25/12/2025: I arrived in Toulouse on Christmas eve and I was Very Very hungry and I stumbled upon Mak food, I asked the cook about Pigeons what are these and he started saying None Nine Nein? 9? I asked him wdym by 9 and he instantly started rapping smthn like that "Number 9 shoulda been number 1 to me iif you ain't about that smthn smthn" and then I knew to stay with the classics and order a Burger. Would come again/10

24/02/2026: The waiter was warm and friendly, serving us with a smile. The service was quick and excellent; nothing was missing from the tray. Thank you to the young people who served us this Tuesday, February 24th, around 5:10 pm.

13/12/2024: The saleswoman is not friendly, bordering on brittle, I ordered 2 croissants and 1 coffee the bag of croissant was slammed on the display and the small coffee served in a very small cardboard cup as small as a dice sewing machine was downright terrible, the saleswoman neither bothered to ask me if I wanted milk with my coffee, nor gave me a paper napkin and I was treated to a ridiculous packet of sugar and all that for 3 euros 50! to flee therefore.

20/11/2024: Very welcoming and friendly staff, the paninis and bagnats are delicious. I come here several times a week.

25/10/2025: A very charming hotel in an incredible location, I really liked it. The area is also incredible and very beautiful. This establishment has its own history, and I love the wood.

07/10/2025: I arrived the last day before the hotel closed last week. We were 10 customers, almost all cyclists. The hotel is located in a beautiful valley, it is really impressive. The service was good and nice, and the room was nice as well. It would merit a 5 star, but the reason I give a 4 star is the price. It was too expensive for the quality it gave. But I might come back to explore the valley.

06/10/2025: Francis and Albane ran this restaurant for a good twenty years. A magnificent, organic restaurant, very popular. The story of a lifetime. Bought by the Chapelier brothers, who closed it after eight months and sold it for a Chinese restaurant. A disaster. A financial operation?

08/02/2026: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the McDonald’s restaurant in Colomiers, located near Carrefour. During several visits, I have observed a recurring lack of hygiene: dirty floors, uncleaned tables, trays and trash left in the dining area, and restrooms in a particularly dilapidated state. It is difficult to find a clean place to sit. Furthermore, the attitude of some staff members struck me as unprofessional and unwelcoming. I have also received food that did not appear fresh, which raises concerns about the preparation conditions in the kitchen. I also note the absence of a security guard, even though the restaurant can sometimes host rowdy customers, which can negatively impact their sense of security. This situation is regrettable and does not reflect the image of quality generally associated with your brand. Currently, I prefer to visit other, better-maintained McDonald’s restaurants in the area. Thank you for taking this report into consideration and for taking the necessary steps to improve the hygiene and quality of service at this establishment. 11/07/2025: We placed an order at the Drive Thru for home delivery. The message announced a delivery, even though it hadn't been made. Two days later, our order was refilled, but many of the items we paid for were missing, such as "1 kilo of salmon, meat, etc." We were devastated, and despite the "correction," we were devastated again.

24/03/2026: A very good experience at Les Étoiles d’Asie restaurant in Toulouse. I particularly enjoyed the varied and well-stocked buffet, with an excellent beef with flavorful onions. The setting is pleasant, with tasteful Asian decor that evokes a sense of travel. A big thank you to Mei, who was very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Despite the crowds, the service remained efficient. A welcoming place to eat well at a reasonable price.

21/03/2026: A very good experience at Les Étoiles d’Asie restaurant in Toulouse. The buffet is varied and regularly replenished, with delicious dishes like crispy honey chicken. I particularly appreciated Sophie's warm welcome; she was always smiling and attentive. The Asian lantern decor creates a pleasant and exotic atmosphere. Despite the crowds, the service remained smooth. An excellent choice for a friendly and delicious meal at a reasonable price.

26/02/2026: €22 for a plate of frozen fish and chips. A huge disappointment for a restaurant that advertises dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. Some of them certainly are, but unfortunately not this one. If I'd wanted frozen fries, I would have gone to McDonald's.

14/12/2025: A very bad breakfast experience, not because of the food or the rest of the staff—who are actually quite friendly—but because of the morning service manager. As soon as a customer walked in, you could hear him sighing wearily, clearly annoyed. For almost 20 minutes, he loudly repeated every two minutes that he was going to close the service, even though there was still plenty of time left. No diplomacy, no sense of hospitality: this way of speaking to customers first thing in the morning is extremely stressful and inappropriate. People come for breakfast to start the day calmly, not to be rushed, made to feel uncomfortable, and constantly reminded of the imminent closing time. The result: no pleasure in staying, just a heavy and unpleasant atmosphere. It's a real shame, because the rest of the team is friendly, but with a team leader displaying such exasperation with customers, it's difficult to appreciate their friendliness. Avoid breakfast if you're looking for a quiet moment.

01/03/2026: We were treated like dirt by a manager about as welcoming as a prison guard, who informed us there were no more tables available on the terrace, even though plenty were open. In short, this kind of interaction is never pleasant.
