We arrived in a group of 10 people. We weren't able to order drinks because we arrived in a small group and not all together.
We had to wait for everyone to order drinks. Regarding payment we all had to pay at the same time.
And not in small groups because we all work in different places.
Problem with collection and negative reception and under pressure.
08/09/2024: This restaurant is really very good and very good, they have a lot of Asian cuisine, there are a lot of choices and a lot of desserts, you can have fruit, ice cream, creams...
They are welcoming and above all, it is an all-you-can-eat buffet 😀
Really 10/10!

19/08/2024: Clean room on the other hand the air conditioning leaks and deteriorates the floor and the baseboard mold not great. In the bathroom bathtub to shower be careful it slips and only one towel per person. Good bedding and we slept on the parking side with less noise. We arrived on a Sunday with no restaurant so I chose Campanile for on-site catering. This hotel is not up to par with the campanile hotels already booked.
14/07/2024: Very well located close to the Paul Sabatier campus and other Toulouse engineering schools.
Decent rooms, not too much traffic noise in the rooms on the shopping center side.
Good breakfast and very welcoming and helpful staff.

an atmosphere conducive to watching over the dead
I order 8 poor snacks which have difficulty arriving, 8 minutes exactly, because the 2 members of the team cannot find a box and do not communicate.
Moreover: closing a jar of sauce must be complicated, they clearly lack the training for that!
It’s a shame the restaurant is visually beautiful.

16/12/2024: Ambiance feutrée , très bon accueil par le directeur et son personnel. Mets de qualité, excellente soirée qui a répondu à nos attentes. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et en prime , nous avons aperçu Pablo Villafranca , star des 10 commandements, 1ere version.
10/12/2024: Restaurant en famille, très bon accueil, tout était délicieux, le cadre est magnifique, et le service, irréprochable.
Merci aux deux serveurs "Baptiste" et "Yohann" pour leur professionnalisme, et leur sympathie, deux personnes très agréables.
Nous avons passés un très bon moment, et nous reviendrons.

20/07/2024: mis à part la nourriture qui est plutôt bonne, l’accueil est néanmoins à revoir, les serveuses ce permette de parler d’éducation car on leur demande un verre dos mais je pense qu’il vaudrais mieux revoir la leur car ça laisse à désirer, je pars du principe qu’elles travaillent dans le milieu du commerce et la moindre des choses serait d’être un peu aimable avec leurs client sachant que la majorité sont des gamins de en moyenne 11 à 17 ans qui viennent chez elles. je pense qu’il faudrais accepter que vous n’êtes pas bonne dans votre métier.

Service médiocre quant la corbeille du pain est vide au bout de 10mn on vous l’arrache des mains pour vous la remettre au bout de 10mn encore … sans un mot ni sourire.la suite une viande au menu du midi impossible à couper avec du gras du gras … servi avec une purée accompagné d’une sauce en boîte !!! Vraiment pas bon.en Fait il s’agissait d’une viande pour faire du pot au feu dons rien à voir avec un plat du jour avec de la purée.
Pas de dessert il valais mieux

Parlons un peu des plats…
Sans saveur… si vous aimez le gras vous êtes à la bonne adresse… (fèves au chorizo… ça baigne !!!)
Entrée burrata… une simple burrata posée sur un lit de concassé de tomate insipide… même pas un filet d’huile d’olives ou une pointe de pesto… bref c’est fade…
Parlons du verre de vin… la serveuse est partie les remplir en cuisine… j’imagine la provenance du breuvage d’un cubi…
Soit disant un chardonnay… je ne l’ai même pas terminé…
Ras le bol des restaurateurs qui prennent les clients pour des vaches à lait !!!
Un conseil n’y aller pas…
