09/06/2024: It's hot, we offer the children an ice cream, we don't go far, I waited almost 30 minutes to get 4 ice creams. 30 minutes is crazy. We stopped around 4:30 p.m. with my son to grab a quick bite to eat there. We waited more than half an hour, and we couldn't eat there, too much waiting. We quickly see that it is poorly organized. During the time we waited, almost every table came asking for something that was missing. The employees seem to be put through it. Also, I went to the bathroom, and it wasn't clean like other McDonald's.

27/12/2023: Le clic and parking est beaucoup trop long, nous sommes aller demander où cela en était au guichet et on nous a répondu que nous avions pas mis en route notre commande, sous preuve nous avons évidemment montrer le contraire et c'est après 1h qu'on nous a dit que c'était eu qui ne l'avaient pas valider... en plus de ça on nous avait déjà répéter plusieurs fois que la commande était en cours de préparation...

10/09/2024: Friendly welcome, fast service, great because with a 2 year old. Excellent value for money. And once again the omelette from the children's menu was excellent. Thank you to the team for this meal

30/08/2024: During our dinner in your restaurant, This transforming into suffering. A welcome worthy of a prison officer, We order without time to enjoy an appetite without ice cubes of not very classy cans of soda.. The part of the dishes errors on the simple dishes ordered between a goat salad the opposite received a ham salad and a rib steak noted on the map with butler butter in the absence of sauce surely false advertising.. Meats a blow of 20.00th 70% fat 30% meat accompanied by frozen fries soaked in oil small quantity. We weren't allowed a simple jug of water or bread of course! So we go back to eat elsewhere. Incompetent waiters and managers who care about your comfort. “The tables are moving” the manager yells in the restaurant three times asking us the question of haughty magniere why we moved his table by giving orders to put it back to that of our neighbors next door without privacy we directly exchange conversations with the table next to you. things not done to release our dissatisfaction. Note for €50.00 thrown on the table and directly cashed going around the restaurant with his TPE acting like thieves without even saying a last word or asking if the meal went well. No commercial gestures to service errors and their behavior. Go your way, Restaurant to avoid!

16/09/2024: Poor service, barely mediocre food. Even though it wasn’t very busy we waited 15 minutes before a waiter came to take our order. Then servers forgot to bring bottled and tap water that was asked for, and left our dirty finished plates in front of us for at least another 15-20 minutes and never brought us our desserts that were included in our “formule”, to the point where we needed to leave, so we took it to go. I would never go again

16/09/2024: A FUIR, A ce demander s'il y avait pas une caméra cachée.... je ne donne jamais d'avis mais là c'est vraiment horrible. Déjà on a attendu 25 minutes avant qu'on prenne notre commande, ensuite nous avons eu les boissons, il manquait une théière pour le thé on nous a dit une théière peut faire pour deux lol le sketch pour 4 € le thé chacun peut avoir ça théière, et en plus le thé n'était pas celui qu'on avait demandé..... Ensuite on nous demande de payer l'addition, alors que nous n'avons pas toute notre commande. Ensuite nous avons eu les gaufres et les glaces, il manquait une glace..... Mon beau-fils on lui propose une glace café Liégeois alors qu'il avait demandé chocolat liégeois.... Il a voulu annuler sa commande on lui a dit que comme c'était payé il fallait qu'il prenne... Mon beau-fils a pu manger sa glace mais seul à la fin. Franchement je n'ai jamais vu ça je suis outrée, le personnel on dirait qu'il était shooté tellement ils étaient à deux à l'heure. La personne arrive avec les deux glaces elle ne sait même plus ce qu'il présente. Une honte..... Nous ne sommes pas des touristes nous habitons vraiment à côté et nous n'irons plus là-bas. Dommage parce que la seule chose c'est que la vue est belle.

18/09/2024: Very noisy!! Lots of people, Quite a long wait at the order terminals, the people who provide room service are doing what they can, understaffed? The table we were at did not stand out for its cleanliness, and what annoys me the most is the trash bags thrown around during the meal!!! . As for prices, they follow regular increases. We think that in the future we will stop more often at a small restaurant where for the same price we will have a complete meal..

19/09/2024: The experience was very bad. We arrived with our 6 year old son for lunch. It took approximately 15 minutes to bring the menu, despite us asking many times. When we were about to order, we only wanted 2 dishes (because our son doesn't eat much) and they DIDN'T LET US EAT because they said that the three of us would have to order a full dish. If you don't want to have a bad experience, don't go!! Bad service
