10/03/2026: The food is good and healthy, yes, but the portions are really small, especially considering the prices! 😱 The restaurant feels like a cafeteria, and the hygiene and decor of the restrooms leave much to be desired. It's packed (I wonder why) and very noisy. Personally, I wouldn't go back because I really felt like I was being ripped off.

Don't ask him for anything, and he's certainly not one to offer suggestions! My feeling is basically, "Shut up, eat, pay, and get out of here!" It's important to point out that this person completely ruins the good work in the kitchen; he's definitely not someone you want on your team! 😠

13/07/2026: I wanted to share my very disappointing experience at the Cosmopolitan in Toulouse. I went there for a drink, accompanied by another person. It wasn't my first visit: I've been to this establishment several times before, often with acquaintances, and I'd never had the slightest problem. However, this time, even though I was with someone and have a darker complexion, we were refused entry without any valid explanation. When I asked the doorman for clarification, reminding him that I had been there several times before, he replied, "You have to refuse someone at least once." He then added that the decision came from the manager, without providing any reason whatsoever. This response is incomprehensible and completely unacceptable. I felt I was treated differently because of my appearance. If that's truly the case, it's a particularly serious matter. Refusing entry to a customer without a clear justification, while others are admitted without difficulty, raises serious questions about the admission criteria being applied. I find this situation unacceptable. I expect management to explain these practices and ensure that all customers are treated with respect, fairness, and without any form of discrimination.

15/08/2026: Today was a disappointment. Two inedible pieces were found inside the meat dishes presented. There were no crab claws, and I had to ask, practically beg, for a decent piece of meat. I eat here occasionally, but this time it wasn't very good. You need to improve if you want to keep your customers.

01/06/2026: As a customer since the opening of the first store on Rue d'Astor, I also occasionally visit the store on Rue Villeneuve. However, for several months now, I've noticed a decline in quality and freshness, especially for fruits and vegetables, in both stores. Is it acceptable to offer, early in the morning at the St. Cyprien store, a crate of oranges, some of which were half-moldy!, completely shriveled potatoes, wilted lettuce, etc.? This is truly regrettable.

11/07/2026: What a disappointment! This restaurant, which used to be a favorite of mine, is a far cry from the warm and welcoming atmosphere of yesteryear... even though the place is nicely decorated, it doesn't make up for the wait between the aperitif and the rest of the order (especially considering there were only three small tables to serve). As for the food, it's just average considering the price.

13/08/2026: We came to eat with my partner and son, and the saleswoman Clessy is simply incredible! Smiling and lovely, she takes such good care of her customers. It's rare to find someone so exceptional with their customers, especially in this type of business. Keep her! Help her grow; she truly deserves it.

13/05/2026: A terrible restaurant with appalling service and food that didn't live up to Lebanese cuisine. Empty plates were served to customers; for me, it was a rip-off. A very, very bad experience. I advise customers to avoid this restaurant.
