27/08/2024: Easily the best pizzeria in Capbreton, both in terms of the welcome and the pizza itself! I highly recommend!

25/07/2024: For me (and this is just my opinion) the dough is not worked enough, therefore not airy, too thin and dry places after baking. The quality of the ingredients is not there (there is room for debate, but the grated in professional pizzas is rubbish). Even the name of the margerita is confusing (we expect a Margherita but the ingredients have nothing to do with it). Price level at this level we find much better. Here the pizzas are not imedible, but could really be better. No more dough machines, do everything by hand the result will be better

28/06/2024: This was a group booking, so we had a room to ourselves, though there didn't seem to be any other customers. The room had a long table, all the other tables having been simply pushed to one side, making it feel as though we were in an overgrown broom cupboard. Plastic tablecloths didn't go with a fairly expensive menu. The service was leisurely, so much so that it was nearly 1.30 by the time our main course arrived. When I explained that I (only me) needed to leave by 2pm, the waitress said she'd bring the cheese immediately, however, 15 minutes later she'd only started clearing away the main course, so I had to leave without cheese or dessert. However, the food I did have was good, (not exceptional, but good) so if you've got all day and don't mind down market decor, it might be worth a visit.

22/07/2024: For the Madeleine celebrations, more than thirty of us came and we were received like kings thanks to Nadia and Eric. Succulent meat and truly delicious dessert.

29/09/2024: Haven't been here since February, big drop in level, tasteless paella, dried out and tasteless vegetable buffet, I won't come back!

28/09/2024: Arrival a little late but that's no reason!!! only one person serving the dishes, so quite a long wait. As soon as we arrived at the checkout, we came across a dissatisfied customer who warned us not to take chicken because she found feathers on the chicken 🐔 Great, that's reassuring 🥺 the plancha was not cleaned, parsley shrimp were placed on the plancha on which there were already burnt residues, then the person then places squid without the plancha being cleaned... But what do we teach them in the kitchens??? 🤔 Just looking at it takes away your appetite. Very disappointed with this cafeteria which used to be much better. We will not come back...

05/09/2024: Nous avons pris une parillada, pour 30€ , il y avait 1 crevette, un petit filet de poisson et 3 petits chipirons, le reste du plat comptait uniquement des moules. Ce qui a fait un plat très cher pour 90% de moules. Nous avons été malade le lendemain, j'ai suspecte les moules car de fraîches étaient mélangées avec des desséchées. Le rapport qualité prix était vraiment médiocre.

22/09/2024: The food leaves a lot to be desired, they charge you €5 for some fries to accompany a hamburger...but it was the only place where you don't need a reservation and they seat you quickly if you go early. I didn't like the attention because it took a long time to serve us both the main course and the dessert. We saw how groups that arrived later than us were attended to more quickly. It is not a place that invites you to repeat.

22/09/2024: 3rd time I've been there maybe more but it's over. However, I ate well there, but that was before. I don't want to hear the name Aunt Jeanne anymore. Reputation.... First you have to wait outside to be offered a table, yes. Then for a good snack I can't say the name because each server has a different name. Once we arrive too late they prepare the evening tables (5:30 p.m.) another time too early 2:30 p.m. they open for snacks at 3 p.m. we arrive at 3 p.m. it's 3:30 p.m. yet we see people enjoying good desserts on the first round tables. If you want to come and eat a simple ice cream there is good competition around, no problem. Disappointed. But by continuing like this, customers will not come back. I don't blame the staff who do their job and are overwhelmed during meals, seen and experienced during my visit. Food is good when you can taste it.

20/09/2024: Je suis allé 3 fois. Et en chaque commande ils on fait des erreurs. Service très déficitaire. Aucune La burguet c’était pas celle que j’ai commandé. Pas de cuillère pour la le King-Fusion. Vraiment ils sont nuls

18/04/2024: Livraison par Uber Heat, repas arrivé froid. Il faut normalement 10 à 15 mn pour arriver chez moi mais le livreur ne vient pas direct. Dommage !!

18/08/2024: Nous avons enfin réussi à venir manger à l’auberge du grand megnos !!! Nous nous sommes régalés pour nos 12 ans de mariage ce midi !! La cuisine est excellente, généreuse et pour tout vous dire nous n’avons pas pu finir notre plat de frites maison !!! L’accueil est parfait, les filles sont souriantes et adorables !!! Nous reviendrons sans hésitations c’est une certitude !!! Merci encore !!!
