21/04/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I called to reserve a table by the sea and asked if they had mussels. I was told yes. When I arrived at the restaurant, there were no tables available by the sea, even though that was what I had been told on the phone, and no mussels either. The waitress was very unpleasant, arrogant, and completely disparaging to the customers. I am very disappointed with the service, and the price is not worth the quality of the meat. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. This type of waitress should be fired, otherwise the restaurant will close.

05/03/2026: A truly appalling experience! The welcome we received was simply unacceptable. After asking us to wait 15 minutes, we were told it was no longer possible and that there was nothing left to serve, all in a peremptory tone, without any apology whatsoever. Here, the customer is nothing but a wallet. Clearly, the owner has her moods or her favorites. Run away if you want authenticity. Go just across the street. It's up to you!

10/04/2026: Regarding the question "Did you include sauces?", the answer is yes, but once we're at home the answer is still no... a little honesty wouldn't hurt. This is a recurring issue. Furthermore, the service is sometimes subpar.

07/04/2026: After several unsuccessful attempts to call and dreaming of that marshmallow chocolate egg, I decided to travel to Cherbourg. I politely mentioned that I had tried calling several times without success and that I was there hoping to taste this marvel. The bespectacled woman, around sixty years old, told me that several had already been ordered and would therefore need to be made the next day. Full of hope, I asked her if it would be possible for me to order one as well, and even offered to pay for it in advance. Well, it was a resounding "no," even though she had initially asked me how many I would need. Thanks for the unnecessary trip that could have been avoided if someone had answered the phone, and for the others who were able to order but not me. What top-notch service and friendliness! I should point out that it says they are open continuously all day, and I did pay close attention to the opening hours.

06/04/2026: Hello, I don't usually write Google reviews, but I'm so shocked by these outrageous comments. I'm always warmly welcomed by the entire team, who are always smiling (probably because I am too...). The bread is excellent, the pastries are wonderful, always carefully packaged. Everything is made with great care, which shows a tremendous amount of work goes into it. The service and the quality of the trattoria are excellent. I don't understand how such an outpouring of hatred against people who work so hard can be considered satisfactory. It's a shame we can't rate customer behavior; that would be much more distressing! These three places are the best and unmissable in Cherbourg. Let's behave respectfully to preserve this expertise!

12/01/2026: Restaurant that does not respect its hours, indicated open until 11pm on Monday, no one to answer the phone at 9pm, arrived on site at 9:30pm, restaurant closed.

08/03/2026: How can anyone understand having to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for their order? Why allow more customers in when the wait is already so long? The owner's response: I'm just trying to increase the number of customers to compensate for the slower days, at the expense of service... No comment.

04/02/2026: Excellent meat cooked over a wood fire and homemade fries. All accompanied by a nice glass of wine, it was perfect 👍

18/03/2026: Bad experience... I waited a good half hour for my steak, and the table of three next to me, although they arrived later, was served first. This gave me plenty of time to see an unbelievable amount of dust. Just zoom in on my photo above the salt shaker to see for yourself! Similarly, the floor is covered in some kind of pathetic, dirty linoleum, and every time a waiter walked past me, my chair moved. If the dining room is like this, I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen is like. Perhaps a health inspector could help... To top it all off, once I paid, there was no "thank you," no "goodbye."

17/02/2026: Fantastic experience today! I was lucky enough to try their pavlova (on the house) and what a lovely surprise! The meringue was perfectly crisp, the fruit so fresh... a real treat. Thank you for this gesture and for your always excellent service!

03/04/2026: This is my favourite restaurant in Coutances, I come regularly. It has never disappointed. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. The food is consistently tasty and good value.

29/03/2026: Lili's Delights is THE BEST restaurant in Coutances. The menu is huge, and the prices are low. Everything is delicious, having eaten there seven times already. P.S. The bo bun is excellent! The service is super friendly. The people are genuinely nice. I highly recommend it! 🙂

01/12/2025: The welcome was awful. The owner came to take our order while complaining about his health problems. We ordered two drinks and two pizzas. The pizzas arrived after a half-hour wait, even though the restaurant was almost empty. And still no drinks! After insisting, they finally arrived. The pizzas were poor quality. The owner, drinking from behind the counter, came to clear the plates in a state of advanced drunkenness. He made misogynistic and offensive remarks because my wife hadn't finished her meal. Several customers, who arrived before and after us, left the restaurant without ordering anything.

20/10/2025: Just eaten the steak, and Gambas and have been totally satisfied. I eat big portions and these definatly filled the stomach. The staff are very proffesional and friendly and take there time with the customsrs to ensure satisfaction. Will be returning again.

21/04/2026: At 3:30 pm, the waiter informed us that the kitchen was closed for burgers, but then told us that it was still possible! The burger was delicious, with butcher-style ground beef. Our young teenager was thrilled. Thank you to the waiter and the cook.

13/04/2026: The restaurant is well located on a square with a lovely terrace. The interior is very comfortable with nice banquettes. The service is very good and the owner is very welcoming.
