27/12/2025: Buying foie gras at the Janvry market was really bad; I won't be fooled again. I'm disappointed, especially since it was very good when we tasted it.

23/12/2025: Good value for money. I preferred the semi-preserved foie gras, which was tastier than the canned version; however, it needs to be eaten more quickly; but is that really a problem?

01/04/2026: The welcome was satisfactory, but the drinks menu lacked choice. I ordered a flank steak, and as you can see, the portion was very small. For dessert, I had a verrine of caramelized apple and a speculoos chocolate fondant. The verrine was truly unappetizing, not to mention the taste, and as for the "fondant" chocolate, do you think it was fondant? It was more like concrete. Hello, tooth loss! Of course, it was still edible, given the intolerable waste, but they could do better. I advise against going unless you want to be disappointed.

08/03/2026: A delightful surprise! Beautiful dishes, especially delicious and refined. We were warmly welcomed and given excellent wine recommendations (by the glass available). We also recommend the house aperitif (white wine, rum, orange, caramel 😜). Everything to ensure a truly enjoyable experience!

23/03/2026: The classic Subway experience. The ability to customize your sandwich (in terms of ingredients) is still the real bonus offered by this chain. I didn't find any problems with the individual components, and the final result was very good. However, I did notice a significant reduction in the size of the cookies since my last visit to a Subway, while the prices have remained the same. That's a real shame. The service wasn't perfect (a few mistakes with the order), but nothing that couldn't be blamed on the staff: I mainly got the impression that they were understaffed and under-trained, but well-intentioned. And in terms of atmosphere, it's very "generic fast food." Nothing remarkable, but not unpleasant either.

06/02/2026: Excellent adult daycare!! I've been dropping my partner and his friends off here for years in the evenings. They always come back happy, with lots to talk about. The bartenders know how to listen to their needs and keep them entertained. I pick them up calm and ready to relax. When I decide to spend some time there myself, it's always very pleasant. The staff is attentive and friendly! Great atmosphere! A wide selection of drinks to help us unwind! Go without hesitation (yes, I'm a bit of a poet too, I use alliteration).

05/04/2026: A simple and practical hotel. It's located on the lake shore where there are various activities. We stayed in a quadruple room, with the bathroom, double bed, and terrace downstairs, and two single beds upstairs. Everything was perfectly adequate.

29/03/2026: The hotel is very well located on the lakefront and close to the ocean beaches. The room was very comfortable with a king-size bed (180 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). The separate toilet and shower room were in excellent condition. The balcony overlooked the lake and was furnished with a small table and two chairs for admiring the scenery. The staff was excellent, the restaurant was lovely, and the dinner and breakfast were very good (generous portions, both sweet and savory). The price was reasonable considering the quality of the service. A place to remember.

12/04/2026: We've been going to this brasserie for a while now. We love the atmosphere with its sunny terrace, and the fantastic waitress who's so funny and energetic. It had been a while since our last visit, and we have to say the quality has declined, especially the salads. Personally, I used to love the Thai salads, which were very tasty and high quality, but now there are a lot of salads, and the taste is just so-so. However, the person I was with thought their duck breast with orange sauce was excellent.

12/04/2026: The view from the restaurant was lovely, the food was delicious, and the price was very reasonable. The service was friendly and very efficient.

11/04/2026: First experience at this restaurant in Saubrigues. After making a reservation, when we arrived, the owner told us we were the only customers that evening. We suggested we come back another time so as not to make them stay "just for us," but she refused. A magical evening, magnificent and delicious dishes. We will be back, that's a promise. 31/03/2026: A wonderful discovery for lunch! The setting is truly peaceful and verdant, perfect for a relaxing lunch break in the heart of the Landes region. As for the food, you'll find traditional Landes cuisine, delicious, with fresh ingredients and generous portions that are sure to please. This lunchtime, the service provided by Lucie was warm, efficient, and friendly. Special mention to the chef as well! A great lunch spot, ideal for enjoying a good meal in a peaceful setting, with excellent value for money and an authentic atmosphere. Starter/Main Course/Dessert + glass of wine and coffee: €26

25/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome from the smiling and friendly owner. The food was excellent, typical of the Landes region, with generous portions and good value for money. The atmosphere was lovely and the setting pleasant. We were the last customers in the restaurant, and they offered us the dessert of the day on the house. I highly recommend it.

14/03/2026: The food itself was excellent... but the state of the toilets is appalling; you even wonder if the kitchens are as clean. No toilet bowl... bird droppings or whatever they are, everywhere you look at the entrance to what looks like a shower – a horror.
