21/05/2026: A true Toulouse institution. Exceptional staff who go the extra mile. Thank you to Jean-François for his warm welcome, and to the artistic director, Gautier, who was fantastic! Professionalism is guaranteed, and the food is really great. I've been coming here for over 25 years; the atmosphere is always fantastic. I highly recommend this place for after-work drinks or lively evenings. I would even recommend it in Montpellier, where I've lived for 15 years.

11/04/2026: This bar is a Carmes institution! Lovely waiters, great tapas on the terrace, and a fantastic atmosphere. You feel right at home in the Latin Quarter!

09/05/2026: We were extremely disappointed. We sat down to eat sugar and chestnut crepes, supposedly homemade, but they weren't fresh at all. I'd even say they were disgusting—dry, the chestnut cream was practically nonexistent, and as for the sugar crepes, they were just sprinkled with a little powdered sugar. To me, they were just the kind of crepes you get in a packet to reheat. Absolutely avoid this place! 🤮👎👎

09/05/2026: The atmosphere was bad, but the main problem was the rudeness of a waitress, a blonde woman who was disrespectful to the customers, even resorting to insults. Unfortunately for her, the customers heard. As for the rest of the staff, they were very good, although there weren't many of them in the dining room. So I'll go back and see how it goes this time.

12/05/2026: Dance bar with a restaurant area on the balcony. Great service, delicious cocktails, and the tapas menu is fantastic. Plus, the (Latin) music is great.

11/05/2026: The service was very slow and unpleasant. 30 minutes for a sandwich is outrageous. They didn't even bother to make the customers wait. If I hadn't paid, I would have left.

31/03/2026: An excellent experience at El Rincon Chileno in Toulouse. I was won over by the beef empanadas, which were flavorful and generous. The waiter, Carlos, added a friendly touch with his helpful recommendations. The colorful and typically Chilean decor immediately immerses you in the atmosphere of South America. You travel from the very first bite. A welcoming place that I wholeheartedly recommend to lovers of authentic cuisine.

07/03/2026: A huge congratulations and my sincerest best wishes to the team at El Rincon Chileno. I've been away from my homeland for over four years, and the moment I stepped inside, it felt like home. A familiar aroma of lovingly prepared food, a warm atmosphere, and exceptional service—I mean, the staff were attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. A place that transports you back to the places you hold dear. The empanadas are a classic, the ceviche a delightful surprise, the pebre a must-try, and above all, the discada—simply superb. There's a reason it's the most renowned and oldest restaurant in the area. It's become my go-to spot in Toulouse.

13/05/2026: Pathetic manager. An employee informed us that the dining room was closed (11:20 PM) and that we could order on foot at the drive-thru (there were no customers). We waited for five minutes at the order kiosk without any response, and upon returning to the register, the manager condescendingly told us (carefully omitting this over the PA system while we waited) that without a vehicle, he wouldn't take our order, all while sporting a blatant smile. Well done, you had your little moment of authority; you'll go far in life :)

22/04/2026: Unbeatable value for money, breathtaking view. I stop here every time I'm in the area for work. I'm quite shocked by the nastiness of some of the comments. I regularly stay in Logis hotels for work, and I can say that this one is among my favorites!

18/03/2026: Excellent 3-star inn, which I highly recommend. It's in a very pleasant setting, far from the hustle and bustle of Toulouse, yet so close (30km). A complete change of scenery. The restaurant is of high quality, and the staff are very attentive. I had a wonderful night's sleep there after a long journey. The spacious room is tastefully decorated. I would gladly return on my next trip to the region. I recommend it.

27/04/2026: The manager is particularly haughty, disdainful, and very aggressive in her manner of speaking to people. She clearly looks down on customers, interrupts them, and speaks with a complete lack of respect and professionalism. When managing a business open to the public, a minimum of courtesy and respect should be the foundation. Unfortunately, this is clearly not the case here. I strongly advise against this establishment for anyone who simply expects to be treated with respect.
