09/08/2024: Superb restaurant with homemade and above all excellent cuisine the room service is great the staff is super friendly the atmosphere is warm the service is fast and above all a price which is very very fair in relation to the quality of the service and the catering .
I highly recommend
And as soon as I have the opportunity to come back it will be with great pleasure that I will eat in this restaurant.

24/07/2024: 7 years ago I had marked A delight before it was clean and staff 👍👍 for some time now KFC Balma has become a zone….last night dirty tables and in addition from 10:30 p.m. no more dining in the room!! so drive we order…..including 2 fries 1 bag of fries the 2nd bags not even in the packaging!!! Put directly in the brown bag? we were tired to go tell them we still had food

Nous avons déjeuné à la Fabrique mardi 6 août 2024 avec mon fils. Super adresse découverte par hasard. L’entrée et le plat du jour, crème de haricot blanc et ceviche étaient excellents. Mention spéciale pour les frites du chef, cela faisait un bon moment que je n’en avais mangé d’aussi bonnes. Et le service aux petits oignons.

The cuisine, on the other hand, is of very little interest (lots of frozen products) and at €40 a menu on a Sunday lunchtime to eat that? It's totally overpriced and not at all up to par with what's around.
I don't think I'll come back.
21/07/2024: Très bel établissement, excellent restaurant, accueil professionnel et sympathique à la fois, ça transpire l'ambiance familiale et le savoir-faire. Très agréable, idéal pour des fêtes familiales mais aussi en couple. On recommande fortement.
