21/12/2025: Came in for a beer (not a good one) early Saturday evening and definitely got the impression I was bothering the owner.
The only words out of his mouth were, "Have you chosen?" What a lovely atmosphere.

10/12/2025: A warm welcome, pleasant music, and delicious pizzas. The crust is thin and melts in your mouth, the toppings are generous and flavorful. All pizzas are between nine and eleven euros, extremely reasonable for the quality. In short, it's fantastic. I highly recommend it!

26/09/2025: A last-minute craving for a pizza with the family. How disappointing. Payment by credit card and check was refused, only cash 🤨. No ATM available in Bérat and no offer to pick up our 7 pizzas. Leaving your ID should have done the trick. So our pizzas stayed in the oven.

At checkout, the prices displayed on the website don't match the price on the card.
For this, a company must offer at least two payment methods.
Credit card, the EFT doesn't work.
Checks not accepted, only cash 🤔

29/12/2025: A truly unpleasant experience with a sour waiter/owner.
It was my first time at this place with my girlfriend. It will be the last.
I asked if they offered plant-based milk (I'm lactose intolerant) for the hot chocolate, only to be met with a disdainful response: "Oh no, I don't make hippie drinks here. We only serve real milk. If you want your stuff, go see the hippies further down the road."
A simple "No, I don't have any" would have sufficed.
I strongly advise against going there.

12/09/2024: Very pleasant if you want to eat raw vegetables as much as you like. The concept of the water fountain is very pleasant and to finish gently there is a good choice of sweets for dessert.

What's more, I asked for my drink and she said, "You can go get it."
And when she cut me off, she didn't even say "sorry."
The rest was impeccable, except for her.

I open my salad, impossible to eat it
Completely burnt salad...all wilted...disgusting...you can see that it's frozen from the day before that you're being served...11.00 for a coke and a salad...disgusted...I don't will come back more.
14/11/2024: When working in a business it is important to emphasize kindness, a smile, sympathy and welcome.
Unfortunately a blonde lady with a strong accent, recently hired, does not have these qualities. Very unpleasant person bordering on aggressive when she served me and what's more we had the impression of disturbing her whereas when I entered the bakery she didn't seem to be very busy….Regular customer I thank her very much young apprentice for her welcome, her kindness and her professionalism.

I wanted to go to the restroom while my friends were ordering, and I was stopped by a security guard who was practically aggressive. The problem isn't that you have to order to use the restroom, even though I find that ridiculous; the problem is the rudeness!!!!
Very aggressive security guard!!!
I won't be back!

18/09/2025: Pleasant setting and very warm welcome. There were no vegetarian dishes on the menu, but they prepared an excellent vegetarian dish for us (I suggest they put it on their menu, or another vegetarian dish).
19/08/2025: It's definitely helpful, but let's face it, the snack bar is awful, between the microwaved crepe, the frozen waffles, and the fries that are served but have been sitting out for a while...
Luckily there's ice cream...
Dried fries for 3 euros, that's a pain...
I think I'll have to make do with the things he doesn't cook.
