24/04/2026: Tonight we had a delicious meal 😋 absolutely amazing. We decided to treat ourselves (hey, you only live once 🤷🏻‍♀️) the famous trio of meat, foie gras, and lobster – a real delight! Go ahead, treat yourself, try this dish at least once, you won't regret it 🥰. Thank you to the chef for this dish, and thank you to the service team for always being so pleasant every time we come, despite my husband's teasing 🤣

04/05/2026: I only had one drink while passing by on a hike. The drinks were very reasonably priced. The owner could use a smile... What a shame. I liked the style of the place.

02/05/2026: It was by chance, on our way back from a walk, that we discovered L’Escale. We had lunch there as a family and discovered a small but perfectly executed menu, offering fresh, high-quality products. A little gem tucked away in the village of Fermanville, well worth a visit! The staff are incredibly friendly, and the sunny terrace is very inviting.

02/05/2026: A superb place to discover! A very warm atmosphere, a chat with the chef who cooks over a wood fire right in front of you, and an explanation of the dishes as you order. The meat and fish are very fresh and locally sourced! Thank you to the owner for his friendliness and humor! And for his excellent dishes (mixed grilled red tuna/scallops cooked over a wood fire, grilled sirloin steak). Highly recommended!

Guided and advised by Fanny's infectious good humor and passion, we enjoyed delicious surprise menus preceded by original cocktails that were as beautiful as they were tasty. The dishes were enhanced by the beautiful and unique tableware, a feast for the eyes and the palate. We will gladly return.

24/03/2026: The name of this small restaurant (seating around twenty) is already original. It symbolizes both Normandy and Catalonia, while remaining neutral, like the couple who run it. The dining room is small and pleasant: you feel comfortable, the seats are cozy, and the space is inviting. Excellent value for money for Theo's set menu (starter, main course, dessert). We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Beautifully presented dishes, both in terms of presentation and contents: the fish was cooked to perfection. They offer wines that aren't readily available. We will definitely return to try the surprise menu. Until next time! This is exactly what we look for when we go to a restaurant: good food without breaking the bank. One small regret: we would have liked to congratulate the chef in person; we only caught a glimpse of him in the kitchen, but his wife was supposed to do it for us. This couple is passionate about their work. Reservations are essential. A must-try!

14/03/2026: A must-try in the area. We were greeted by a charming person who was humming along to the background music. The menu, written on a chalkboard, offers something for everyone. For my starter, I chose the clams served with a delicious sauce, and for my main course, the pie—a true delight for the taste buds, very generously filled—and for dessert, the succulent and enormous tarte tatin with a luscious cream. For those who love real, homemade food, this is the perfect place. Our dog, Vaya, was welcome and had her own bowl of water. The Northerners thank you for this excellent meal.

I was very pleasantly surprised by a young man, 17 years old, who displayed great professionalism. The presentation of the products was beautiful, and he was very well-groomed. Well done to him!
