09/07/2025: This typical southwestern restaurant is excellent! The dishes are truly delicious; I've never been disappointed. We dined with a large group, and they managed without any waiting between courses! The service is impeccable; the servers are typical of their region: welcoming and friendly! The dishes are succulent, and their cassoulet is simply the best I've ever tasted. If you're looking for regional specialties, don't hesitate; you won't be disappointed.

14/03/2026: For my first time at this restaurant, I absolutely loved it, and so did my partner. We celebrated our one-year civil partnership anniversary here, so it was THE perfect restaurant for the occasion 💕 Chic and elegant, but also original, in a Toulouse wine cellar! The dishes are magnificent, meticulously presented, and delicious. As a vegetarian, they managed to adapt the "vestiges" menu incredibly well! They also have very good wines, and of course, the glass of champagne was excellent.

07/03/2026: We come here from time to time before going to see shows at the Garossos Hall. Great welcome. Quick and professional service. The platters are generous and the St. Stefanus is very good. We'll definitely be back. In short, if you're in the area, don't hesitate.

14/01/2026: I've recently been working in the area where this restaurant is located. I stumbled upon it one Monday at lunchtime and have been eating there whenever I can ever since. The welcome is always warm and friendly, the service is quick, and the small lunch menu is nice but still offers a good selection of options. The food is delicious and very generous! I've tried both the à la carte menu and the lunch specials, and both are fantastic. I highly recommend this little gem and its wonderfully coordinated team! :)

And the holes in the parking lot have apparently been filled 😉

21/03/2026: The food was excellent, but the service was appalling. Groups are only offered a limited menu that must be booked in advance, while other customers have access to the full menu. If you happen to point this out to the owner, she will be extremely unpleasant for the rest of your meal and will complain to other tables. The dessert served was not what was advertised (a "café gourmand" with three desserts was reduced to a single bagged madeleine).
