05/09/2024: I enjoyed it from starter to dessert. Le Ribouldingue is an address that I recommend to anyone who wants to treat themselves. The dishes are generous and delicious. A big favorite for the tomato gazpacho and chives whipped cream ♥️
24/08/2024: Well, it’s honestly not glorious.
Duck hearts are not cooked! Just cooked, without salt, pepper or aromatics...
The cheese starter was also disappointing.
The main course was indicated with a certain sauce and we ended up having a raspberry sauce... in short, it was a disaster for us that evening. Sorry for this somewhat strong opinion, my partner convinced me to leave without telling you anything that evening; but people need to know.

10/07/2024: Very convenient. The service can be very fast if necessary and the prices are very reasonable. I'm not an expert in Vietnamese cuisine and I won't be able to say if the dishes are authentic but I enjoyed what I ate
02/07/2024: Interesting restaurant, the cuisine is not extraordinary but it is good despite some missing flavors for Vietnamese-inspired cuisine.
The prices are fair, the service is a little long due to lack of staff but the servers are attentive and do their best to serve as quickly as possible.
On the other hand, parking is difficult due to lack of space in the parking lot and surrounding areas.

The catering... It's the catering, not much choice, great, it's going to be good. Not even. Dry duck confit... Very fatty potatoes, for the aligot +2€ (correct). We dine inside, which is gloomy inside, no decoration, something a little warm, armchairs which are used outside in iron. To flee! What a descent. It was much better before!

The accras and smoked chicken mafé were perfect!

21/07/2024: We went there by chance in July 2024, and we had a great evening. The welcome is warm, family, the cuisine generous and excellent (Yassa chicken), the ultra hot pepper for fans, the house cocktails are great, the boss Gabriel delighted us with his stories and his culture about Africa. We were in the cellar where there is a good atmosphere, we can dance to good music. I really recommend it! If we come back to Toulouse we will definitely go back.

01/09/2024: I was a loyal customer of this restaurant in Blagnac, but for some time the products have been of lower quality, particularly the mussels and fries, everything is economical, no more paper tablecloths, the bread has to be asked for...etc and latest news you have to join for the 10 OR 15% reductions on the Pass Wallet site or the first thing you are asked for is your credit card, removed the club card I had a paper reduction voucher of 10% I am told more news the cashier took the voucher and the card from me and tore up the documents. Faced with these new measures, I am removing the Leon de Blagnac restaurant from my address book.

24/08/2024: This is the first time I ordered takeaway pizza from this pizzeria. I was able to taste an excellent pizza, light, topped with quality ingredients, very fresh and the cooking was perfect!

02/10/2024: It’s really not a perfect place and it’s a smaller boutique hotel but they have an exceptional staff, beautiful restaurant with amazing food and hello to Vanessa who helped me when my phone wouldn’t work to call in France. I loved my 2 nights here and because of Lilu, Cindy & Vanessa I will return. Try their cassoulet. Yum!
24/09/2024: I almost gave 3 for the location, you are on a big avenue, there are big traffic jams in the morning and for the very simplistic room, but it is very quiet. I give 4 for the very friendly welcome but also for the restaurant, I had room service, the gravlax salmon was very good, the turbo fillet was excellent.

Service médiocre quant la corbeille du pain est vide au bout de 10mn on vous l’arrache des mains pour vous la remettre au bout de 10mn encore … sans un mot ni sourire.la suite une viande au menu du midi impossible à couper avec du gras du gras … servi avec une purée accompagné d’une sauce en boîte !!! Vraiment pas bon.en Fait il s’agissait d’une viande pour faire du pot au feu dons rien à voir avec un plat du jour avec de la purée.
Pas de dessert il valais mieux

Parlons un peu des plats…
Sans saveur… si vous aimez le gras vous êtes à la bonne adresse… (fèves au chorizo… ça baigne !!!)
Entrée burrata… une simple burrata posée sur un lit de concassé de tomate insipide… même pas un filet d’huile d’olives ou une pointe de pesto… bref c’est fade…
Parlons du verre de vin… la serveuse est partie les remplir en cuisine… j’imagine la provenance du breuvage d’un cubi…
Soit disant un chardonnay… je ne l’ai même pas terminé…
Ras le bol des restaurateurs qui prennent les clients pour des vaches à lait !!!
Un conseil n’y aller pas…

28/08/2024: Fantastic. We just had a one night stopover and wished we could have stayed longer. So good. Very welcoming and friendly and charming staff and owner. We were on motorcycle. Free secure parking on site. So good, we had a couple of drinks on their lovely shaded courtyard, then decided to have dinner which was very nice and a very good value easy menu de jour. Great service. In the morning we stayed for breakfast which was also excellent and good value. We left, later than planned with a heartfelt goodbye from them. Cannot recommend highly enough. PS, the ornate dining rooms are amazing, beautiful ceiling and walls paintings and detail. Outstanding. Room was also perfect.
08/08/2024: Magnificent attention from the person at the reception. Highly recommended and charming place. Quiet, quiet and clean. With own parking. Very friendly.
