15/04/2026: Catastrophic. The service was utterly disorganized. We arrived early, but many people were served and cleared before us—no logical service whatsoever. We waited an hour and a half for the set menu; it felt endless. The waiter was sluggish, the waitress overwhelmed. If it were fine dining, fine, but it's frozen food, so I can't find an excuse. Avoid at all costs.

13/08/2026: We went to this place the day before the Dax festival opened. We were seated fairly quickly… but after half an hour, still no order taken, no drink offered… nothing! So we asked two waitresses… still nothing. And finally, after another five minutes, one of them approached and informed us that she had three other orders to take before ours! So yes, the festival is close, but contrary to the comment made when we got up to leave (well, yes, really…), you weren't up, the only restaurant open in town! In fact, observing the staff coming and going, there's a lot of activity, but zero efficiency! In short, I'm usually quite lenient in my reviews, but this is just awful! It felt like we were on that famous Bordeaux chef's show, without the cameras! Avoid it… unless you have time to waste, perhaps…

13/08/2026: A terrible restaurant. The menu listed risotto, but when the waitress came over, she said they didn't have it. I ordered the carbonara. It took an hour to arrive, and it tasted awful—there were chunks of fat in the pasta. After a while, once the pasta had already gone cold, the waitress brought me some grated cheese in a glass, but that didn't make the dish any better. A young woman at the next table was served the same dish, and she couldn't eat it either. I also wouldn't recommend using the restroom; there was no lighting. When I used my phone's flashlight, I saw a level of filth that makes you want to forget the place—restroom and restaurant alike—as quickly as possible. If you're hungry, just boil some pasta at home and throw in some cheese; it will be much tastier and healthier.

15/03/2026: We had lunch today with friends who had never been to this restaurant before and were delighted with their discovery. Never disappointed and always excellent, we ordered four royal couscous dishes. The prices are reasonable considering the generous portions. Always a warm welcome, friendly waiter. Thank you and congratulations to you both! We will definitely be back!

22/02/2026: Very disappointed! The welcome was incredibly cold! If I had seen the kitchens and toilets beforehand, I would have left!

04/10/2026: A 35-minute wait for a single takeout order with only three menu items! Several of us were waiting for over 30 minutes. Outside, it was the same; people had been waiting for ages! The employees were taking their sweet time—shameful! And the result? Raw fries when we got home!!!

29/08/2026: Not a customer. We wanted to stop for a drink with our friends, but no, proper attire required without even explaining what is proper or not, said in a very aggressive tone. Especially since we were only staying for an hour, outside of peak hours. In short, avoid this place if you don't want to be barked at by a cowboy.

01/08/2026: I was delivered by Berber, not even a hello, did you have the code? The pizzas weren't even cooked, they were like rubber, and the food was disgusting, merguez sausage that I hadn't even paid for. What a disgrace this pizzeria is, not up to standard. Sincerely, and forever

27/08/2026: Restaurant review: We had two set menus and two children's menus. The set menu includes a fixed starter and a choice of main course, plus dessert, bread, and water. We found the food to be quite elaborate for a typical tourist area. The small square where the hotel is located is very pleasant, and the waiters were friendly. We left happy :)

21/08/2026: Its hard to remember when I have been so studiously ignored by someone employed to do the opposite! My husband and children and I came for lunch. We were shown to table and sat down. We had to prompt for a menu but then that’s nothing unusual. We then spent over half an hour watching the waitress go out of her way to ignore us. Completely. We were patient, we were polite, the kids especially behaved very well considering that they were starving. In the end we left. One star as I was able to use the toilet which was a plus!

23/09/2026: We were kept waiting 30 minutes because the servers were on break and it was 6:45 PM. They refused to offer us drinks while we waited. We were offered homemade paella, supposedly the best, according to the owner. The result? The paella was practically frozen, just reheated, the mussels were tasteless, the squid was like chewing gum, and 80% of the plate was flavorless rice. We left before dessert. My son had a pizza, which he barely ate. Avoid at all costs! This is a tourist trap! I would give it a 2/20 for the service, the wait, and the food. A disgrace to this establishment.

15/07/2026: Very disappointed with this establishment, which was recommended to me by another bar. Firstly, the waitress nearly broke the table while setting down our glasses after saying, and I quote, "I'll put this down for you, figure it out yourselves," in a tone that was anything but pleasant. Furthermore, the charcuterie platter is a complete mess. 20 euros for three measly pieces of charcuterie… Once we finished our drinks, the waiters came back to the table aggressively, trying to force us to order more immediately. Finally, we had come to watch a football match that was "supposed" to be on, but the television was of deplorable quality, with constant interruptions and a very questionable display. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
