The Neuilly shop isn't answering, and what's worse, they're hanging up on us even though I've called seven times in a row. I've been a loyal customer since 2010, and for the past few months I've been having problems with orders, even having delivery drivers lose my order. It's unacceptable that my father had to go all the way to the shop when we're just back from vacation and he's tired. It's not normal for this kind of problem to happen so often. You need to get your act together, and quickly. I'm not the only one this is happening to.
