29/05/2026: An unlikely Vietnamese restaurant in the middle of a small village. The food is delicious. The owner is absolutely lovely. She manages the dining room single-handedly with professionalism. She even asked the kitchen to remake a dessert that was no longer available. The decor is a little dated.

A charming, welcoming, and always smiling owner who immediately puts you at ease. Special mention also goes to the chef for his steak tartare, which is absolutely divine!
Okay… I'm still giving it 5 stars, even if there are bits of lemon in the lemon sorbet… 😄 (Just kidding, the owner will understand right away!).
An excellent place that I recommend without hesitation.

01/06/2026: We discovered Duo Pizza on our way back from Paris.
They have a very wide variety of pizzas and the Chessy crust is excellent.
The service was truly top-notch; thank you to the young man who served us. You can tell the staff loves what they do.
So if you're traveling on the N4, take the Sézanne exit.
And go eat at Duo Pizza; you won't be disappointed.
09/05/2026: Amazing pizzas, fantastic burgers, and Mr. Timeo's dessert, a delicious Captain America ice cream, was a delight as always.

We had already enjoyed a paella from your restaurant a long time ago, and today it was our turn to serve it to our guests. We were more than satisfied, and so were our guests. I highly recommend them; they were attentive, adapted to the equipment we had, and provided excellent communication. And above all, the paella was delicious and plentiful!

22/06/2026: A huge thank you to La Fringale catering! We ordered their paella for our son's christening. We had about fifty people, and everyone loved it and went back for seconds.
The cutlery option they offered was fantastic.
