23/07/2026: Absolutely wonderful! We sat outside and enjoyed the weather. I am still dreaming of the food here. We were recommended a beautiful bottle of champagne and did the 4 course Summer Menu. Staff were friendly and the service was perfect.

11/07/2026: We came this evening (Saturday, July 11, 2026). Everything was perfect in terms of the welcome and service. However, Mrs. Vatel's son-in-law (her daughter Cathia's husband) was disrespectful to the customers! We were outside still eating when he went out to see his colleagues and let out a fart without even apologizing. It's shameful, and no gesture of remorse was made at the register, nor was there any apology. I am very disappointed.

10/06/2026: We ate lunch, the food is really good, only attitude a little bit lack of understanding. Server told us to speak French only, tourist could not learn languages of every country. They are in hospitality business and would be nice if they know at least basics of English like water and etc.

15/06/2026: Nice restaurant, simple but effective. Service friendly, but a bit busy. Good value for money. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, which is annoying when you are eating.

29/05/2026: Very disappointing. The fish (pollock fillet) was tasteless, and the Caesar salad was a disaster (the lettuce had brown tips and the bases of the leaves were starting to rot, the croutons were hard and inedible—the crispy chicken, parmesan shavings, and dressing were okay). I spent the entire meal picking through my salad... I would never serve a salad that far gone at home! And I can't believe the kitchen dared to serve this dish! The service was adequate, but the clientele of regulars was noisy and inconsiderate of other tables. In short, I do not recommend it.

21/07/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience. The staff were unfriendly, even disrespectful, despite us being guests and potential customers. A minimum of courtesy and respect should be shown to everyone. The service clearly leaves much to be desired. During a heatwave, it's regrettable to have to ask for water or fans every ten minutes. These are things that should be provided automatically for the comfort of customers. As for the food, it was good, but unfortunately served cold, which is a shame. I understand that the intense heat can make the staff's work difficult, but this doesn't justify the lack of professionalism or the poor service conditions. Given the many other customers who shared their dissatisfaction, I think a serious review is necessary to improve the welcome and the quality of service.

05/07/2026: We chose this caterer for our wedding and were delighted from beginning to end. From the cocktails to dessert, everything was excellent, refined, and perfectly executed. We opted for meat cooked on a brazier, which was simply delicious. We received nothing but compliments from our guests: everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! A huge thank you to the entire team, who were lovely, always smiling, and very attentive to our guests throughout the evening. We highly recommend them!

30/07/2026: A very warm welcome, the owner is friendly and very open to conversation. The starter, main course, and dessert were perfect. For tartare lovers, these are the best in the area. An excellent place to eat.

23/06/2026: We booked a meal on the spur of the moment, which was fine with us. The room was air-conditioned, the meal was €18.50, and we were pleasantly surprised by the tuna salad starter. Refreshing, excellent food, quick and friendly service. A very good place to eat. I recommend it.

25/05/2026: We stopped here between champagne tastings to have a quick launch. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We ordered a croque monsieur and a beef plate, both were average, nothing special. The fries were too oily for our taste. We also had a small croquette with asparagus and cheese that was absolutely delicious. We paid around €50 in total (no wine only 1 coke, 1 coffee and tap water). Our small dog was welcomed!

We are delighted to have eaten at La Gare and highly recommend it. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the wine list is extensive and varied. Thank you so much!

18/08/2026: What a lovely little champagne shop! 🥂 I popped in on a whim because the impressive selection of champagnes immediately caught my eye. For the size of the shop, there's a truly astonishing amount of choice – and much of it is in stock. Since we were looking for a bottle to drink right away, I asked about chilled champagnes. The very friendly owner first inquired about our preferences and then recommended a Blanc de Blancs. A perfect recommendation: perfectly chilled, so we could take it with us and enjoy it immediately. The service was very friendly and knowledgeable, and communication in English was also no problem. I especially appreciated the combination of a wide selection, personalized advice, and the option to spontaneously pick up a chilled champagne. Exactly what we were looking for – to buy champagne on a whim, perfectly chilled, and enjoy it right away. We'll definitely be back! 🥂

20/08/2026: I doubted an app could actually choose a restaurant. I used an app to calculate the calories in my pizza from a photo. This artichoke pizza had enough protein and tasted good. The service was quick.
