04/11/2025: A warm welcome and delicious galettes that delighted the whole family. A slight disappointment for me... the banana split wasn't to my taste. Next time, I'll stick to tradition for dessert: a crêpe!

24/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant for Valentine's Day and felt the same way as a previous reviewer: The meal was good but not worth the price at all...no amuse-bouche with the aperitif, the tables are very close together, no privacy whatsoever, and you can hear your neighbor's conversation like in a brasserie! There was absolutely no decoration for Valentine's Day; we were hoping for at least a small candle or a flower on the table, but there was nothing. And to top it all off, the chef started yelling in the kitchen during service, which created a very awkward atmosphere in the dining room! The only positive point was the two very kind and professional waiters. Having tried a different restaurant for Valentine's Day every year, we won't be returning to this one.

28/02/2026: We came for dinner. We wanted to give this restaurant a chance despite the negative reviews about portion sizes. Indeed, the amount of meat and couscous seemed woefully inadequate. For example, the chicken couscous consisted of a tiny chicken drumstick. However, we received a warm welcome and the food wasn't bad. The desserts were good.

08/11/2025: Today was the Saint Martin fair. We ate at this restaurant. We had a low-quality pâté or herring and potato appetizer. Then we had tongue in a spicy sauce. Aside from the excessive number of pickles, the sauce was bland. And don't even get me started on the dessert: crème brûlée or cheese colored with red berries—disgusting. I give it 2 out of 5. Plus, we couldn't enjoy the fair atmosphere because we were in a cramped room at the back of the restaurant. So I'm giving it another 2 out of 5. Oh, and I almost forgot: a Coke served in a small, flat plastic cup for 3 euros. I don't recommend it.

17/10/2025: We celebrated my aunt and uncle's 60th wedding anniversary at this restaurant, which has a beautiful reception room. The meal was excellent. The staff was very professional, kind, and attentive to their customers. We had a wonderful time with the family. Thank you.

10/11/2025: I don't understand the bad reviews. We arrived unexpectedly at lunchtime today, a group of 10. We were very warmly welcomed and served. The meal was very good, and the prices weren't exorbitant like in some other establishments at Mont-Saint-Michel. If we're ever in the area again, we'll know where to eat.

09/11/2025: Contrary to previous reviews, the welcome was warm and very friendly. The galettes were excellent, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was great. The value for money was perfect. We had a wonderful time.

27/02/2026: What a shame, I knew this place as a benchmark a few years ago, but now it's not great at all!!! The pizza wasn't great despite the pleasant setting and service.

25/02/2026: We've been regulars at this restaurant overlooking the harbor for many years, and we've noticed that since the takeover by the son of the former owners, it's really not the same anymore – what a disappointment! Despite the always friendly welcome, the rest of the experience has fallen short... Foie gras was charged at €19.50 for two measly slices, followed by a beef skewer ordered rare that arrived overcooked and poorly presented (fries were just thrown together), and a steak tartare with salad and fries (same issue). We asked for Tabasco sauce and were brought only the dregs of a bottle, which they pointed out to us! We waited a long time for our dessert order to be taken without success, so we left and certainly won't be returning, which is a shame because we used to enjoy having lunch there.

01/12/2025: The welcome was awful. The owner came to take our order while complaining about his health problems. We ordered two drinks and two pizzas. The pizzas arrived after a half-hour wait, even though the restaurant was almost empty. And still no drinks! After insisting, they finally arrived. The pizzas were poor quality. The owner, drinking from behind the counter, came to clear the plates in a state of advanced drunkenness. He made misogynistic and offensive remarks because my wife hadn't finished her meal. Several customers, who arrived before and after us, left the restaurant without ordering anything.

20/10/2025: Just eaten the steak, and Gambas and have been totally satisfied. I eat big portions and these definatly filled the stomach. The staff are very proffesional and friendly and take there time with the customsrs to ensure satisfaction. Will be returning again.
