05/12/2025: Perfect location, right in the city center, Place du Capitole. A perfect welcome worthy of the best hotels. Attentive and very friendly staff. Magnificent suite, large and clean. A lovely touch for my wife. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

17/03/2026: The service was atrocious. €18 for a pizza and one of the cooks was rude to us the whole time. He even made sure we didn't drink the water bottles we brought with us. Anyway, the owner must be having some issues with his wife to be so bitter.

18/04/2026: I came in during a short rush, two people in service/cashier, but the taller of the two spent their time dodging behind, looking down on customers or lying to them, leaving the second person to manage the preparation, cooking, and cashing, which penalizes the team, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the desire to return.

13/04/2026: I placed an order and received a sandwich that was nothing like what I ordered, and I couldn't get through to them on the phone… And it had pickles, which I'm allergic to, so I can't even eat it.

23/04/2026: I came for a group dinner. The charcuterie platter was good, the beef was cooked perfectly, although the potato could have been replaced with a gratin, for example. The floating island dessert needs improvement; the meringue wasn't cooked through, which was a shame. Otherwise, the setting is very nice with lots of wood. I'll be back.

13/04/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance... and what a pleasant surprise! The place is beautifully decorated and the staff are lovely. We took advantage of the lunchtime set menu: a main course, dessert, and wine for only €17. The value for money is excellent. We ate well and our portions were generous. I highly recommend it :)

28/02/2026: As a huge fan of Liège waffles, I couldn't pass up this highly anticipated shop. I first tried a waffle with cinnamon batter, chocolate sticks, and chestnut cream, but I found the combination a bit too sweet, so I went back to try a more "traditional" waffle (classic batter and chocolate sticks). The verdict? The price is extremely high for waffles that are decent, but definitely not the best I've ever had. They weren't very caramelized and were a bit dry in the areas where there was only batter. It was fun to try because of the hype, but I won't be going back every weekend.

26/02/2026: €22 for a plate of frozen fish and chips. A huge disappointment for a restaurant that advertises dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. Some of them certainly are, but unfortunately not this one. If I'd wanted frozen fries, I would have gone to McDonald's.

11/07/2025: We placed an order at the Drive Thru for home delivery. The message announced a delivery, even though it hadn't been made. Two days later, our order was refilled, but many of the items we paid for were missing, such as "1 kilo of salmon, meat, etc." We were devastated, and despite the "correction," we were devastated again.

10/07/2025: I've been a customer of this store for years, and I'll be going to E.LECLERD from now on. I just had a rude person at the checkout. Deplorable!

07/04/2026: The security staff are incredibly picky. In all my travels, I've only ever seen anything like it in Toulouse: they'll give you a hard time about mascara not being in a clear plastic bag and will even quibble over 5 ml of excess liquid, claiming they have their own "specific rules" that they follow. It's utter nonsense. Here, they nitpick over every detail, as if it were a world-class airport, even though it's practically empty and there are very few direct flights to Europe.

21/04/2026: A frosty and unpleasant welcome, a dog tied up on a one-meter leash and left in front of the counter, a Margherita pizza with pork ham, a 40-minute wait for a single pizza (I was the only customer in the restaurant), frozen pizza dough as hard as a rock, dishonest employees who yell at you after taking the wrong order. I never leave bad reviews. Avoid at all costs.

13/04/2026: A very welcoming place. The owner is very attentive to her customers. I recommend this restaurant for families. A beautiful place.
