06/01/2026: A disgrace. We ordered a kebab meal and a burger meal, and the kebab meat was burnt to a crisp—I've never seen anything like it. We asked for two sauces with the kebab, and they gave us two portions of sauce in the same container…unbelievable. The supposedly homemade burger was anything but (supermarket buns, three chicken fingers when a chicken burger should have a chicken patty!!). In short…avoid at all costs!!
21/12/2025: First and last time. The pizzas were really bad. Even our children, who usually eat everything, didn't want any more after two bites. It doesn't even deserve one star. We wasted our money and now have to cook for ourselves. I strongly advise against it.

24/08/2025: A coffee in its original form, an authentic owner who is often misunderstood, given the many comments. Yes, he's old, and yes, he doesn't always bother with politeness—and probably doesn't care about Google reviews—but the terrace is one of the most pleasant, quiet, and best-exposed in Toulouse. I didn't have cash to pay for my coffee, and he didn't have a credit card machine. He trusted me and offered to come by later. Trust. It's worth more than polite phrases to earn stars. So here are mine. (And he's always very friendly!)

11/03/2026: A tartiflette that arrived cold and a sort of tiramisu made of a thick layer of speculoos with whipped cream on top... A 10-minute wait for the tartiflette to heat up and a 20-minute wait for dessert. I remember when we ate very well, but it's nothing like that anymore!
03/03/2026: The usual excuse: "the cook is new." An hour's wait for two starters, a reheated soup, and a salad. Another 30 minutes for the main courses, and the risotto on the menu turned out to be rice without sauce and three shellfish! A disgrace! And to top it all off, we got yelled at for daring to complain!

08/08/2025: I will no longer go to a La Panetière bakery because this chain has still not committed to fighting the caged farming of laying hens and the worst chicken farming practices! The company is lagging behind its competitors like Paul, La Mie Câline or Pomme de Pain who have already made a firm commitment against these cruel practices. La Panetière, when will you align yourself with other food companies?
16/07/2025: I bought a Caesar salad which looked pretty at first glance, the top was filled with pasta, and when I put two forks in the dish I realized that it was filled with salad (green) so 7.60 to eat salad, no thank you, I won't go back there again!!!!

29/12/2023: Comme promis à Oceane je met 5 etoile dencouragement pour tout les efforts reunis depuis peu dans ce burger king ou l'equipe a l'air davoir changer et qui est beaucoup plus pro qu'avant , a lecoute de ses clients Ce burger king a fait de net progres ! 5 etoiles continuer comme ça, je suis la personne qui a la mucoviscidose qui à discuter avec Oceane !

We are told that it closes in 7 minutes and that we have to hurry to order or I quote “at worst, don’t order”.
Deplorable hygiene, more of a grease skating rink (given the state of the ground) than a fast food restaurant.

P.S. It is an ironic review to show that the specific place, knowing that it is a fast food, gives the impression that it has not been cleaned in 1 year, sticky floor, tables full of a week's worth of remains, overflowing garbage and a long etcetera.

On c’est gelé pendant tout le repas .
Le personnel est même habillé en polaire.
Alors si vous y allez couvrez vous très chaudement 😉

Je conseille fortement le Paris - Toulouse, un Paris-Brest revisiste à la violette

27/12/2023: Teníamos reserva a las 13:30h y nos tuvieron esperando 45min en la calle porque decían no tener espacio.
La comunicación nefasta, la camarera muy borde y únicamente nos respondía en francés pese a indicarle que entendías poco y que preferías otro idioma (ej. inglés). Es algo que nos llamó la atención pues en Toulouse todo el mundo es muy amable y hace por ayudarte. En este local todo lo contrario.
A parte de la espera y el mal trato, la comida la sirvieron tarde y la carne quemada.
Este sitio no lo recomendaríamos ni volveríamos. Hay sitios mucho mejores en Toulouse y con personal más amable.

Nous avons laissé une autre chance au Régent mais nous sommes encore déçus.
Repas trop cuits et frites de la veille.
Même la fourchette ne les attrape pas tellement elles sont dures.
Wisky coca 1 gorgée 7€…

28/08/2024: "I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. After eating here, I unfortunately suffered from food poisoning, which ruined the rest of my day. The quality of the food seems questionable, and I highly recommend be careful if you plan to eat here I hope the establishment takes steps quickly to improve food safety.
