10/04/2026: Great food. They don't hold back on spices. We had the chicken in whiskey sauce which tasted a bit sweet and a boeuf sauté which was spicy and delicious! I will definitely come back. Great service, a small cozy space

I particularly enjoyed the bibimbap served by Min-Jae, who took the time to explain each ingredient with a smile. The decor, a blend of light wood and traditional lanterns, creates a soothing and exotic atmosphere. The dishes are flavorful, beautifully presented, and generous. A must-try that more than deserves its exceptional rating.

18/04/2026: Whenever I travel to a remarkable city, what makes it even more remarkable is the moment I sit down and enjoy one of the most delicious and comforting meals an Indian meal can offer, including the attentive service. This rare and remarkable moment is La Rajasthani in Toulouse. Honorable mention: the Indian red wine. Bravo, bravo!

28/03/2026: An excellent experience at the Thé Vert Asian Restaurant in Toulouse. I was delighted by the beef bo bun, which was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Our waiter, Julien, was very welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. The decor, with its green lanterns and soothing ambiance, truly invites relaxation. A warm and inviting place that I wholeheartedly recommend to lovers of authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
