19/01/2026: I would like to share our family experience from this past Friday, which I believe deserves to be highlighted. From the outset, we felt somewhat "less valued" than other customers, even though we had purchased two vouchers. We were given extra time, which we appreciated, and paid a small additional fee at the end. We were at the bistro with our two children, and despite this, we had to wait approximately 25 minutes before even speaking to the staff. The interactions with the servers were not always very pleasant or attentive to our presence as a family, which is all the more disappointing given the very good quality of the food and the establishment itself. This experience is regrettable, as it contrasts sharply with the image one might have of your establishment and the undeniable quality of the meal. We would have liked to feel the same attention and consideration given to other customers, regardless of the payment method. The meal itself was excellent, and we enjoyed certain aspects of our visit, but the welcome and service left a mixed impression. For example, we were the last to leave, and no server came to greet us or help us with our coats, which would have been a simple but much appreciated gesture. We hope this feedback will be helpful so that all customers, regardless of their payment method, can enjoy the full and welcoming experience your establishment deserves.

31/12/2025: Hello Meal of December 13, 2025 The starter was good, the duck breast strips were overcooked, the potato gratin was slightly overcooked, and the rice pudding with caramel dessert was too sweet. That's all.

15/01/2026: Fantastic welcome! Bright and inviting dining room. The menu... a delight! The homemade fries were top-notch, and the duck was delicious 😋 And to top it all off, a scrumptious homemade dessert! But everything is homemade too! 👍👍 The menu is €18 per person.

04/01/2026: A pleasant, quiet restaurant with a generous daily set menu featuring fresh produce, and an à la carte menu available at affordable prices. Fast service and a warm welcome. I recommend it as I often dine at Relais Basque, 40700 Hagetmau. Thank you to the chef!

23/09/2025: It's a shame it was closed this time, but it has been a safe stop on our travels in the past.

14/09/2025: What a wonderful encounter on the lakeshore… Thank you for welcoming us and introducing us to the homemade smoked trout, the mullet tartare, the grilled squid, and the semi-cooked tuna… as beautiful as they were delicious!!! Service that lived up to the dishes, and a chef who came to check on us. A ray of sunshine in September for a perfect Sunday!!! We'll definitely be back!!!

07/12/2025: Best pizzeria in Mont de Marsan, super friendly, great value for money

27/11/2025: We were rather disappointed by this pizzeria! The waitress was a bit cavalier at the welcome (apparently only with regular customers) and disarmingly self-assured. As for the food, the Caesar salad was a Caesar salad in name only; the dressing tasted rancid, and the fries accompanying the roasted Camembert were soggy and reheated. The waitress seemed surprised when I mentioned my opinion while paying the bill, which, of course, also tasted... rancid! So we went to have dessert at Bistrot de Marcel, where the service was very courteous and the desserts delicious.

20/09/2025: Very warm welcome with a boss who offers to cook whatever you want to eat the next day for lunch 😌. The stews are very good; I highly recommend them and all for a very reasonable price. Go there without hesitation!

14/02/2026: It cost me seven euros, I gave them a 10 euro note, they gave me 0.10 euros in change, plus they can't count and they're unpleasant too
