01/03/2026: We only tried the four house specialties, which was a good selection. The tagliatelle with morels was excellent and very easy to digest. We were eager to return to try the specialties with smoked trout from Châteauroux. We had a cold plate on one side and a casserole on the other. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had the Vacherin Grand Marnier the first time and the Pavlova and Vacherin Chartreuse the second. We highly recommend it.

08/07/2025: FANTASTIC! We stumbled upon Crevoux on a Sunday afternoon. A charming, old-fashioned mountain village. What a lovely place to relax after a hike. A terrace at the foot of the mountains, with a splendid view. A small glass of wine and even an ice cream :) We returned in the evening for the set menu... with a view of the sunset (the terrace was sheltered from the wind, which was perfect). Delicious! Featuring local products (kid goat, cheese, etc.), unusual yet refined combinations, and precise cooking. Thank you for this wonderful experience.... Be sure to check in advance that the establishment is open.....

21/02/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Le Rustique restaurant after a snowshoe hike. The porcini mushroom fondue was excellent. The games on the table and the jukebox help pass the time while waiting for service when the restaurant is full. Very suitable for families with children.

28/02/2026: A fantastic find on the road to La Grave! The menu is intentionally small for perfect control; the food is truly homemade, and it shows in every bite. The flavors are present in every bite. The portions are very generous, perfect for those who enjoy good food. Special mention goes to the welcome: the owner is really friendly and takes the time to chat with her customers. You almost feel at home; I highly recommend it!

It's clear the team is highly efficient, with carafes of water already placed on the reserved tables. 12/03/2026: If you like meat, this is the place for you! High quality, bio meat cooked on a grill over a wood fire. The choux pastry and piemonte nut dessert was fantastic. They also had an unusual cask beer on offer. Friendly and efficient service.

06/03/2026: Excellent restaurant at the foot of the pedestrian street in the Vauban citadel. The grilled meat is cooked right in front of you, and the trout is superb.

01/03/2026: This is the place to be in Dévoluy. The atmosphere is as warm as the owners. The food is delicious; the only downside now is that they're only open for lunch. What a shame for us skiers who used to enjoy coming after a day on the slopes to savor their delicious dishes in the evening! However, we understand. The years take their toll, so we ski a few less runs and come down to enjoy our weekly meal! A delight!
