29/07/2026: We had lunch at La Bambouseraie on July 27, 2026. The welcome was very average. There were many empty tables. Not ordering wine was frowned upon by the waiter. A glass of wine brought a semblance of a smile back to his face, and he made sure everyone knew it. After that, his behavior became increasingly irritable. He loudly reminded us that he had an appointment at 2:45 PM. Other people were also asked to "hurry up"... He asked us what dessert we wanted... he practically decided that ice cream would be perfect, because he was getting more and more rushed! The other waiter was just as friendly as him. "I go to pay..." at which point, things suddenly shifted into "supersonic." We made our exit, thanking them and saying "goodbye." There was no response because they were no longer in the dining room. We used to come here often when we lived in L'Union, and the service was provided by two charming women. But that was then! Now the food is mediocre, and as for the atmosphere...no comment. Avoid it at all costs!

05/07/2026: Super fast service and delicious pizza. It's been a long time since I've had such good value for money on pizza. The dough is beautiful, with lovely air pockets in the crust, and it's cooked perfectly, without the half-burnt edges I often see in other restaurants. For the price, it's really fantastic. I might have preferred the same amount of ham sliced ​​thinner, but that's just a personal preference, and it was still very good as it was.

Generous portions, just the way we like them, and delicious. Fresh salad. Fresh fries made from real potatoes. Impeccable service. And a reasonable price. Today, this restaurant, which used to be a meeting place where we'd settle up, is unfortunately no longer the same. The menu has changed, which is understandable, but it's completely different. The service was very slow, even though the restaurant only seats about 10 people. Limited choices and a hefty bill. Really disappointed. I don't think I'll be going back.

12/05/2026: The lady is very nice and the shop is really lovely, but €5 for four bites of cauliflower quiche to go feels like a rip-off; they're not worth more than €3. I don't know if I'll be back. It's a shame because there are very few shops in the area.

24/07/2026: One of the best cafes in Toulouse in terms of coffee quality. Whether it's an espresso, an allongée, or a cappuccino, you can taste the good coffee. The terrace is spacious and very pleasant, as is the roomy interior. Don't miss it! ☕️

16/05/2026: Honestly, it was a disaster. I ate there and a few hours later I had severe food poisoning: stomach pains, nausea, and I couldn't sleep all night. I don't know how they store their food, but something was clearly wrong. Plus, the hygiene of the place didn't inspire confidence. First and last time for me. Be careful before eating there.
