01/07/2026: There were 3 of us in the McDonald's, the server went all the way around the room only to bring my tray back to the kitchen in the end, I even had to go get it myself.

28/06/2026: We arrived at the drive-thru at 11 PM and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone answered. So we went straight to the register where we waited again; we had to call them over to get them to come and serve us. In the end, no egg muffins (as is often the case in Cazères), no Croque McDo because they were supposedly sold out. Very often at the Cazères McDonald's, we wait a very long time for really poor quality.

29/11/2025: Ordered three pizzas because about ten years ago the pizzas were very good, which is definitely no longer the case; the worst pizzas I've eaten in years. Run for the hills!

12/11/2025: Honestly, it was a disaster. I ordered a tuna and mozzarella panini, a flan, a leek quiche, and a slice of four-cheese pizza: everything tasted strange, like it was expired. Nothing was fresh, everything was inedible. On top of that, the server was incredibly rude, with no politeness or smile whatsoever. Honestly, I strongly advise against going to this place; avoid it at all costs.

19/06/2026: The pizza was very good, and the store manager was lovely and very helpful.

06/05/2026: 🙏🏻📢🔊🚫 I called to place an order and the woman who answered was extremely rude! The order was incorrect! To top it all off, I had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes!! I should never have ordered from them!

22/05/2026: Hello, the staff were friendly, but the pizzas were clearly not as good as they used to be, which is a shame.

05/04/2026: The calzone was literally undercooked inside: the dough, the egg, the mushrooms... everything. Surprising, because the outside was burnt to a crisp. I don't recommend it. The staff is very uncommunicative, which makes for a rather impersonal experience.

31/05/2026: The waitress was lovely, but the cashier was awful! What a contrast to having such a kind and attentive waitress and then dealing with such a rude person at the register.

19/04/2026: This is the third time I've been to this bakery, what a mistake! Every time I find an excuse for them. Please, if you don't have a knack for business, you should stop. The manager was incredibly aggressive, and don't even get me started on the employees... the products are mediocre. In short, avoid it!

10/03/2026: Disappointed. I used to come every day, but now there are no more sandwiches after noon. There are only four employees in the shop and an endless queue, but only one actually serves customers while the others wander around. Frankly, I won't be going back to this one. Take five minutes and go to the one in Portet next door where the staff are much nicer and there's always a good selection.

27/02/2026: I wish I'd read the reviews before going in. I never throw away food, but there were a couple of dishes we couldn't eat. Also, the staff is very unfriendly and the food is overpriced.

15/06/2026: If you go to Toulouse and its large Place du Capitole, above all DO NOT GO TO CAFÈ ALBERT (unless you want to be fooled, they just did it to me). A horrible mojito and a "natural" orange juice that couldn't be more powdery

14/06/2026: We ordered a long coffee and a Perrier. The bill came to €6.80. Our credit card was declined for amounts under €10. The waiter directed us to the ATM under the arcades. This is rather inconvenient for a place located on Place du Capitole, a high-traffic area. Especially since these days, payments are mostly made electronically.

22/05/2026: I've been to this bar and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet breakfast. As soon as I was served my cappuccino and croissant, a waitress immediately arrived to collect my payment. I didn't even have time to read the receipt or look for my wallet: she stood in front of me, waiting insistently, making me feel uncomfortable and pressured. Meanwhile, the cappuccino had gone cold. An unpleasant experience that certainly doesn't make me want to return.

26/04/2026: After a run in the sweltering heat, feeling dizzy, I stopped at this bar simply to ask for a glass of water. The manager flatly refused because I wasn't ordering anything. So this place prefers to leave someone in distress behind in order to save 10 cents 👏 At this point, we're no longer talking about a legal obligation to help someone in distress, but about basic humanity... we can see that humanity isn't on the menu at this bar. Avoid it, unless you have your credit card glued to your hand.

16/05/2026: Two extras for three crumbs, you need to stop with the small handfuls, chef, open your hands when you take the meat.

16/05/2026: €2 for extra minced beef, but they put two crumbs on top, with the pastry underneath not even cooked.

11/03/2026: A student restaurant with short wait times, and the food is quite good with great vegetarian options! The chef is welcoming and takes the time to chat with the students! The terrace is very pleasant! Thanks to Océane and her colleague for serving real meals tailored to the needs and preferences of students. I recommend it.

19/02/2026: The difference in quality between the CROUS (student services) in Perpignan and Toulouse is unacceptable. The food served in Toulouse is unworthy of a public service intended for students. Mediocre portions, questionable quality, and substandard service. It's like something out of a caricature of the French comedy film "L'Aile ou la Cuisse" (The Wing or the Thigh). Even at €1, this meal isn't worth it. It's a disgrace to offer this to students. How can we be satisfied and healthy with meals like these? Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice. That's the only reason I go there.
