22/03/2026: We went there to eat and drink. Not great! The service needs improvement and the food was very average.

26/06/2026: The crust was very average and barely cooked, with raw onions. I thought I was supporting a local artisan, but it's a chain (Cugnaux, Toulouse, Tournefeuille). I tried it; it was cheap, but I was disappointed. A pizza from Picard is better.

24/06/2026: I ordered an Estat pizza, where it clearly states that the mozzarella and tomato are added after cooking... I'm still looking for them. Nope... Everything cooks at the same time, so it's just so-so... Not very honest, not very professional either.

28/03/2026: A café in the city center with good prices. The pastries are quite decent. Upstairs they have a lounge where you can sit and enjoy your coffee. Very nice. The price is reasonable. 10 euros for two coffees and pastries.

08/12/2025: The welcome was beyond unpleasant; you get the feeling you're bothering them (to put it politely). Be careful with the expiration dates on the cakes; I was sold one that was a day past its expiry date.

31/05/2026: The hygiene is extremely questionable; the table, toilet, and floor were dirty. Furthermore, they rip off customers with their €2 meat surcharge. After a complaint, one of the employees grabbed the tray and the kebab and threw everything on the floor. I strongly advise against going there; the staff is aggressive.

30/05/2026: Disgusting restaurant that gives you one tender cut into 6 pieces, absolutely not normal. The wings are tiny. I strongly advise against it. Service 0/10.

28/03/2026: A pleasant surprise at Les Trois Continents restaurant in Toulouse. I particularly enjoyed the grilled prawn tapas, which were flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Our waiter, Julien, was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The decor, with its exotic influences, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's the perfect place to share a meal with friends over delicious food and drinks. I highly recommend it.

31/05/2026: Another very disappointing experience at the McDonald's in Montaudran. The concept of fast food is clearly no longer being respected. At the drive-thru, you sometimes have to wait several minutes before even being served, and then even longer to actually get your order. The service is consistently very slow, and the attitude I encountered didn't help matters. The organization seems disorganized, with orders being processed simultaneously, resulting in significant wait times and sometimes lukewarm food. At the Jean Chaubet location, I was told to expect a minimum wait of about 20 minutes at the drive-thru. At this point, it's no longer really fast food. The value for money is also questionable, with meals that can approach €20 for an experience that is neither quick nor always satisfactory. The most striking thing is the comparison with the competition. For my part, I finally found the solution: Burger King. The prices are often much more attractive, the service more welcoming, and the staff seem to be doing their utmost to serve customers quickly. Even when it's raining, you see employees outside at the drive-thru with their tablets to streamline orders and reduce wait times! This simply demonstrates that with organization, dedication, and effective management, it's possible to do much better. Finally, some managers would benefit from demonstrating more courtesy and professionalism in their interactions with customers. The attitude adopted when a problem arises can significantly damage the overall experience and the establishment's image. It's also crucial that some managers fully realize that their behavior and how they interact with customers can have significant consequences.

31/05/2026: Very, very good service. Despite forgetting a sauce, having worked at McDonald's for two years I know that can happen, but this was unimaginable: paying over €15 for a beef, mozzarella, and cheddar meal... WITHOUT mozzarella! Despite three calls to the restaurant, no response. A real shame.

09/06/2026: I've been ordering from you since 2023. And of all the employees who have served me, only two or three have actually served me what I asked for. When you order a classic crust, you don't expect it to be thin! Yet that was the case with almost all the classic crust pizzas I ordered.

04/06/2026: I stopped by recently and met a guy named Johary. The poor guy made the pizzas all by himself on a Thursday, but despite that, the pizzas were very good. He manages his time very well, hats off to him!

26/11/2025: The employee forgot to put part of the meal in the bag. I returned in the evening to get a legitimate refund, but it wasn't possible because a letter had to be sent to the head office. So, for €5, I'm not going to write a letter, I'm just letting them know I'm unhappy with this review 😟

05/12/2025: This restaurant is now closed. It has been replaced by a new restaurant which is clearly not of the same standard.

03/02/2026: Avoid at all costs!! The meat was completely undercooked (still pink). I threw away two €18 set menus. I will never return.

15/02/2026: Very disappointed. Poor soundproofing; we could hear everything going on in the street. I didn't sleep a wink all night. The bathroom offered no privacy. There was no handle to close the toilet door from the inside. I will not be returning.

10/02/2026: Okay, let me set the record straight about this hotel where I stayed recently. The hotel has a fantastic location. The hotel had very nice rooms. The hotel had excellent reception. No noise problems whatsoever. Don't pay attention to the reviews that say otherwise. If you're looking for a well-located, reasonably priced hotel with good service, you can book it without hesitation.

17/05/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this café!! We waited 40 minutes after numerous requests to order, and then another half hour, only to finally ask a different server for our four coffees and a grenadine, who told us our order hadn't been registered! We finally received our coffees after an hour, and I had to get up to fetch a bottle of water that had never been brought to us!

10/05/2026: We can't give it zero stars, what a shame... We've been several times and each time, the staff is polite enough to want to visit the cathedral across the street, and the wait time, even for a simple Coke, is endless. Even Disneyland would have found this unacceptable... I absolutely do not recommend it.

23/03/2026: Nothing's right! We got sick after eating there. 1. Unpleasant welcome 2. The food was extremely spicy and inedible 3. Extremely expensive 4. If you want to lose weight, this is the perfect place because you'll eat next to nothing, and what little you do eat will make you sick—guaranteed traveler's diarrhea! My advice: avoid this place...

14/03/2026: The food was very good, but the service was very unpleasant. We felt like we were bothering them when we arrived, but also when we ordered and when we paid... We even got a sigh when we asked to split the bill!
