16/12/2024: It’s been catastrophic for months, they’re not giving the right orders. We wait in front of the counter for a very long time, the staff don't even say hello. It's deplorable, every drive-thru order I have to go back inside because either something is missing or it's not what I ordered.

07/12/2024: Well seriously there are supervisors as managers for this restaurant or what?? I'm an assistant manager at another fast food restaurant chain... And this is really abuse!! The team member who takes the order has no respect and speaks really badly... When you take more than one drink per order then the drinks must be in a bag and held in place by a 2-hole cardboard There the drinks were given to me in my hand, a bag with my order and my drinks from hand to hand. Trying to drive with two cokes in your hands is no easy feat! I wanted to taste their new mc flurry with honey Certainly the honey was empty and instead of filling it is obviously easier not to use it. There was a tiny drip of honey on my ice cream... I absolutely couldn't taste the taste, the processes are clearly not respected!! I'm really shocked as soon as I come to your house, it's just amazing. I guarantee that I will do everything to contact your franchisee, mine certainly knows them! The world is small I would say the time and date of my visit to your franchisee know that I will not let this time pass! It's shameful to deal with customers like that, me or anyone else, it's unacceptable. All fast food restaurants are currently suffering from understaffing in the franchise, we are seriously short of staff but customers are our priority... I will do everything to get the information back to your frankness, believe me you have come across the wrong person. I am contacting mc donald France this evening to file another complaint and let them know that their brand is being tarnished s briey... Enough is enough!!

31/03/2024: I opted for the “Good to go” basket as my first experience at Paul Massy Cora. Very unpleasant service from the lady on duty on the evening of March 30. She can't give me cardboard boxes to put dessert cakes in, I had to guess... I remind you this is the first time I've ordered "too good to go", I'm not experienced.. We can help people a little... She laughed a lot because of that. She gives you the bulk products in a very unpleasant way. At 7:30 p.m., we had to wait for Madame to prepare her small bag and give it to the shopping center staff before the customers who had ordered. There were 3 of us waiting... and seeing the little ride on Saturday evening... I would never stay at this Paul again. to avoid.
