotten, leaving me without a main course. And every time I order a sundae, the peanuts are never there. It's becoming downright unbearable. Luckily, another McDonald's is opening nearby very soon: I'll go there from now on, because here, between the oversights and the lack of professionalism, it's become impossible.

17/09/2024: So this is the worst MC do I have ever eaten. Dirty. Toilet let's not talk about it! Long and deplorable service! Trash cans full and not emptied. Lots of things on the floor. The trash cans when you look down they are moldy (the ones outside) Wait too long and served cold with melted ice. ! There are a lot of things to review! In any case, I'm not ready to set foot there again!

19/09/2024: We've been living in Colomiers for 2 years now, we only go to this McDonald's because it's closer to us, but it's too much. Once we go to the drive-thru, we're missing at least 1 item. you always have to check the order... This time we were missing more than half of the order, so we will go to the McDonald's in Perget which is a little further away but at least the order is complete.
19/09/2024: Fries served cold. I return them at the counter. To my surprise I am served hot fries and put the cold ones back on sale.....what hygiene? So we wonder what we are being made to eat.
We order 1 milkshake, not present in the tray. We are asking for it but not possible the machine has not been turned on. So we are offered 1 mc flurry, but as it is more expensive we are served a sundae.

25/01/2025: salespeople are not up to it, you can feel I'm bothering her.
I took 2 tiny Paris Brest and which have the most taste of you as boss as a Paris, Brest.
In addition, the saleswoman told me that it was pastry cream inside, whereas it is a lemon-flavored mousse priced at €3.80 on top of that!!
Everything is frozen, nothing is homemade, very disappointing for a pastry at this location
Don't go!
25/01/2025: Local sandwiches, salads and industrial sweets. It also has pastries, tartlets and donuts. Ok to eat something quick. Salad, Salmon Sandwich, bottle of water and an infusion for €18.

16/09/2024: The staff is more pleasant towards customers than before and there was a lot of effort to be made. The burgers still arrive cold at the table as do the fries but it's already better.

31/08/2024: Big disappointment as usual at McDonald's Saint Jory (like many customers seen in the comments) serving a salad in this condition shows the professionalism of this McDonald's....
I now prefer to go to Fenouillet who have much more respect for their customers.

We are told that it closes in 7 minutes and that we have to hurry to order or I quote “at worst, don’t order”.
Deplorable hygiene, more of a grease skating rink (given the state of the ground) than a fast food restaurant.

P.S. It is an ironic review to show that the specific place, knowing that it is a fast food, gives the impression that it has not been cleaned in 1 year, sticky floor, tables full of a week's worth of remains, overflowing garbage and a long etcetera.

A feeling of disturbing like I have rarely seen, I would never set foot there again

12/08/2024: The manager of the establishment is very unpleasant. Always surly, Relay global parcel depot to flee because she always has a good excuse not to give or take the parcel, too early, too late too many parcels even if we are within hours, the bar code is never presented the good way, she makes us turn the package three or four times before scanning it!

07/09/2024: I came with my boyfriend to this establishment and ordered a drink (the largest size) for us to share. We sat down, and the manager came and asked my boyfriend to leave because he hadn't ordered anything and wasn't allowed to be there. As we were about to leave, he approached my boyfriend to say, I quote: “You are making her leave, it’s your fault, order something”. What bad behavior! It’s not normal to talk to customers like this, it’s distressing!
04/09/2024: An unpleasant salesman, a gentleman of a certain age, who sends customers away!! Unacceptable behavior for someone who is supposed to work in a business

08/07/2024: Petit restaurant avant d'aller au cinéma, toujours des serveurs très sympas et des plats très bons ! A connaître surtout pour les amateurs de bonne bière.
08/05/2024: quand on commande une salade et qu'on se retrouve avec des œufs de cette couleur et qu'on vous dit que ce sont des vrais.... Faudrait voir arrêter de prendre les gens pour des idiots, avec une texture tt industrielle, goût plastique.
Je tiens quand même à préciser que cela n'a rien à voir avec la bonne humeur d'une équipe au top merci pour cette soirée.
Je reviendrai pour boire de la bière, mais pour ce qui est de manger.....

19/09/2024: Very good restaurant which aims to be refined while remaining quite intimate and without overdoing it! The server made a few small errors but which he was able to correct or which were benign. He was just starting out and that gives the place a certain charm.
- The beef gravlax wasn't necessarily to my taste, but there was a really good idea behind it that I'm sure we'll enjoy.
- The piece of beef was super good, perfectly cooked, with delicious mashed potatoes! The little chips deserve to be added as an aperitif because they were sublime! I liked the two compotes less (the first because I'm not a fan of figs, the second because I didn't find the onion taste), but that's purely personal. The only problem is its price, which I find a bit excessive.
- The arogato is a good idea, but for those who took the menu, you should ask if they really want the coffee or not and specify that it is put on the side. But the ice cream was good. I was able to taste the slightly revisited banoffee which was also nice.
In short, I recommend this restaurant, hoping that you will not be there at the same time as a noisy group, because it resonates a little and it was sensory complicated.
06/08/2024: Very good food, tasty. The meat was very well cooked, the accompaniments very good, the products fresh. I recommend !
