06/06/2026: Stopped by Les Sarments for lunch during the week and really enjoyed it. The place was quite busy, which is always a good sign, but the service was still quick and smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. I had the Black Angus steak with pepper sauce, cooked medium rare, and it was excellent. The steak was tender and cooked just right, and the pepper sauce was creamy, rich, and full of flavor. The fries were good, and the salad was fresh and tasty as well. Overall, a very nice lunch spot with good food, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d happily come back next time I’m in Reims.

20/05/2026: Reviews based on expectation and price.... happened to have lunch here on our way home. Nothing wrong with the dishes, service, and atmosphere, although we were the youngest 🤫😉 the handwritten board caused confusion because Chatgpt had a different translation, so it turned into a sort of surprise menu. Nice for a change.

30/05/2026: The food is consistently good quality and the dishes are beautifully presented. The menu prices are consistent with the quality of the food. The drinks are a bit pricey. The only downside was the long wait for the food (the waitress explained that they are currently looking for an additional kitchen employee but are finding it difficult to recruit).

23/05/2026: In 2024: My wife wanted to return, and we were disappointed. It's good, but it lacks that little something extra they had a few years ago. Only the desserts remain very good. And frankly, the presentation of the steak needs improvement. And asking for 50 cents for a doggy bag made me smile. In 2020: A new experience that, for the first time, disappointed us. There were six of us, and we all agreed that the starters and main courses were "simple." Personally, my starter was too cold for the red mullet to shine, and my main course wasn't hot enough. The dessert was excellent and earns it a fourth star. In 2017: We returned to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. All the guests were delighted. Still one of the best restaurants in Châlons. The Scandinavian-style decor is very nice, the welcome was perfect, as was the meal. In 2013: A delightful surprise! I'd known this restaurant for years, having walked past it, and last night I decided to have dinner there. It's true that the long, narrow layout of the dining room is unusual, and the color scheme isn't the most harmonious, but overall, the decor is pleasant. Four different menus are available to satisfy even the most discerning palates. We chose the "terroir" menu at €26, which included a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. A great place to eat; I plan to return regularly during my stays in Châlons-en-Champagne.

Always attentive, available, and responsive… even to our numerous requests and especially our last-minute changes. She guided us with professionalism, kindness, and great efficiency, which was incredibly reassuring. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to our maître d'hôtel, Rosalie, and the two servers who assisted her, for their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness throughout the evening. And let's not forget the two chefs, who did a remarkable job in the kitchen 👏 And a huge thumbs up from Matteo, who was completely won over from start to finish! Thanks to the entire team, we were able to fully enjoy our day in complete peace of mind. We highly recommend them!

07/06/2026: A very warm welcome. The owners are both professional and friendly. The service is excellent. The traditional dishes are generous and homemade. It's best to book a table on the lovely back terrace. Wheelchair access is not possible due to the step at the entrance. The restrooms are very clean. We will gladly return.

22/03/2026: Refined from start to finish, everything is perfectly executed. By comparison, I've eaten in restaurants with misplaced pretensions to elegance and chic, and La Table Saint Thomas has absolutely nothing to envy them for. For me, it's a must-visit in the city.

05/05/2026: I made a reservation for lunch over a month ago and it was confirmed by them. Drove over an hour to eat here and they were closed. They told me they emailed me & canceled my reservation but upon checking my reservation, it was still active. Google also says they’re open at the current time I arrived. Pretty disappointing, as I was looking forward to dining here.

04/05/2026: We tried the Menu & thought everything tasted good. Especially good shrimp soup, small dishes with fun flavor combinations, also the house Champagne which was a lovely match to the food. Affordable! High noise level but we were probably unlucky as the table next to us had a hen party. Nice service:)

29/05/2026: May 29, 2026, I bought some supposedly genuine "2nd generation AirPods." The writing on the box was questionable, crooked, and the font was illegible. Inside the box were the two AirPods; thankfully, the audio quality wasn't great compared to real 2nd generation AirPods. They told me they bought them from a supplier and that they were genuine. Of course, they took them back and gave me a full refund. In short, avoid buying used tech from Leclerc Champfleury and be wary of refurbished items.

28/05/2026: For the past few years, the supermarket has declined in quality and reliability, with many expired products still on the shelves, particularly in the fresh produce section, which is especially damaging. There have been more than twenty such issues in recent years, some of which have been reported to the relevant health authorities. When I say expired products, I'm not talking about products that are two days past their expiration date, but several weeks, even months, late. It's as if the employees in the affected departments only work once every three weeks or three months. And the customer service? Apart from this week, when a receptionist took the time to call the affected department that day, I far too often encounter receptionists who say "we'll do it"... and nothing changes. Another major problem: the lack of stock on many products during certain weeks. The employee in charge of the canned vegetables department left, and since then, some items are missing or the displays are inadequate. On the positive side: the employee in the canned vegetable section was professional, as was the employee in the biscuit aisle, who was both efficient and patient, and meticulous with her products. Most of the cashiers did their jobs well and were generally friendly. The store was clean, but the devil is in the details...

15/02/2026: A wonderful discovery for our 13th Valentine's Day surprise organized by my sweetheart. The Valentine's Day menu was fantastic, congratulations to the kitchen! The service was impeccable, everyone was very friendly. A special mention for the Irish Coffee, it was amazing! We'll definitely be back. I recommend it 200%!

03/05/2026: A quick stop while we recharged our electric car (Electra) in Paris and Metz. Very good little all-you-can-eat buffet with sushi, kebabs, and everything else. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
