13/12/2024: Lack of respect on the phone. The staff is completely disrespectful. I don't understand why working in this restaurant is unprofessional. He absolutely insulted me on the phone. Yesterday, when I asked for information about a large cheese pizza, he said he didn't have time and insulted me and that I was breaking his head. 18/11/2025: We are students at Jean Jaurès University and, due to our schedules, we came to the Blagnac campus for the second time to attend classes. At the cafeteria, my friend simply wanted to use the microwave, but she was treated extremely rudely by a cashier, a woman with long, curly black hair. This employee threw—literally threw—my friend's container and spoke to her in a harsh, contemptuous, and openly hostile tone. Another friend, who was waiting in line to pay for her meal, also experienced her sarcastic, aggressive, and clearly impatient attitude. Given this repeated and targeted behavior, we have strong grounds to believe that it constitutes racial and gender discrimination. We are students here to learn, and this employee—as a member of staff at an educational institution—is obligated to provide a minimum level of respect and professionalism. Nothing gives her the right to treat us with condescension or animosity. It is absolutely shocking that a person displaying such a lack of ethics and respect should work in an educational institution.

18/11/2025: Negative review: Discriminatory and rude behavior by a cashier at the Blagnac campus restaurant We are students at Jean Jaurès University and were subjected to extremely deplorable treatment during our second visit to the Blagnac campus restaurant. My friend, simply wanting to use the microwave, was confronted by a cashier with long, curly black hair who literally threw her container down while speaking to her in a rude, contemptuous, and openly hostile tone. At the same time, another friend, who was waiting in line to pay for her meal, was also met with her sarcastic, aggressive, and clearly impatient attitude. These repeated incidents, specifically targeting us, give us strong reason to believe this constitutes racial and gender discrimination. As students here to learn, we expected a minimum level of respect and professionalism from the staff of an educational institution—however, this employee completely disregarded her duties and displayed unacceptable condescension and animosity. It is absolutely shocking that someone exhibiting such a lack of ethics and respect should work in an educational institution, which should be a place of kindness and inclusion. We demand a thorough investigation into this matter and immediate corrective measures to prevent other students from experiencing such humiliation. We do not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances until changes are made regarding staffing and the fight against discrimination.

14/09/2024: CB 78, 40 min wait for two menus 👍👍👍👍👍👍 and the manager who goes to the back of the store to not manage my order and apologizes for forgetting it. Ms. MANAGER, you made an oversight, it's no big deal, it can happen, but don't hide so that others take your place, especially since you leave twice, once to check that I didn't have it not already caught I'm not a fucking thief!!

21/01/2026: What a disappointment! I have a company, mistakes happen, but an hour and a half delay? And when the delivery driver, who really wasn't at fault, arrived with no drinks I'd paid for and ordered, and when I opened the three pizzas... lol... I ordered a thin crust, but they were thick crusts... no meat, or maybe just three or four tiny pieces... covered in oil... and the other two, frankly, were a buy-one-get-one-free Margherita promotion, and again, covered in oil... I'm extremely disappointed. Between the hour and a half wait, and paying €2.60 for an Orangina that wasn't delivered... the quality was disgusting, and not at all what I expected!

23/12/2025: I ordered online, and when I arrived, they served me two pizzas instead of three. When I pointed this out, they insisted it wasn't necessary. Finally, they told me they were offering me the missing pizza for free. The pizzas were under-topped, with only three pieces of kebab. I do not recommend this place.

20/11/2024: To flee, I just dropped almost 60 euros, the sandwiches were cold and the staff doesn't give you any consideration, speaks badly, borders on aggressive, I asked for sauces that I didn't get, who wanted to charge me extra and I didn't. don't talk about the drink I asked for a half-empty coke without ice so I asked for a little more content and I was refused that frankly pay 60 euros to be taken for idiots sava you are paying a pittance and its quibbles for a sauce while these same people don't do it for themselves even stop making ads with stars if customer service doesn't exist and continue like this you will all sink 😱😱😱😱

25/01/2025: Local sandwiches, salads and industrial sweets. It also has pastries, tartlets and donuts. Ok to eat something quick. Salad, Salmon Sandwich, bottle of water and an infusion for €18.

25/01/2025: salespeople are not up to it, you can feel I'm bothering her. I took 2 tiny Paris Brest and which have the most taste of you as boss as a Paris, Brest. In addition, the saleswoman told me that it was pastry cream inside, whereas it is a lemon-flavored mousse priced at €3.80 on top of that!! Everything is frozen, nothing is homemade, very disappointing for a pastry at this location Don't go!

21/10/2025: To avoid I take a fried bavette with pepper sauce everything is ok except the sauce which was cold... I put it on my fries and when I realized that it was cold I was offered either to put it in the microwave or to eat them like that...

29/09/2024: But what a horror. To flee. Cold sandwich, report to the waiter who doesn't even come back to us. I go to the kitchen and they tell me that I can't do better even though the cheese is as cold as fresh. A feeling of disturbing like I have rarely seen, I would never set foot there again

24/08/2025: A coffee in its original form, an authentic owner who is often misunderstood, given the many comments. Yes, he's old, and yes, he doesn't always bother with politeness—and probably doesn't care about Google reviews—but the terrace is one of the most pleasant, quiet, and best-exposed in Toulouse. I didn't have cash to pay for my coffee, and he didn't have a credit card machine. He trusted me and offered to come by later. Trust. It's worth more than polite phrases to earn stars. So here are mine. (And he's always very friendly!)

19/09/2024: We've been living in Colomiers for 2 years now, we only go to this McDonald's because it's closer to us, but it's too much. Once we go to the drive-thru, we're missing at least 1 item. you always have to check the order... This time we were missing more than half of the order, so we will go to the McDonald's in Perget which is a little further away but at least the order is complete.

19/09/2024: Fries served cold. I return them at the counter. To my surprise I am served hot fries and put the cold ones back on sale.....what hygiene? So we wonder what we are being made to eat. We order 1 milkshake, not present in the tray. We are asking for it but not possible the machine has not been turned on. So we are offered 1 mc flurry, but as it is more expensive we are served a sundae.
