Everything has changed, the atmosphere, the cuisine... we went from a generous company with real professionals to people who call themselves professionals but in words not in actions. It is always easier to dismantle the work of these predecessors (who have been there for more than 20 years, it seems to me) than to prove one's talent through one's work.
