I love the concept of the surprise menu, which is constantly evolving. The ingredients are fresh, the presentation is beautiful, and each dish offers a delightful surprise with original and perfectly executed flavor combinations.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting; you immediately feel at ease.
A Toulouse gem that stands out and richly deserves its 5 stars. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

08/08/2026: The air-conditioned dining room and comfortable chairs made us forget the sweltering heat outside. The service was provided by the friendly and very professional hostess. The dishes were generous and homemade, offering excellent value for money. We will gladly return.

04/08/2026: We had a meal for two one summer evening. The menu has recently changed, and we were very disappointed with the offerings, which are clearly not suited to the Toulouse summer heat... €40 for fried food, pointless and far too expensive.
