11/11/2025: A very pleasant restaurant facing the port of Saint Vaast, with a lovely, rustic atmosphere. The service is excellent and efficient. Although we arrived without a reservation, the owner was very accommodating in finding us a table. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality. Some of us opted for the set menu featuring delicious local oysters and a very good whiting (a local fish I hadn't tried before). The rest of the table chose mussels and burgers, which were very well received and served in generous portions. A great place to eat and good value for money.

I highly recommend it and would recommend it to my friends and family if they ever pass through Villedieu-les-Poêles.

30/11/2025: We had a generally pleasant experience at this restaurant, although a few details slightly marred our arrival. There was no coat rack at the entrance, which surprised us, and we had to ask the waiter to hang our coats in the coat rack. The hot radiator right behind our table also made it impossible to leave our belongings on the chairs, which was a bit inconvenient. As for the food, the dishes were of very good quality, well-prepared, and flavorful. However, the portions were rather small compared to the size of the plates, and there were few vegetables, which could leave a slight impression of imbalance. The real drawback was the noise: the dining room is not soundproofed at all, resulting in a rather high noise level. The passage between the tables is also very narrow, both for customers and staff, giving the impression of a somewhat overcrowded space. Despite this, the food was good, and the staff was attentive. With a few adjustments to the comfort and layout, the experience could truly live up to the stated ambitions.

29/12/2025: My best discovery in Granville, located right on the port, is warm even in winter. The dining room is spacious and the tables intimate. We enjoyed a sublime foie gras, generously served, delicious scallops (they're in season!), and an exquisite chocolate sphere for dessert. We had a view into the kitchen where we could see an impeccable team of chefs, dressed in black, working silently under their watchful eye. Bravo to all the staff and the owner, with whom we exchanged a few words. This is excellent value for money in the region and well worth the detour! 👍

11/11/2025: For me, the best crêperie in Granville. The tables facing the fireplace are highly recommended. Good selection of galettes and crêpes. Friendly service. Reservations recommended.

13/11/2025: We tried this brasserie during a stay at Mont Saint-Michel. The pizzas, made with real dough, are excellent. I asked the waiter about the proper way to order them because they were so good and generously topped. The prices are reasonable for this quality.

21/12/2025: September 2023: We chose the four-course menu and our only regret was not opting for seven! Every dish was beautiful, original, refined, flavorful, delicate, and reasonably generous. The wine pairing was excellent. The decor was simple and tasteful. The limited seating created an intimate atmosphere. We were surprised by the low number of people that Thursday evening. We will definitely be back! December 2025: A promise fulfilled at the end of the year, and what a delight! We did indeed choose the seven-course surprise menu and shared a wine pairing between the two of us. The dishes were surprising and truly exceptional, with a beautiful balance of flavors and perfect cooking (the highlights: the squab dish and the dessert - pictured - the only slight drawback: the Livarot mousse on a base that was a touch too sweet for our taste). An extraordinary experience.
