11/04/2026: We stayed a few nights at the Grand Hôtel de la Plage in Biscarrosse, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The location is simply incredible, with views and easy access that made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was top-notch: all the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms are very comfortable and well-maintained, the breakfast is excellent with high-quality products, and the hotel restaurant is simply amazing. A huge thank you to the entire team for this memorable stay. We can't wait to come back! P.S.: Thanks for fixing the phone charger :)

28/03/2026: The welcome at the restaurant was very brief; for a 4-star hotel restaurant, that's unacceptable! However, the meal itself was decent, with some creative touches. Another complaint: there's no parking nearby; you have to walk from the bottom, and if it's raining, you arrive soaked! Also, be aware that the accessible toilets don't seem to meet accessibility standards (the toilet bowl is too low).

04/12/2025: I had a really fun evening enjoying the music at Le Cuisine Crew. The staff is very friendly, and so are the regular customers. I highly recommend it!

I don't know what's changed since last year, but the reviews from the 2025 season and the photos are completely different from the 2026 season. The chef's burger: the meat is overcooked, and the burger is basically just a hamburger patty, probably defrosted but definitely not fresh from the butcher, two or three slices of chorizo, a measly spoonful of sauce... That's it. The portions are also insufficient. The Margherita pizza isn't a Margherita pizza. It feels like we're eating at Pizza Hut... Anyway... the service... how can I put it... The woman was completely lost, but oh well, she's starting out... The desserts: the chocolate fondant... isn't fondant at all... That's it... For comparison, the restaurant at the Yellow Village campsite in Bayeux, Normandy, is infinitely better. Oh yes, the cutlery, especially the glasses, was dirty.

17/04/2026: I am surprised at the number of bad reviews. We had excellent service and food. Our server was very nice and attentive. We had savory crepes that were both excellent, very large and a very nice rioja wine. The espresso was very good. I would go again.

05/04/2026: Friendly and attentive staff. Terrible aperitifs, poorly prepared cocktails. We had to ask for our glasses to be changed because they were full of gnats floating directly from the bottle!

27/11/2025: Had the 16.50 lunch . Soup main course and nougat with a wine . Excellent value for money. Soup was delicious, and the main course piquant chicken was absolutely delicious. Yes the restaurant is very dated, behind the counter needs a good cleaning. Which could put some people off. The owner was a lovely person. We waited about 10 minutes for our main. It was well worth the wait piping hot and super tasty. If you order a la carte it's more expensive than most Chinese restaurants. The quality is what your paying for the ingredients were excellent.

02/07/2025: I really enjoyed the dish of the day (sea bream in foil with rice and vegetables)! It was really well cooked and seasoned. It's a shame there were so many bones in the fish (almost a bone in every bite, which made it a bit harder to enjoy). But the service was impeccable!
