15/09/2024: Leckerer Rosé Champagner und Chablis bei leckerem Essen auf der Sonnenterrasse der Le Gaulois in Reims genießen. Hier das WoEnde ausklingen lassen war eine gute Entscheidung.

11/09/2024: De passage à Reims en ce dimanche, recherche d'un restaurant après la visite de la sublime cathédrale où furent couronnés nos rois. Passage devant le Gaulois vers 19H00 alors que la terrasse est bondée. Le pari est risqué mais il faut tenter. Dîner sur le pouce car nous n'étions pas affamés. Un burger maison et deux bavettes nous ont régalé. Service efficace et sympathique ! Rien à redire.

08/09/2024: Great time spent on the terrace on a Sunday lunchtime. The Parmentier, as well as the pasta dishes, are excellent at affordable prices. The rest of the card looks pretty good too. The terrine as a great starter too!

22/09/2024: Service much too long taking into account that the restaurant was not full. Disappointing aperitif board especially given the price and cold welcome and relationships. In short, disappointed with our visit....

22/09/2024: To begin with, the atmosphere of this restaurant is unique in Reims, the beauty of the decoration and the dishes. Real kindness and goodwill from the staff and, not to spoil anything, top-notch Italian cuisine!

12/09/2024: Very good evening stages. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff is very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend, you have a pleasant time. The restaurant is a very nice discovery. The dishes are very well presented and very tasty. The setting is very pleasant

23/07/2024: Rooms are perfectly decent if a little rustic. The setup is reminiscent of American lodges, with a central garden. They accommodated our puppy although being by the carpark entrance and the walls being quite thin, she was set off a number of times. Young children could quickly become bored if you wanted a multi-night stay, given a lack of amenities and its rural location. They have a 4 bay Tesla supercharger, so the carpark is often busy but nothing to worry about. The restaurant is a highlight and breakfast, while limited, does the job.

19/07/2024: Exactly what I was looking for, no big houses but many small producers to taste. Two of us tasted 6 (8cl) for €20 & 3 Grand Crus (€30). Extremely good value, exciting & fun! Unlike winebars where you’re committed to drinking a whole glass. Tasted the 6 side by side & that’s the best way to learn & analyse the difference in 👅! All had 4 and above on Vivino, so good quality stuff 😉🤩. 4, 4.1,4.2…give & take, who cares as they were taaaasty ALL of them! Highly recommended! Come here!

14/09/2024: These are the best pizzas I have ever eaten, I continue to order regularly, the pizzas are delicious, it's a real treat. Cleanliness, efficiency, seriousness, honesty, speed, I recommend this pizzeria, the managers are always pleasant, smiling, as well as the team. Super nice, he delivers me to the vehicle when I'm waiting.

05/08/2024: ... Ou plutôt mon très cher petit tartare ! Carte alléchante d'une petite vingtaine de tartares qui sont la spécialité de la maison. Pourtant une fois les assiettes servies : 1ère grosse déception sur la quantité (un disque de 10 cm de diam et 2 cm d'épaisseur environ) 2ème déception sur la présentation (le tartare burrata = 1 burrata et des pignons posés sur la viande ; le tartare chèvre = 1 rondelle de chèvre posée sur la viande). 3ème grosse déception sur la qualité de la viande (tartare coupé au couteau avec quelques nerfs sur 2 tartares sur 4). 4ème grosse déception sur le prix payé car évidemment à 26,90 € le tartare, mes amis et moi nous attendions à autre chose. Concernant le tartare du thon, il était trop sucré et je cherche encore le gingembre. Même prix que le tartare de bœuf, mêmes déceptions. Par contre la cocotte de légumes au lait de coco était, elle, copieuse.

29/08/2024: De retour de vacances on tente de se restaurer dans un petit village et non sur une aire d autoroute...il est 13h30 ...on nous accepte à 4...top de top tout était très bon ...accueil parfait ...et terrasse super bien ombragée on y retournera

14/08/2024: We went there for dinner. A big yes for the cuisine which was simply excellent. There were 3 of us, we had trout, a steak and a breaded escalope. All the plates are distributed completely empty. The atmosphere in the evening with the little lights by the pool was very nice although the pool was not very well maintained. The only downside was the service. At first we were completely forgotten by a waitress. We don't know if it was his first night so we have nothing. But three tables were set up after us with a lot of people, and their orders were taken long before ours to the point that we thought we had been forgotten, our aperitif although written word for word on a notebook was false , the people next to us only had half of their order for the aperitif and the gentleman ate a dish that he had not ordered because he did not dare to say anything. Fortunately the boss intervened and did his part to make up for all that. Too bad for these little things which spoiled our meal a little because I repeat, the food was delicious. We'll probably come back hoping this waitress has left or knows her stuff better.
