11/06/2026: My husband invited me for my birthday in early June. We thoroughly enjoyed the menu; all the dishes were made fresh in the kitchen and were delicious. The veranda is lovely, and the staff is professional and friendly. We will definitely return. The prices are reasonable. We highly recommend it.

12/05/2026: The setting is nice. Very welcoming. However, the food doesn't live up to the welcome and the ambiance. Admittedly, we opted for the €25 set menu, but it was barely acceptable. The starter and main course were uninteresting, the dessert was good. (Excellent wheelchair access)

08/05/2026: Very good meat, ribeye and steak tartare, excellent fries and great ham and cream sauce. Friendly welcome and service.

07/05/2026: We stopped by chance for lunch on our journey and were very pleasantly surprised. A very warm welcome, an excellent meal with fresh, local produce, and lovely service and a pleasant terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and relaxed. 🙂 I don't often give reviews, but this one is more than justified. We recommend it 100%!

15/04/2026: Quick service, attentive staff. The drive-thru access was a little confusing. Returning after 5 years. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, the service is fast, everything is hot, and there's parking nearby.

26/11/2025: A comfortable hotel where you feel right at home. The room was clean and functional. Special mention for the meals (breakfast and dinner), which were very good. A very warm welcome. Friendly and smiling staff. A great place to stay.

29/05/2026: Very good, fresh, and homemade! The bread is light, holds its shape well, and the seeds add a nice touch. They have a good selection of dishes, reasonable prices, and homemade fries and BBQ sauce. I loved the burger with the old-fashioned mustard sauce, which isn't something you find everywhere. It's best to order by phone; the wait time is reasonable. See you soon! 😁

29/05/2026: Tested and Approved!!! Thursday evening, I was too lazy to cook anything. Right across from the town hall (of St. Pierre), my solution was right there. It wasn't the first time I'd seen this food truck, but this was the perfect opportunity to discover and try their offerings. Quick, I parked, because they're in a great location, which is nice. The initial contact was super friendly. Three pleasant people with a sense of humor, and, of course, professional. I hesitated for a long time over the many options on their menu and the suggestions they made: different burgers, tenders, salads, etc... Stop, or I'll end up drooling like a hungry bulldog... Okay, I'll go for it: A "Chaudron" burger, 3 tenders, and a medium fries + homemade BBQ sauce. Served quickly, I went to enjoy it all. And well, frankly, it's very good. Even though I'm not a fan of BBQ sauce, I was blown away! It's truly better than the stuff from industrial brands, and that's to be expected since it's homemade. So, in short: a wonderful discovery. The people are incredibly friendly, pleasant, and professional, and you can chat with them while they prepare your order. They also provide excellent products. Thank you to them! 26/05/2026: My second visit to Villa de L’Étang Blanc, and the experience was even more memorable than the first. Truly Michelin-starred cuisine that, in my opinion, richly deserves a second star. The setting is both sumptuous and enchanting, nestled in a magnificent park by the pond, the place immediately invites you to disconnect and escape. On the plate, everything is remarkable: fresh, perfectly prepared ingredients, refined dishes where aesthetics enhance the flavor. Each creation is a delight for both the eyes and the palate, a true awakening of the senses. A timeless, exceptional experience, driven by the passion and immense talent of Chef David Sulpice, who conveys genuine emotion through his cuisine. The service is impeccable, highly professional, and never stuffy. Every touch is genuine and natural. Special mention must also go to Magali, his wife, whose elegant and warm presence fully contributed to making this an unforgettable experience. The Michelin-starred menu is well worth its price considering the quality and experience offered. An exceptional establishment that I can't wait to return to.

30/04/2026: I wanted to give a gift certificate with two tasting menus plus drinks. The establishment only offers a fixed gift certificate option at €200 and was unable to fulfill my simple request. I am very disappointed...
