07/08/2024: Excellent restaurant, l'accueil est parfait, la nourriture excellente pour un prix raisonnable. Je conseille choucroute et joue de bœuf, mais tous les plats ont l'air succulents.

21/06/2024: Excellent service. Cadre sympa, cuisine de qualité. Prix très corrects. A recommander sans hésiter. Le patron, enthousiaste, fait partie intégrante de ce moment de bien être !

20/07/2024: Bien bel établissement où nous sommes actuellement hébergés avec mon épouse. Idéalement situé au centre de La Grave, nous bénéficions d un balcon avec vue incroyable des sommets. La chambre est très spacieuse et propre, comme la salle d eau. La piscine est agréable, un local vélo est à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est largement varié. Nous avons dîné ici hier soir, de l entrée au dessert, c est fait maison, tout simplement excellent. Nous avions choisi un petit rosé de Provence très bon. Vraiment un bel établissement.

19/08/2024: The pizzas are good. We have twice been received and served by the pizza chef, unfortunately he is not friendly. The 2nd time he didn't even respond to hello. Apparently he's nicer with the regulars But you also have to be friendly with tourists.

10/09/2024: Catastrophic! Rooms haven't been renovated for 50 years. No water pressure, showering not possible, only brown sauce instead of hot water. Not clean, carpet can only be walked on with shoes. I didn't take a closer look at the bed, what I saw was enough. Everything run down. It's cheap, but that's too much. Restaurant overprices a beer 10 euros, food also expensive, good is also a wish there. Even the friendliness that would cost nothing falls by the wayside. One night was enough, never again!

25/08/2024: Dilapidated and dirty rooms, the photos I posted are of how I found the room, it seemed that someone had been there before me and the cleaning had not been carried out. Hair and hair in the sink, peeling walls, glass windows so dirty that it was almost impossible to to look out. They made me pay at check in because if I had seen the room before paying I would have left. I'm an idiot for not reading the reviews! Luckily I didn't have dinner or breakfast!

29/12/2023: We arrived to have dinner (4 of us, us and 2 children), but it was late, 9.30pm. We were told there was only raclette. We accept but my son doesn't eat cheese and my daughter would have eaten a sandwich at home They bring us raclette for 2 people. The food was very good and we ask the waitress if it was for 2 people and she confirms for 2, with the menu in hand we tell her will we pay 68 euros? She says yes. For us it's a lot. But other restaurants in the area had already closed their kitchens. He asks us if we wanted some dishes for our children to share. My son eats bread. My daughter eats raclette with us. The bill arrives and they wanted to charge us for 4. The owner said that whoever eats pays. Which is how it is used here in France. We didn't know and the waitress wasn't clear. In the end we paid for 3. Because my son didn't really eat anything. The raclette was very good, but not knowing this rule we felt cheated.

23/08/2024: Having come with Manu, the cousins ​​from Lyon (Beaujolais winegrowers), recommend this restaurant for its welcome and its hospitality without moderation. The cuisine is excellent with quality local products, especially the lemon dessert. I recommend the prime rib, accompanied by Saint Joseph red wine. Finally, I recommend the digo “larch liqueur”

21/08/2024: But what a service ♥️ being professional, well done to the waitresses, end of season, they are helpful, smiling, pleasant always listening to the customer. Excellent food, we had the duck breast, the truffle pasta and the St Félicien, all the plates came back empty.

26/01/2025: We had a great stay at the Alliey Hotel. Unrivaled quality/price ratio. Location in the heart of the village of Mônetier, 5 minutes walk from the slopes. Extremely charming, warm and attentive staff, whether at reception or at the bar. That’s without counting on the hotel’s big plus: the 300m2 relaxation spa area. Thanks again for the welcome

19/08/2024: Raclette pour 4 personnes excellentes et généreuses. Tiramisu copieux à tomber ! Arnaud le cuistot est seul en cuisine avec un genou HS et les plats arrivent quand même efficacement. Anthony le serveur est avenant, gentil et dynamique. Un duo parfaitement accordé pour vous faire passer une magnifique soirée !

16/08/2024: Serveuse limite désagréable, pas de réservation possible après 19h30. Pour l'ambiance pas de petite musique, juste la radio. Dommage les crêpes sont bonnes. La serveuse qui est la patronne devrait embaucher quelqu'un.

03/09/2024: Several ways are possible to access this pass which offers an incredible view. It is very easily reached by car via Saint Etienne en Dévoluy. For my part, I don't like easy things and even less the car. So I will tell you about the hike via the Col de la Saume. Going to the Col du Noyer, three km from the finish, you have a small car park to park 5 or 6 cars. There you begin the walk towards the Col de la Saume, a peaceful place with a superb view upon arrival at an altitude of some 1700 meters. But we must not stop there. Arriving at this pass, turn right towards the Col du Noyer for say an hour's walk (this is what is indicated, it took me longer but the descent should be done carefully). The path is unfortunately not at all marked on this side so we will choose to do it in sunny weather. No difficulty seeing the trail. The climb is easy, not gentle but easy all the same. Several photo stops to make, the first at the cross and the second at the head of Tourneau at an altitude of 1906 meters. The descent towards the Col du Noyer can seem very impressive, so souls sensitive to heights should refrain, especially as the path is narrow. But believe me it's worth the detour. Arriving at the pass, you can enjoy some very nice new facilities such as deck chairs, orientation and picnic tables. There is also a refuge but it was closed when I visited. A must do for the pleasure of the eyes and especially in good weather.

26/08/2024: Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce resto. Accueil chaleureux, belle ambiance. Malgré le monde service pas trop long. Entre fondue bourguignonne et savoyarde + différents plats régionaux, on s’est régalé. Nous recommandons vivement. Vaut le détour.
