24/05/2026: We had lunch as a family. The food was high quality, with beautifully presented hot dishes. The entire menu was perfect. Congratulations to the chefs! The welcome and service were very professional and friendly. We will definitely return and highly recommend Le Vieux Four restaurant in St Beauzire (Haute-Loire).

17/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! Family lunch today. Thymalus menu. The starters, main courses, and desserts were a delight for everyone, both in terms of presentation and flavor. Top-notch service and a fantastic chef in the kitchen 😉👍 and a superb Ardèche white wine.

22/04/2026: A truly excellent brasserie-style meal. A good selection on the menu, plus a daily special. The meat was delicious and cooked to perfection. The fries were homemade and excellent. The salad was very good. The portions were generous (you definitely get your money's worth). The service was perfect and unpretentious. The young waiter was very friendly and attentive. Perfect. I'll be back very soon, especially when the sun is shining so I can enjoy the terrace next time. Well done, keep up the good work!

The family atmosphere and very pleasant service were also much appreciated. Thank you for this wonderful meal; we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the starter to the dessert! 😁 Expect to pay around €30 per person, which is more than reasonable given the excellent quality of the food. Go for it!

07/07/2026: Really nice. The lounge-like atmosphere is very pleasant and peaceful. You feel right at home. We especially loved the pork chop suey with lots of vegetables, the generous and original stuffed crab, the large samosas, the XL summer rolls, the mi-xao, and the shredded chicken salad. The shrimp/scallop/squid trio with its vegetable chop suey and Peking sauce, all served on a sizzling hot plate, was superb! We'll definitely be back. A very well-run establishment!

A truly lovely stopover, a place where you feel right at home, a warm welcome, impeccable service in the restaurant, and excellent food. As hikers and motorcyclists, we will definitely be back. A delicious meal in good company; Joy, the mascot, kept us company... Good value for money. We'll be back on a cooler day to try their wines (from the Jura? 🙄)
