19/08/2024: A buffet is a buffet so I'm not surprised but that the desserts are or seem industrial... Humm meh! We certainly have small advantages but on days or times when we are obviously not always available Young people are nice, that’s enough, but a little effort despite everything, perhaps?

19/08/2024: Clean room on the other hand the air conditioning leaks and deteriorates the floor and the baseboard mold not great. In the bathroom bathtub to shower be careful it slips and only one towel per person. Good bedding and we slept on the parking side with less noise. We arrived on a Sunday with no restaurant so I chose Campanile for on-site catering. This hotel is not up to par with the campanile hotels already booked.

14/07/2024: Very well located close to the Paul Sabatier campus and other Toulouse engineering schools. Decent rooms, not too much traffic noise in the rooms on the shopping center side. Good breakfast and very welcoming and helpful staff.

24/08/2024: À fuir La qualité « Pillon » n’est plus au rendez vous , elle baisse régulièrement ainsi que la fraîcheur depuis leur installation à Castanet tolosan inversement les prix sont en hausses. j’étais une cliente régulière les deux premières années. Ce n’est plus le cas .Chaque nouvel essai s’est soldé par une déception, bref je n’achèterai plus de gâteaux ni de chocolats chez eux

16/09/2024: Honestly, a very good discovery. The buffet is small and that’s a good thing! The quality of the dishes is there and you can taste everything unlike other buffets which offer excessive food. I guess it also avoids waste and that’s great! At lunchtime the formula is 10.90 EUR! It's very rare to find such reasonable prices for quality like this. The price of drinks is also reasonable and that is much appreciated! I highly recommend

12/09/2024: Garlic naan had some stuffing inside it. Food wasn’t that great Bombay aloo was way too hot, and we didn’t like the dal either. Didn’t find it to be authentic.

We were sick all night. We ended up in the emergency room vomiting tachycardia and so on. We first thought of a gastro in the emergency room, it was confirmed to us that it was poisoning Fortunately, our children did not eat this can happen with changes in temperature, the meat can turn But I would ask you to be more careful, It could have been more serious, we barely leave the emergency room with treatment. 08/08/2024: deplorable reception, lack of information, aggressive staff and no quality of listening: essential reservation of a parking space (for €15), I had validated this option on the Booking website. During Check Out, nothing was said to me about this, and a few minutes later, the Jeanne d'Arc car park charged me the maximum rate of €25 per night (!). So back to the hotel to understand and assert the fact that I had followed the indicated process: the young woman who answered me claimed that a phone call from me to the parking lot was missing for my reservation to be recorded . Still, I should have been informed of such a necessity. What's more, the hotel had the capacity to sell me directly - the Parking Department confirmed this to me - a parking space, according to the rate negotiated between Ibis and QPark. They did not do it. This person just responded to me with the greatest contempt. Thank you IBIS.
