03/07/2026: Sadly, I feel compelled to give a one star review for this property when it could have been a five star review. The room and hotel were great-looking. However, when we arrived at our room, it smelled strongly of what can only be described as a "burned electrical wire" type of smell. It was so strong we had the front desk attendant come up and check, and he agreed. It wasn't from outside, or in the hallway. But it was very strong in our room. After 30 minutes of tolerating it and starting to feel nauseous, we decided that we had to leave and find another hotel to stay at, as they had no other rooms available to move us to. We asked for a refund of the money spent and were denied that request by hotel management. They had an electrician inspect the room and found no problem. Which is fine, but the smell was there. It was strong. And it was confirmed by the hotel employee. If that isn't enough of a reason to refund a Rewards Member who has patronized Best Western properties many times over the past 6 months, than I don't know what is... I will say that the front desk attendant was super helpful, kind and supportive that evening. Buyer beware, when patronizing this property if there is a problem with management.

27/05/2026: Great hotel, close enough to the airport to be convenient, without feeling like you're "on airport". Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with nothing being too much trouble.

23/09/2026: We thought we were walking into a French restaurant, but it had been taken over... so we ended up in a Thai restaurant. Nothing against that, but the food only deserved one star from me. They weren't fries, but leftovers that were very brown. The meat wasn't anything to write home about either; in short... we won't be coming back. PS: Google MMS needs to be updated better so people know where they are eating.

12/09/2026: A very popular spot in Victor Hugo, we're regulars there. I highly recommend the small pizzas, which are incredibly good. The size allows you to try several excellent recipes (duck breast, oriental, chorizo, Roquefort, etc.), and for market visitors, it's a great place to eat in. The lasagnas and croque-monsieurs are also very good and generous. And Sylvain and his whole team always have a smile on their faces. In short, don't hesitate!

22/09/2026: Terrible. It is a pity I didn't read the reviews first. A disaster there. Not a single table was clean, the toilets were dirty, and there was no soap available. The food was cold and the fries were not worthy of the name. We immediately returned the fries we were given. We received others that were even worse: cold and not even cooked through. McDonalds St. Gaudens, you don't need to send me a reply because I keep reading the same standard response. Please act on all that bad commentary and learn from it. Things run well at other McDonald's. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS MC. DONALDS.

19/09/2026: Ridiculous "best of" menu! Tiny sandwiches with the bare minimum: no cheddar, no bacon (because it's an extra charge!), no sauce for the fries (because... they're extra). Soon even the bread will be an extra charge. When I compare it to KFC, I wonder why they don't open more restaurants. As for McDonald's? That's it, I'm never going back. Expensive and stingy.

04/10/2026: Update after the comment: We did ask the servers for refills several times, yet we received a measly coffee cup with four small pieces of meat for four people after 30 minutes each time. That's not what I call all-you-can-eat. Let's not even talk about the quality of the food. Our friends told you this at the end, and your response was more than inadequate. In short, if you want to eat good meat in Toulouse, go somewhere else!

20/09/2026: We had a great time last night, even though we only spoke Italian. A young man, I think a manager, was wearing a blue vest. He looked after us, advised us, and accompanied us—he was truly very kind. God bless him, we'd had a tough day of travel, and he lifted our spirits. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Everyone was very kind and smiling. Highly recommended.

06/09/2026: Today, last Sunday, September 6th, with all-you-can-eat mussels??? We got to the checkout... Ah!!! No mussels, we're "RIK...RAK?? Okay, we'll get something else. Half an hour later, ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT MUSSELS??? That's not good, Mr. Flunch... we're losing customers like that.

18/09/2026: Not bad but small portions (child-sized portions), the place is gloomy and the staff... I don't know... maybe they're in training.

02/09/2026: You don't come here expecting a gourmet experience, but rather home-style cooking like Grandma used to make, at a very reasonable price. A starter, main course, and dessert for €19. It's hearty, simple, and delicious. That's it.

19/09/2026: I won't be coming back. Seeing an employee picking her teeth in front of a customer and shaking your hand without washing it makes me not want to return.

03/09/2026: One of the saleswomen from September 2nd at 7:00 AM (the petite North African woman, 1.50m tall), perhaps we (the customers) are the ones at her beck and call? She was incredibly unpleasant and, on top of that, completely lacking in manners, since she clearly wasn't taught to say hello. Put her back on the clock at the French employment agency for the sake of people who get up early and would like to start the day in a more pleasant way. I don't pay to be talked down to.

04/11/2025: It was a great bar-restaurant, but it's no longer there. There's a taco place now (which I haven't tried yet).

08/09/2026: A lovely restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and very friendly, attentive service combined with delicious food. We had lunch here and enjoyed a lovely time.

10/07/2026: Very pleasant place, beautiful dining room. Friendly staff. Delicious Caesar salad. Reasonable price. I enjoyed this quiet, air-conditioned restaurant.
