19/06/2026: Our room was really nice. It would be even better if the windows were washed and if the room had air conditioning (the fan was not doing much). The emails I received prior to my arrival said call 48 hours in advance to confirm reservations and ask for a parking code if one was not received. I did not ever receive a parking code and when I called in advance, I was told I could not have the code until the day of arrival and to call back. Like others have comented it takes several attempts to actually reach someone. Multiple times while waiting I got disconnected. I decided to leave after arrival to go outside of the hotel to eat as the hotel's menu did not seem great for my family. Upon leaving the parking area, a ticket was in the machine slot that I grabbed, and the gate lifted. I did not think anything of this until I returned back from dinner and the code that was given to me earlier that day would no longer work nor did any ticket I had (at this point I had 2). Please take your ticket out of the machine as you leave to not mess up another guest (apparently I was supposed to put my own ticket in when leaving the gate - not get a new one)! I still do not know if you leave, do you need a new number to get in and if I had done it correctly, would I have been charged $12 euros just to check in the hotel, drop off my bags, and leave to eat dinner elsewhere? Regardless...this was a bad experience as when we returned NO ONE was answering our calls for over 15 minutes of trying to get into the gate. We decided to park in one of the back parking lots and we headed on foot to the hotel as it was getting dark. We kept calling while walking and before we arrived back to the hotel, someone finally answered our call and gave us a new code. There has to be a better way for this parking code system. I was a bit upset as the hotel was not busy and each time we walked past the check-in area it was empty with the hotel lady sitting at the desk. I assume anything could happen to make someone busy at any moment...but too many people have issues with this system. Make it better.

10/06/2026: Not recommended. . Aside for the amazing view it was a terrible experience. You need a code to get thru the gate which was not provided in advance and only after several phone calls were we allowed the code and access even with a prepaid reservation. The rooms are very worn and dated with stains on the carpet. The only restaurant in the hotel would not take us for dinner saying they were full. The front desk clerk said he could not provide any alternative places to eat outside the gate even though he acknowledged there were restaurants outside. He refused to provide any guidance or recommendation. One last note. I checked my spam and junk mail and the code for the gate was not there either. Stay elsewhere

10/05/2026: Excellent restaurant with a beautiful view of the Brick cove. Plenty of choice, high quality, and very pleasant service. The dining room was a bit noisy. Dogs are allowed in one of the rooms.

10/05/2026: We were lucky enough to dine on the terrace at this establishment under a beautiful sun with a magnificent view, but above all, we shared a delicious meal as a family. Everything was very good and the service was excellent, thank you!

24/09/2026: We spent a night in our campervan at the Manoir de la Foulerie. A very beautiful and well-maintained place. The owner is very friendly and comes by at the end of the day. The pitch costs €10 and includes electricity, access to the toilets and waste disposal. Water refill costs €2. Perhaps the showers could be improved. Thank you.

29/08/2026: Beautiful spot. A pond with rowboats and pedal boats.

16/08/2026: The perfect spot to enjoy oysters and glasses of wine. But that's not what we were there for. After ordering our seafood platter, it was time to dig in. The oysters were amazing, the whelks were amazing, the crab was amazing, the shrimp were amazing. The only downside was the sound of the little droppings the next day! We'll definitely be back!

13/08/2026: We had reserved a table. Arriving at 7:30 pm, there was a significant shortage of shellfish and no bread. And they warned us... if you order spread... no more bread. This is unacceptable in a restaurant; there's a lack of order management. We took the trouble to reserve; the least they could do is offer a choice... and sufficient quantity. We went to "La Plancha" without a reservation, and it was very good, both in terms of quality and quantity. As for Ostréa... avoid it!

27/09/2026: We had a lovely time there as a family this Sunday. The food was good, plentiful, and the service was very pleasant.

19/06/2026: I booked this hotel through Booking, and everything looked fine in the listing. However, the reality was quite different. The room was small, outdated, and full of flies. We had to keep the windows open for ventilation and to get rid of the flies inside the room. The property advertises a swimming pool, but we discovered upon arrival that the pool is actually about 400 meters away. It is a pool sauna ... and not owned or managed by the property, which we found misleading. Breakfast offered very limited choices. In our opinion, the overall quality, comfort, and experience did not meet the expectations of a 3-star hotel, and we found it to be somewhat overpriced. We also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The menu selection was good, and the food quality was fair for the price. The service was a bit long but still within a reasonable timeframe. However, there were flies flying around while we were eating, which made the dining experience quite uncomfortable .

21/05/2026: The hotel is located right in the city center and has beautiful, clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is highly recommended.

27/04/2026: A very nice hotel and restaurant, charmingly old-fashioned and tasteful. Everything is perfect; the owner, the chef, and Amandine are all fantastic. In the kitchen, from the outside, it's not "Hands off the loot," but rather "Hands off the chef's knife." Audiard could have written it. 😉 Keep up the good work, it's perfect.

16/03/2026: A welcoming hotel with a friendly staff. Comfortable and practical rooms. Modernly designed bathrooms. Parking available in front or on the street.

07/10/2026: Excellent place! We had booked online, but unfortunately, the reservation hadn't been registered when we arrived. Luckily, the waiter/owner found a table for two. The meal was excellent, with the profiteroles being a particular highlight. I highly recommend it! A little tip: book by phone if possible.

30/09/2026: Great restaurant for friends or family, quick, friendly service, varied menu, from pasta lovers to pizza pros, you'll be well served. I highly recommend the restaurant and the prices are reasonable. (Be aware that if you go on the weekend you may have to wait a little longer than during the week)

15/05/2026: So, we didn't actually eat because we arrived at 12:55 PM and still hadn't been served by 1:45 PM, and we had to be back at work at 2:00 PM! So we went back to work without having eaten. What a great brasserie! UNACCEPTABLE. First and last time I'll ever set foot in there. The organization needs a serious overhaul.

29/08/2026: We came as a family of five without a reservation, and they were accepted without any problem. No one was disappointed. The waitress, who was working alone, was very efficient, professional, and friendly. The chef was also working alone in the kitchen. The dishes were good and served quickly. I would have appreciated a few more green beans, as they were really delicious. I recommend this restaurant.
