13/03/2026: Very good meal, the owner is friendly

08/03/2026: We arrived as a couple with slight apprehension: when we made the reservation, we didn't feel like we'd be given a warm welcome. But once we arrived, that apprehension quickly vanished. The staff were smiling and welcoming. The decor matched the art direction (with a nice touch of Harry Potter Easter eggs). And the food was perfect! We'll be back.

26/02/2026: A wonderful discovery at Auberge des Grottes. I absolutely loved the meal, from appetizer to dessert, with a true sense of balance in flavors and textures. Special mention for the appetizer: "Scallops in red cabbage gravlax, wasabi cream" — a combination as subtle as it was original. And the dessert: "Salsify tagliatelle, passion fruit cream, and walnut-salsify crumble" — a delightful surprise, both delicate and perfectly executed. Creative, refined, and perfectly balanced cuisine. I highly recommend it!

26/02/2026: We visited on February 26, 2026. Everything was perfect. The dishes were excellent, made with quality ingredients, at a very reasonable price. Special mention to the waiters and waitress who were remarkably kind and had a great sense of humor. We had a wonderful time, thank you for the warm welcome!

05/02/2026: The dining room is very small, so it's best to go when there aren't many large groups and to make a reservation. The food is delicious and the service impeccable. I highly recommend it.

28/01/2026: The restaurant has a good atmosphere. The waitress was very nice. The meal was good but not exceptional. The meat was a little too tough. The rice could have been better chosen to make it really delicious. The price is high, but the portion size is very generous. The desserts are very expensive (€7.50). The sauce was good; a little stronger would have been perfect. The vegetables were great.

13/01/2026: I share with many others the intense pleasure of lunch at the Apple Garden Café! The setting is as simple as the menu: English potatoes cooked the traditional way (crispy, charred skin, tender, sweet interior) accompanied by sauces that perfectly complement them. And of course, the desserts! I'll be back to enjoy the garden as soon as the local weather permits. I promise! Note: Given its central location and proximity to schools, reservations are recommended.

14/03/2026: A must-try in the area. We were greeted by a charming person who was humming along to the background music. The menu, written on a chalkboard, offers something for everyone. For my starter, I chose the clams served with a delicious sauce, and for my main course, the pie—a true delight for the taste buds, very generously filled—and for dessert, the succulent and enormous tarte tatin with a luscious cream. For those who love real, homemade food, this is the perfect place. Our dog, Vaya, was welcome and had her own bowl of water. The Northerners thank you for this excellent meal.

17/02/2026: We've been to Café des Halles three or four times now, and frankly, it deserves more like six out of five stars. For me, it's a small but perfectly fine dining establishment. However, it's not very spacious, so be sure to book ahead. The food is very good, original, and homemade (except for the bread).

15/02/2026: Fantastic place that I highly recommend and deserve to be better known. We had an exceptional Valentine's Day menu; I've rarely eaten so well. The chef and his wife are very friendly and enjoy chatting with their customers. I can't wait to go back.

In short, Édulis offers a gastronomic experience that clearly deserves to be recognized at the highest level. A Michelin star would be only fair for an establishment of such quality.

20/03/2026: A wonderful experience. The servers were attentive. All the dishes were delicious, refined, and sophisticated. It was the first time I'd ever had Jerusalem artichoke for dessert, and the pairings were excellent. We will gladly return to this restaurant and believe it deserves a Michelin star, especially compared to other starred establishments in the region.
