21/01/2026: Worst experience of our lives! From the moment we arrived, we heard a waitress yelling and banging on broken trays. There were worms on the floor, the greens were disgusting with stains, the glasses weren't properly cleaned, and the toilets were filthy. I've never been to a bar or lounge like this. Even McDonald's is cleaner.

01/01/2026: The bread was good, but nothing special. I had a cream puff – the cream was bland, and the other pastries were just average.

19/02/2026: It would be much better if the black diesel clunker that sounds like a tractor stopped making noise at 12:30 a.m. in the middle of the week if it doesn't want to be towed away for non-compliant exhaust lines or worse.

14/02/2026: Hello, I just wanted to point out that this is nothing like the old restaurant before the change of ownership. The wait was long, over two hours in total; the expression "it was better before" is definitely true :( The background music took an hour to reach our ears. The waffle we ordered for dessert was charred with an extra charge; don't hesitate to ask for it if you like raw charcoal. Very disappointed with the restaurant.

The team was able to adapt flexibly to our needs, even before the event, which greatly facilitated the organization. On the day, the welcome was warm, and the service was smooth and attentive. The venue, full of charm and steeped in history, perfectly contributed to the atmosphere. A big thank you to the entire team—we highly recommend them!

16/12/2025: An excellent hotel with a fantastic location, excellent service, and helpful staff! Almost all rooms have a terrace. The hotel offers guests a spacious swimming pool and a lounge area with soft sofas and armchairs overlooking the pool. A half-minute walk away is a street restaurant area where you can dine or buy oysters grown on the oyster farms of Hossegor or Arcachon. The ocean coastline with its dunes is a 3-minute drive away. A promenade along the lake also starts from the hotel; you can stroll leisurely, enjoying the stunning views, or go down to the water and listen to the sound of the lake and the whisper of the shore. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its free parking and charging station for electric cars. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay; you'll have a wonderful experience!
