Today, the ingredients are less generous, and the ham, cheese, and salmon are no longer of the same quality; the herbs were missing. Members of our family, who are usually good customers, went there recently and made the same observation. We were very disappointed.

However, I'm always disappointed by the cakes, which, despite their tempting appearance, are often unbalanced, with unripe fruit, sliced ​​cream, frozen mousse, and marzipan as hard as cardboard. And today, there was a piece of wood in my sugar pie. Many small mistakes that spoil the experience.

07/02/2026: Terrible experience. We ordered two pizzas by phone and received a very cold reception. One was a goat cheese pizza, and the second, admittedly, had a slight mix-up: a Scandinavian pizza was ordered, but this was quickly and clearly corrected to a Savoyard pizza. We arrived to find a Scandinavian and a Savoyard pizza waiting for us. The owner wouldn't budge, offered no apology, and we were "forced" to leave with those two pizzas. Then, to add insult to injury, when it came time to pay, he refused to accept our restaurant voucher card without explanation, even though we had used it last time. In short, questionable practices, a lack of self-reflection, no apology, and therefore an unpleasant experience. We won't be returning. The pizzas are good, but not exceptional, so I'm adding a star for that.

08/05/2026: All-you-can-eat couscous (cool concept) With a unique and super friendly chef. The place is a bit dated, but the food is good. The mint tea is excellent. A little bit of decoration and renovation would make it perfect.

08/01/2026: The generously filled salads are inexpensive, the dressing is excellent, nothing like McDonald's. The sandwiches are made with good meat, it's really pleasant, welcoming, clean, and the panisses are better than in Marseille! It's definitely worth the trip, and having this in Mane is incredibly good. Bravo to you and thank you for treating us! Highly recommended! Bravo again!

20/08/2026: The address is unassuming, with a "terrace" along the sidewalk, but this minor inconvenience is quickly forgotten when the tapas arrive—simply delicious and beautifully presented. The main dishes are also very good—pork chop, burger—and the portions are generous. No great wines, but excellent value for money. In short, I recommend it for a pleasant evening in Luchon.

05/08/2026: I have no complaints about the store itself: it's a Carrefour, you can find what you need there. However, the checkout service really needs improvement. No greeting, not a word during the entire transaction, no goodbye. The cashier spent the whole time chatting with her colleague, without paying the slightest attention to the customers. The job of a cashier also involves a minimum of interaction with customers. If there's no human contact, you might as well use the self-checkout next time. A simple hello and goodbye costs nothing and completely changes the experience.

01/08/2026: A good store where I've shopped for several years and am generally happy. My only complaint is the lack of organic products, particularly frozen fruits and vegetables, which seems essential given the warnings issued by various organizations regarding the effects of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides used in conventional agriculture on the health of consumers. Beyond organic products, the overall selection also seems to be steadily shrinking. Don't just think about profit, but also about your customers' health. Update August 1st: Four months after my initial review, the selection of organic frozen fruits and vegetables has unfortunately not expanded. For example, there are no organic onions, carrots, garlic, peppers, or mushrooms—essential products. As a long-time customer, I remember these items being available a few years ago. I would love to continue doing all my shopping with you, but since the government has decided to allow the use of pesticides banned in the rest of the EU, and being concerned about my health, I think I'll have to look for a store with a better selection of organic frozen foods, perhaps Picard, which is just a few minutes away. To end on a positive note, though: the staff are mostly friendly and helpful.

16/07/2026: Avoid this place at all costs. The worst naan I've ever eaten. I ordered the marinated chicken, and it was like rubber. You clearly know you cooked it a day ago, and I'm lucky if it was even a day ago. The bread was completely burnt, black inside. And there was hardly any sauce. It's hard to imagine anything worse. You think you're saving money, but you're losing customers.

08/07/2026: One of the best kebabs I've ever tasted! The meat is excellent, the portions are generous, and the flavors are spot on. The service is also very pleasant. A real treat, I highly recommend it!
