10/09/2024: An Easter meal, Sunday April 4, 2021, to take away, unforgettable.. From starter to dessert a delight: -Easter pâté “quail foie gras, quail juice”, a treat for the taste buds -Brenne lamb with white bean hummus, succulent, to die for😋 and dessert - chocolate dessert, caramelized pear and praline, a killer... Everything was perfect. Well done to the chef, we look forward to the reopening of the restaurants so that we can enjoy your beautiful room and still taste superb dishes. Thank you and 👏👏

10/08/2024: En ce mois d’août beau, belle terrasse fraîche Menu du jour parfait: salade fraîcheur fêta melon haricots verts et bonne vinaigrette maison Steack très tendre et bien cuit, frites croustillantes Travers de porc fondant Quant aux desserts….! Pana cota aux fruits rouges et tarte aux abricots à souligner Monsieur et madame en salle et en cuisine, fort sympathiques et efficaces, bravo!

13/08/2024: It's a shame that the fish fillets served were frozen and tasteless. Note 145.60 euros for four. Too expensive for what was served. I have difficulty understanding how this restaurant collects 5 stars. We may have had a bad time.....Not too many people in the room Wednesday 7/8/24.

08/09/2024: I only went to the restaurant. It's homemade, it's very good, the site is pleasant and the staff is welcoming. We had a good time.

28/08/2024: I never actually write a review. But I would like to make an exception for this beautiful campsite. For us, it is truly the most beautiful campsite we have been to. Lovely spacious places with lots of privacy. Good sanitary facilities. Nice swimming pool. Everything very neatly maintained by the friendly gardener. It was very quiet during our stay. Still, the children had a great time playing with other children. Really wonderfully quiet for us. We often even had the pool to ourselves. I wish the campsite itself had more guests. Once again a 9.5 for us. As a tip, I would like to see some softer sunbeds. (wasn't really comfortable) Actually, I won't be returning to a campsite anytime soon. But I'm sure I'll come back here again.

14/09/2024: Given the location (leisure park) I expected an industrial and soulless cuisine. Actually not at all. It's really very good, beautifully presented and served quickly. Nothing to complain about, we had a pleasant time.

17/07/2024: Hmmmm a delight...nothing else to say or complain about, perfect pancake, melt-in-the-mouth crepe...Thank you to the waiter for his professionalism, he was perfect and courteous from start to finish. I will come back for sure!

04/09/2024: What can I say when seeing all these glowing reviews..... We come every year as a family, and despite the wait, it’s okay. But this year, I think that in the kitchen, something happened: a jump in the price of raw materials? The chef on sick leave? lack of staff? A small original starter, on the other hand the chicken, low-end, with necks (chicken) and hyper-salted hash browns; the crayfish placed on it did not save it. Dessert: 1 scoop of ice cream with pieces of peach. Service too long, Too bad it’s a nice little restaurant.

15/09/2024: L’endroit parfait pour passer une bonne soirée. L’ambiance est juste parfaite, la décoration aussi. Le personnel simple et agréable. Pour la crêpe au caramel beurre salé, j’aurais aimé un peu de chantilly ☺️ (la gourmandise)… Pensez à réserver car vite pris d’assaut et on comprend mieux une fois que l’on y a été.

27/08/2024: A quite rare experience. We found L’Augergeade because unusually it is open on Mondays. However we were thrilled at the culinary art of the chef, when the amuse bouche of mushroom filled ravioli in an Asian fusion sauce, was followed by equally exciting starters. My fois gras ravioli with a truffle sauce was perfectly balanced and finished. The dorade with courgette flakes and a very light, subtle sauce, was cooked to a creamy , slightly undercooked perfection. And my wife’s leg of rabbit was equally carefully roasted, with a nicely balanced cream truffle sauce. To our surprise, we were finally served with a meltingly soft, strawberry tart. The wine list is a marvel, extensive and French focussed, particularly on the central Loire region; all at honest, great value prices. Madam is expert on her wines.
