08/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome, the waitresses were fantastic. My only regret of the day was that the profiteroles weren't homemade, however, we were warned before ordering. I love pizza, so yes, go for it! 🥰 But please leave us a seat! 😁

28/01/2026: A profoundly disappointing experience, far beyond the food. Behind a once-flattering reputation, I witnessed an authoritarian and disorganized management style, marked by contempt and a complete lack of self-reflection. The resulting climate had serious human consequences for several people involved. Nothing justifies using a past image as an alibi for such toxic practices. I do not recommend it.

03/05/2026: Bad experience. The pizza arrived cold...yes, how is that possible! Especially since it's prepared and cooked fresh. We asked one of the waiters...it had been microwaved. We didn't order dessert because after the table was cleared...no one came to check on us. The owner came to take the food to the next table. We went to pay. The owner took the money. And when he asked us if everything was okay, he said, "Well, no!" We explained the cold pizza incident, and his response was, "It was reheated!" Then there was our wait to order dessert...all he did was criticize his staff in front of us because, of course, it was their fault, even though this gentleman had served a table next to ours...frankly, that's not a good attitude for an employer. I feel sorry for his staff. Avoid this place.

Celebrated my birthday today and as usual the staff were so friendly, our favourite food .goyoza starter, lames de tigre (weeping tiger) a thai steak( rare ) with a proper chilli dipping sauce (we like spicy a lot ) just absolutely perfect and cafe gourmand to finish with a birthday candle and song . All of their varied menu is good and a lovely atmosphere to add to your enjoyment . Thank you all of the Face team for making my 71st birthday a memorable one .

04/05/2026: Arrived at 2:50 PM to order two drinks. The manager refused, saying she was closing. There were still customers at two tables. Clearly not in great need of money.
