25/08/2024: Rooms are fine, though it looks a bit outdated. There is no refrigerator in the room and no air conditioning. The beds are fine. The shower is a little small.
The hotel is located near a small village that only has one bakery. The hotel has a nice garden (almost a park) and a large parking lot. Breakfast is fine, but no whole weat bread, a lot of choice in sweet French bread. You have to boil your own eggs 🥚.
The staff is very nice and very helpful, and some speak English.
24/08/2024: Very nice experience in this establishment. Surrounded by forest, this hotel is well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The must, the restaurant with professional service operated by a team of attentive young people. This is becoming rare these days. We will come back for sure.

13/07/2024: We did not stay here but came to try the Jacques Selosse Champagne and have dinner. The champagne was the best I have ever had. It is expensive, but if you love champagne, you have to try it. Dinner was wonderful. Every dish was perfect. Ask for butter with your bread. It’s very tasty. The server was also very kind. I plan to come back some day and hopefully try another type of Selosse Champagne

31/08/2024: We arived in the city after a long trip and we were hungry. The place was full, but we got our meals fast. It was delicious, the stuff was great and more or less the restaurant exceeded our expectations :) . We drunk rose -good quality fot its price, pizzas and pasta - amazing. Our kid got its pizza super fast - thanks, this saved us lots of nerves. My opinion is that the place deserves 6, not 5.

22/09/2024: Excellent restaurant. Very welcoming staff (and also for our 4-legged friends). The dishes are delicious for great value for money. As a starter, the cooked eggs and burrata are magnificent. The same goes for rump steak and duck. For dessert, the semi-cooked chocolate and the French toast-style brioche are delicious. This was our second visit this year and we will return on our next visit to Châlons.

04/08/2024: Family run resto, the most welcoming of hosts and a fabulous chef. Smaller sized resto with magnificent food cooked from the heart. Great wine list too. 100% recommend.
26/07/2024: Delicious 2 course meal with great service and pleasant surroundings. The pepper steak with chips, salad and veg was perfect and the ice cream dessert was homemade and absolutely delicious. This is great cooking at a reasonable price. A gem!

We loved the children's menu for the little ones... And homemade churros and Sundays were so good. Take a look at the menus, dishes, desserts, drinks... There are some good deals!
15/09/2024: Family visit Saturday May 28 in the evening. A desire for a burger... Knowing that my mother and my brother didn't know. As soon as we arrived, a waiter welcomed us. No waiting and a place quickly found. The setting is really beautiful and the atmosphere exudes the US.
We order 2 Memphis menus and wraps for my mother. Well the burgers seem bigger on the menu but it was very good Well cooked meat... This burger is to die for!!!!! My mother devoured the wraps.
And dessert... A gourmet coffee for my brother and a Brookie for me... So... It's worth it!!!!
Good and fast service. No particular problem just burgers too small for my taste

Restaurant expensive and too special for my taste. Brasserie is a better alternative for me: best burger I've eaten in a long time.
