22/08/2024: A great restaurant, as much the decoration, as the service (thanks to the young man who takes great care and with the banana) as well as the cuisine with homemade food. I recommend this establishment whether in the morning, for lunch or dinner or for a drink with a pancake in the afternoon.
Takeaway pizzas possible
Reservations strongly recommended in winter during school holidays.
100% positive and we can't wait to come back this winter :-)

11/08/2024: The restaurant is a very good address. We go there every year as a family and the service, quality and welcome are very positive points. The burgers are very good and the meat is cooked well. My tartare meat is very good. The lamb shank is excellent too. I highly recommend accompanying the dishes with the gratin dauphinois which is to die for. Small downside for the desserts which seem to be industrial except for the tart of the day, a blueberry tart... delicious. The meal outside under the plane trees is enjoyable.

24/08/2024: Restaurant well located in the city center, the service is pleasant but the food is visibly frozen.
Because when tasting our tartiflette, we felt some pieces were still cold.
The potatoes were not cooked.
We would say that the little smart one is no longer really a reference because we were really disappointed.
Regarding the prices, for what it is, we found it quite expensive.
To summarize it's a tourist trap, only the waitress was really nice.
09/08/2024: Petit resto, nous avons apprécié le plat du jour "entrecôte garnie de frites maison avec sa salade mixte ainsi que la tarte vauban et tarte aux myrtilles.

We have twice been received and served by the pizza chef, unfortunately he is not friendly. The 2nd time he didn't even respond to hello.
Apparently he's nicer with the regulars
But you also have to be friendly with tourists.

24/08/2024: Disappointed by this restaurant which does not live up to the setting and photos in the other comments. Poor service (1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting we only had the starters and we had dishes that were not those ordered)
The dishes are good but not worth the price indicated (24 euros for a tomato/tuna mayonnaise starter and 5.90 for the Pago) so we left without trying the dessert. You will find other restaurants with better value for money on gap. Too bad for the setting and the chef who seems nice.

04/09/2024: We stopped for a leg of a motorbike tour, the room was clean, a nice shower, shame about the view of the bulldozer which woke us up the next day with the terrible jackhammer...even the breakfast was just sufficient, always with a hammer in the background as there weren't any alternatives are fine

On the other hand, the rooms and equipment are dated, especially compared to the photos.

31/08/2024: We had an awesome week. The staff is excellent at reception, attentive until the end of the stay. The full board option is ideal, varied, and with themed dinners (grills, raclettes, etc.). We will come back without hesitation. As for the slightly dated but very clean accommodation, they have very comfortable mattresses. Bravo and thank you for this week of vacation.

28/05/2024: First time ordering from Pizzabel and frankly it won't be the last. Super friendly welcome, we are told that there will be a bit of a wait (normal given the success 😄) no worries for us, we come back to take our orders and once again, very friendly staff, we chat and in addition to the very affordable prices, the taste of the pizza and sandwiches is really there.
The relationships at the top and the quality of the food is clearly worth the detour, in any case we will come back 😁

A little nod to our waitress with whom we had a good laugh and who was remarkably kind! And 2nd little nod to the boss for the calva which makes us Normans happy! :)

24/08/2024: Terrasse avec une vue sympa sur le lac. Bon accueil. Les prix sont corrects avec des plats simples mais bons. Ne pas hésiter à réserver
24/08/2024: belle vue sur le lac, accueil souriant, seul bémol ouvre à midi pile donc quand on arrive à 11H45 on est refoulé même pour boire l 'apéro en attendant mais pour le reste rein a redire, salade cesar copieux, tataki de thon correcte même si sur le menu noté avec légumes croquants et seulement salade et dés de courgettes, pol bow simple mais pas de riz vinaigré mais dans l'ensemble correcte pour un restau sur site touristique

02/09/2024: Nous y sommes allés pour deux déjeuners, les repas sont corrects, service impeccable, terrasse agréable. Le soir c’est très sympa pour y boire un verre, place animée.

03/06/2024: I was there at the end of January, so it was a bit of a blast. The service was not the best, I think they were a bit bouquety. The food was decent and when I paid I got 5 euros less. I didn't leave a normal tip. It’s a mountain restaurant, you have to do it at least once.
