11/09/2026: Pleasant setting, good service, but disappointed with the food considering the price, which is a shame.

09/08/2026: We arrived at 11:45 am, the first customers, and felt like we were intruding, despite their initial welcome. I chose the half duck breast, but the portion of fries was as small as the children's menu, which was already rather meager. We asked for mayonnaise, apparently reserved for children, and only received it reluctantly after two requests and a single tiny jar. To top it all off, the woman in the kitchen complained that we had returned the unfinished Camembert, even though everything else had been devoured. We witnessed a tense exchange between the cook and the waitress. Not very professional. Simply put, they cut corners across the board. From the food to the service. A very disappointing experience.

11/07/2025: We placed an order at the Drive Thru for home delivery. The message announced a delivery, even though it hadn't been made. Two days later, our order was refilled, but many of the items we paid for were missing, such as "1 kilo of salmon, meat, etc." We were devastated, and despite the "correction," we were devastated again.

10/07/2025: I've been a customer of this store for years, and I'll be going to E.LECLERD from now on. I just had a rude person at the checkout. Deplorable!

13/09/2026: Absolutely terrible, no flavor whatsoever. Homemade cordon bleu, but still cold inside. The sauce was bland, the fries too oily, and the cordon bleu had no taste at all. We won't be back.

31/08/2026: I was very disappointed with this McDonald's because I waited an hour for my order and my girlfriend's, which in the end wasn't even full, and on top of that, let's not even talk about the service, the servers were unpleasant.

29/08/2026: Excellent drive-thru service tonight (August 28, 2026): complete order, generous portions served piping hot. Special mention to the young man who took the order (Leo, I think) whose infectious good humor put a smile back on my face after a long day. Thank you to him and to the team who prepared our order.

02/09/2026: The sandwiches are excellent. Simple and efficient. Hot or cold, the choice is yours. And the ingredients inside are high quality.

11/08/2026: A handy little bar/tobacconist open from 6 am. Coffee is €1 from 6 am to 9 am, a double is €2, then €1.50. Really cheap. Plus, my friend, the blond waiter, is a master barista, making incredibly cold cocktails in the afternoon. Maybe it's missing some regulars.

23/08/2026: I ordered two perfectly white pizzas (I specifically asked for them to be white and insisted on it) and I received two completely burnt, half-black pizzas! It's a shame I can't post photos to prove it! Outrageous for 30 euros... avoid at all costs. I certainly won't be going back!

18/09/2026: Great little restaurant, simple but very good with excellent value for money. €18.50 for a starter (mixed plate), main course, dessert, and coffee. The welcome and service are very friendly.

15/04/2026: I bought a caramel pork dish, and there were no allergen warnings on any of their products. I ate two bites, which were good, but being allergic to sesame, I had to urgently request an antihistamine at the clinic where my partner is in palliative care. I told them the next day that it was dangerous, and they replied that they had already had problems with allergies and that they could simply tick the label... no compensation whatsoever, and the risk of a more serious case involving a child or someone else, but they don't care... It's a shame because the products themselves are good...

02/09/2026: I was very disappointed with the service. When I arrived, a man was serving alone. It was busy, so he called for help. A woman (with red hair) came and served me, but she was clearly annoyed because she'd been interrupted mid-conversation. The entire experience was unpleasant. I asked if they offered student discounts, to which she replied that there was a 25% discount, which turned out to only apply to set menus (she told me this when I paid, not before, even though I asked). She then asked if I wanted to eat in. I said I'd get it to go and eat part of it there since I didn't have time to finish it all, to which she mumbled, "You'll have to decide." Decide on what exactly? She didn't even put the sandwich down; she practically threw it at me. I ended up wishing her a good day out of respect, but received no response. I will never go back. Train your staff!

27/08/2026: The saleswoman was very cold this afternoon

01/09/2026: We had lunch at the Subway in Balma Gramont, inside the Auchan shopping center in Toulouse. The two Black women there are always so friendly. The food is excellent. The counter is clean, and the vegetables are fresh and crisp. However, today I found the attitude of the only man present, along with the women, very disappointing. There was an oven malfunction that delayed two men ahead of us and us (two women). For some reason, for the same problem and the same wait, the Subway employee gave the two men ahead of us a 50% discount, while we only got 30% off, despite the same long wait. Maybe he had some friends... Anyway, I hate this kind of attitude.
