01/11/2025: A glass of wine for €6, a tourist trap. On the other side, the same glass is half price. And on top of that, the service isn't very friendly. In short, they're taking advantage of having a spot in Toulouse's central market but completely undermining the market's spirit.

04/10/2025: Catastrophic. The waiter Olivier is rude, I've never been treated so badly in Toulouse. He heard the Spanish accent and made a face, refusing to serve us under the pretext that they were closing, even though he served other customers after us. The waitress was very nice, it's a shame she had to obey Olivier's orders. I'll never come back.

07/04/2026: ⚠️⚠️⛔️Diarrhea, stomachache and vomiting are waiting for you if you go here! The chicken tacos was so spicy and not tasting good. Besides, it’s not clean at all.

19/03/2026: They refuse to accept cards for orders under 8 euros. The fries smell of oil and are VERY old, the service is disastrous… in short, a bad memory.

09/04/2026: Nothing changes over time; there's always one or two items missing from the drive-thru order, one out of every five burgers is missing, and a sundae is missing despite a 20-minute wait. The result is an extra 10-minute wait. As a result, everything is cold. Don't bother replying that you're sorry my experience wasn't good. Just hire more staff!

17/04/2026: We came to this bar/hotel for a quick drink while waiting for our children's train. We sat down inside; it wasn't very busy, which was nice. We sat at a table where some customers had just left, leaving their drinks and tips on the table, which is normal. Once seated, despite the few people, no one came to take our order; yet there were two people at the bar and two waiters. We waited and waited, but after about ten minutes we went to the bar to order. Our drinks arrived, and we told the waiter that what was on the table belonged to the previous customers (so he would clear it, basically), but no, he took our payment and left everything on the table. We thought he would come back in a few moments to clear it and give us a clean table. He didn't come back; he walked around, looking at us. We finally called him over, and he cleared the table, didn't clean it, and left the tips left by the other customers.

12/04/2026: The food was deplorable, despite efficient service; I can understand everything except the mediocrity of the dishes.

14/04/2026: Unpleasant waiter and bartender, 20 minutes to take our order, the mojito wasn't a mojito, it was just water... Not recommended

09/04/2026: The servers are very kind and helpful; I go to this place every time I'm in Toulouse. I recommend it!

19/04/2026: This is the third time I've been to this bakery, what a mistake! Every time I find an excuse for them. Please, if you don't have a knack for business, you should stop. The manager was incredibly aggressive, and don't even get me started on the employees... the products are mediocre. In short, avoid it!

10/03/2026: Disappointed. I used to come every day, but now there are no more sandwiches after noon. There are only four employees in the shop and an endless queue, but only one actually serves customers while the others wander around. Frankly, I won't be going back to this one. Take five minutes and go to the one in Portet next door where the staff are much nicer and there's always a good selection.

05/12/2025: So convenient, open 24/7! The pizzas are good, the ingredients are fresh, and there are several options, including pizzas as well as sweet and savory snacks. I met the young man who works there once; he was super friendly and well-maintained. I highly recommend it—very convenient and delicious!

08/10/2025: Since Tutti Matic arrived, I don't go there anymore; they don't have what you need and you can't make custom pizzas. I would like it to become a Tutti Pizza again with qualified people to manage that, etc.

30/01/2026: The pizzas are excellent, the tacos are also excellent, and their new item, the Nutella croque monsieur, is a GEM!!

06/01/2026: A disgrace. We ordered a kebab meal and a burger meal, and the kebab meat was burnt to a crisp—I've never seen anything like it. We asked for two sauces with the kebab, and they gave us two portions of sauce in the same container…unbelievable. The supposedly homemade burger was anything but (supermarket buns, three chicken fingers when a chicken burger should have a chicken patty!!). In short…avoid at all costs!!

Since this commitment, no progress has been published on your part and it has even disappeared from your website. Why don't you share any information regarding the respect of your promises with consumers?

19/04/2026: Is that really a pizza? It looks like it's been deep-fried. I've never seen anything like it before; the bottom is soaked in oil. (Order placed through a delivery platform).

25/01/2025: salespeople are not up to it, you can feel I'm bothering her. I took 2 tiny Paris Brest and which have the most taste of you as boss as a Paris, Brest. In addition, the saleswoman told me that it was pastry cream inside, whereas it is a lemon-flavored mousse priced at €3.80 on top of that!! Everything is frozen, nothing is homemade, very disappointing for a pastry at this location Don't go!

25/01/2025: Local sandwiches, salads and industrial sweets. It also has pastries, tartlets and donuts. Ok to eat something quick. Salad, Salmon Sandwich, bottle of water and an infusion for €18.
