08/05/2026: We had lunch at the inn a few days ago, at a table of nine. The dishes and desserts (set menu) were really good and generous. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome from our hosts, who were very flexible regarding our late reservation. Many thanks!

02/01/2026: Fantastic, thank you so much! The chef is a true professional, the rooms are spotless, the dining room is magnificent overlooking the Arzon River, and the portions are generous. On New Year's Eve, I was dining alone, and the chef prepared a beautiful platter for me, including foie gras, smoked salmon, and more. As a former caterer, I mean it: BRAVO, a true pro! I'll definitely be back soon.

21/03/2026: Passing through Monistrol sur loire I stopped at this brasserie, very warm welcome, top team, fast service, delicious meal, fair price, don't change a thing, everything is perfect 👍.

18/03/2026: Very disappointed! We arrived around 1:30 pm and were only told that the duck advertised as the daily special was no longer available after we had ordered our drinks... Instead, we were given the same overcooked chicken from the day before: inedible! This isn't the Manago we used to love, so we won't be going back.

16/05/2026: The restaurant took us (a group of 18) at the last minute, so we can forgive the minor inaccuracies... which were compensated by gifts at the end of the meal. Really hungry? Order the half chicken!

Amuse-bouches, petits fours, hors d'oeuvres, and pre-desserts perfectly complemented the meal. Impeccable service. A peaceful overnight stay with a generous breakfast. All this in a setting that blends tradition and modernity, reflecting the couple, parents and children, who run this wonderful restaurant. My best friend and I were completely won over.

15/10/2025: A fifth visit that will remain a timeless moment with explosions of flavors, sparks of color, accompanied by a subtle wine pairing and a welcome and service full of kindness and elegance. 16/05/2026: Having known this restaurant for over 40 years, my disappointment reached its peak when I made a reservation for May 15, 2026. Supposedly a pizzeria, the pizzas are dreadful; even Findus pizzas are better. The wait between ordering and being served was interminable. Only the waitress deserved a rating above average. Even the very reasonable price isn't worth the trip.

Attentive service and a cheerful atmosphere are a bonus. A charming restaurant with excellent French cuisine. Very good value for money. Remember to book ahead, as the dining room is small and the restaurant is popular with those in the know. 😉

16/05/2026: A lovely inn with thoughtful touches in the room. Very comfortable bedding. Quiet and beautiful view. The meals were excellent and served with great kindness. The breakfast was plentiful and featured delicious local specialties.

08/03/2026: A wonderful inn, located 5 minutes from the center of St. Bonnet le Froid, where you feel right at home. Nestled in a verdant setting, with a magnificent view. A restful, rejuvenating, and very quiet place, perfect for a complete escape. The room was spacious, clean, and peaceful, with no noise and a small terrace. We had dinner there, and what a lovely surprise! The owner cooks and bakes, and it was delicious. The breakfast was just as good, with homemade jams, quality products, and generous portions. Thank you for this moment of simple, authentic, and generous happiness. I highly recommend this inn, and thank you to the owners, who are truly lovely and attentive.
