07/05/2026: We stopped by chance for lunch on our journey and were very pleasantly surprised. A very warm welcome, an excellent meal with fresh, local produce, and lovely service and a pleasant terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and relaxed. 🙂 I don't often give reviews, but this one is more than justified. We recommend it 100%!

26/05/2026: My second visit to Villa de L’Étang Blanc, and the experience was even more memorable than the first. Truly Michelin-starred cuisine that, in my opinion, richly deserves a second star. The setting is both sumptuous and enchanting, nestled in a magnificent park by the pond, the place immediately invites you to disconnect and escape. On the plate, everything is remarkable: fresh, perfectly prepared ingredients, refined dishes where aesthetics enhance the flavor. Each creation is a delight for both the eyes and the palate, a true awakening of the senses. A timeless, exceptional experience, driven by the passion and immense talent of Chef David Sulpice, who conveys genuine emotion through his cuisine. The service is impeccable, highly professional, and never stuffy. Every touch is genuine and natural. Special mention must also go to Magali, his wife, whose elegant and warm presence fully contributed to making this an unforgettable experience. The Michelin-starred menu is well worth its price considering the quality and experience offered. An exceptional establishment that I can't wait to return to.

30/04/2026: I wanted to give a gift certificate with two tasting menus plus drinks. The establishment only offers a fixed gift certificate option at €200 and was unable to fulfill my simple request. I am very disappointed...

23/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! I've rarely seen such unpleasant people! We arrived as a group of seven to eat in, and when we asked if we could eat, the person sighed and told us to wait. We waited outside while he set up the table. He gestured to us, but we didn't react quickly enough for his liking, and he snapped at us with a very unpleasant and completely disrespectful "Go over there." We obviously didn't eat there and will never set foot in the place again. This isn't the first time the welcome has been unfriendly, but this time it takes the cake for rudeness!

20/06/2026: Amazing pizza! Delicious! Very good dough, fresh ingredients! Even though I'm slow at eating, the dough remained soft even when warm. 10 out of 10! Fast and friendly service. Well done guys!

02/01/2026: A very nice place, well decorated for winter, but a bit too warm for New Year's Eve (animal rug on our laps and toilets outside when it was -2°C). Otherwise, the food was good, and the servers were very attentive. A minor complaint about the DJ who didn't manage to create a lively atmosphere.

08/08/2026: Quail fillet, carrots cooked in mountain honey with its cooking juices. Prepared by Gilles. Excellent value for money, a must-try if you're in the area. La Table d'Escourse is 100 meters from exit 15 of the motorway. Many thanks for this excellent meal.

06/08/2026: We stopped briefly off the highway and found Geneviève and Gilles to be charming owners of a lovely establishment. Their welcome was wonderful and we had a great time.

27/06/2026: A very good experience at this small restaurant in the village. The service was quick, friendly, and welcoming. The dishes seemed to be made fresh on-site. I had a pizza which was good, but the dough could have been better prepared to enhance the flavor. Otherwise, no complaints!

24/05/2026: Very good, just missing some peanuts or chips with the appetizer. Otherwise, nothing to report.

27/07/2026: Very good quality meats and very well cooked in the American style but with French culinary art. The fries are delicious. Very friendly, attentive and nice staff. Especially the sheriff. Typical American atmosphere of the midwest. The only thing missing is a little more variety on the menu. For example a T-Bone. We will be back.

26/07/2026: Incredible experience! 45 minutes for a burger and a duck breast! Seven waitresses and waiters waiting for the kitchen to send out the orders—unheard of!! So, the question is: how many people are actually in the kitchen? Not even a carafe of water or a bread basket, and not even an apology for the wait!! And yes, this is the future!

24/05/2026: A very pleasant Pentecost weekend. There's a snack bar where the food is very good: daily specials, burgers, salads, and the price-quality ratio is reasonable. I recommend it to anyone wanting to spend their holidays at Camping Landes Azur.

20/05/2026: A very pleasant stay at this quiet, family-run campsite. The staff were attentive, helpful, and available, which is much appreciated these days. We highly recommend it.
