Fresh ingredients, generous portions, an explosion of flavor for the taste buds... No words can adequately describe this place. You simply have to go there to appreciate it and truly understand. 23/06/2026: Excellent, generous cuisine, prepared with heart and a genuine desire to please. They truly care about ensuring you have a good time, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the chef even comes to greet you. I loved my visit and will definitely be back soon.

And frankly, 5 stars well deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very warm welcome, truly kind and pleasant staff, an excellent meal, and top-notch service. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend La Traverse in Les Estables! A very good experience, and I'll gladly return. 😊

01/06/2026: Hello, we were passing through with our family of eight, including lunch, overnight stay, and a generous breakfast. A charming, quiet stone inn with a very warm welcome. The food was excellent, and the little candle for our daughter's birthday was a lovely touch. The prices were reasonable, and the owners and staff were delightful. Don't hesitate to come.

14/07/2026: Small Asian restaurant in the historic center of Brioude. The wait to be served was far too long (an hour's wait for two simple, hot dishes for two people – one dish per person). It's a bit much! Apparently, the owner prioritizes takeout customers (at least five people came through during our hour-long wait...). With that many options, it's impossible to satisfy everyone! The food is simple and plentiful (moderately Vietnamese), a little bland. The service is attentive. The slight comment about our wait was unwarranted (it seems to me that it's the restaurant owner's responsibility to adapt to the customers, not the other way around!). Very good value for money.

A very complete and well-organized buffet! A real treat! Food: Very few local products! Not even Puy lentils... the menu is very limited. What a shame! Furthermore, the chef is, in my opinion, overwhelmed too easily...

18/08/2026: A superb restaurant in the Haute-Savoie style. The welcome and service are very friendly. The food is excellent, made with high-quality ingredients. A special mention to the owner, who, like me, worked by the lake; it's nice to reminisce about the good old days. We'll definitely be back.

07/08/2026: We decided to treat ourselves last night and we weren't disappointed. A beautiful terrace under the wisteria, a gourmet meal worthy of the finest restaurants (the foie gras, duck, and peach/apricot crumble were incredible), excellent wine, top-notch service... everything was perfect, thank you! €120 for two, including wine, was more than worth it. Remember to book ahead as it gets busy.
