21/12/2025: Lunch with friends was a wonderful time in a lovely setting with friendly, professional, and efficient staff who were never intrusive. The food was excellent (fish, ribeye steak, sweetbreads), and the desserts were just as delicious! We were even given a tour of the tastefully renovated premises, which include a very large reception room and a room housing a remarkable collection of antique telephones. We will definitely be back.

11/04/2026: The service was incredibly slow! Even though there were few people (two orders ahead of us), we waited over 15 minutes, almost 20... We had three wilted lettuce leaves, which we pointed out, and then we had to wait another 10 minutes. Seriously, the service is pathetic for a fast food restaurant. McDonald's is getting more and more expensive and worse and worse.

10/04/2026: A very disappointing experience due to the management. While the restaurant itself was quiet and the tables clean (although the floor was a bit sticky), the overall rating plummeted because of the service. I was served by an aggressive and unfriendly manager (dressed in black). Simply asking for napkins that had been left on my tray resulted in me being verbally assaulted. For a position of responsibility, the lack of courtesy and professionalism is glaring. Customer service is, after all, a basic requirement at McDonald's. A real shame.

24/04/2026: Quite disappointed with this KFC. I came with my girlfriend thinking we were going to have a nice lunch. We did get our meals fairly quickly, but first I saw that our cups were empty. Then I learned that KFC lets you get your own drinks (at €26 for two meals, the least they could do is serve us 100%). When I went to refill the cups, I saw there was a QR code system that wasn't even on my receipt. So I went to the cashier to get these darn QR codes, and then I learned how to use the drink machine. After that, I thought it was finally over, and then I saw that we didn't have any sauces, no napkins, nothing at all—the bare minimum, basically. When you pay €26, you're not paying for a burger, two tenders, and a few fries; you're paying for service, an atmosphere. In short, I find it unacceptable that they literally do the work themselves. Next step: making the burger themselves.

19/04/2026: Whether it's for delivery, click & collect, or in-store pickup, the soft drinks haven't been fizzing for a month now, and despite several complaints, it's still the same! As for cleanliness, it's filthy, constantly covered in mess, and the toilets are beyond unacceptable. Tonight I picked up my click & collect order; the ice cream had spilled everywhere, the fries were cold, and the nuggets were soggy! Do something about it, or you're going to lose customers.

18/04/2026: Outrageous experience. I ordered the Mario meal and received an empty package, opened and stripped of its collectible coin. Someone had helped themselves before my order was even delivered. It's pure and simple theft. Check your bags before you leave, because trust is no longer an option at this restaurant.

16/04/2026: I love pizza, and since I started eating their pizzas, I've rediscovered my love of them and the desire to buy more. The flavor is important, but so is the hygiene; it's very clean. I highly recommend it.
