12/12/2024: Déjeuner dans le cadre d’un département professionnel. C’est vraiment l’endroit idéal pour déjeuner dans le secteur de Neuves Maisons. Un très bon accueil. Une excellente cuisine de bistrot faite maison. Ce jour une excellente tête de veau en plat du jour, avec toutefois une alternative pour les non amateurs, et ils sont de plus en plus nombreux….donc gonflé mais assumé. J’adore ♥️.

16/08/2024: Bon endroit avant le changement de propriétaire médiocre maintenant salade peu fraîches frites maison grasses mal cuites et glaces sans le goût indiqué juste celui de vieux produits ayant traînes dans le congel restaurant à fuir

06/09/2024: Dream wedding. Amazing team. Big ups to the whole team but in particular to Margaux and Rémi the bosses as well as Anis, room manager on the evening of our wedding. People dedicated to what they do and above all a quality meal and exceptional service. Most beautiful wedding of 2024 sorry for the others 😂😂😂😍

06/08/2024: We used Paganis as our wedding caterer. We recommend them with our eyes closed, everything was perfect, from the service to the quality of the dishes. The presentation is pretty, modern, taste-wise it was great, the cooking is mastered. The servers were super nice and efficient. We received a lot of compliments from our loved ones, they really helped make this day perfect.

17/08/2024: We couldn't go because they refuse dogs. Supposedly because the kitchen is open... there was plenty of room on their terrace. Another restaurant accepted us without problem!

03/11/2024: Small neighborhood restaurant, cozy atmosphere, books and the friendliness of the owner make you have a good time. The taste buds are in for a treat... it's good and the dishes are plentiful... I highly recommend it.

10/06/2024: Als letzte Station vor der Heimfahrt halte ich in Nancy. Diesmal habe ich das "Racine" ausgesucht. Es liegt unweit der schönen Place Stanislas und ist nett eingerichtet. Der Gruß aus der Küche kommt mir gerade recht, denn ich mag rote Bete: Rote Bete Humus auf rote Bete Cracker. Vorspeise: Seehecht Carpaccio mit einer schmackhaften Vinaigrette. Hauptgang: Ravioli mit Ziegenkäsefüllung und etwas Spargel. zusätzlich: eine Käseauswahl - und die ist besonders gut! Das Dessert enthält Rhabarber, den ich normalerweise gerne mag. Hier ist er aber etwas zu "naturbelassen" für meinen Geschmack und hat keine Verbindung zu der Creme. Das ist der einzige Nachteil. Der Service ist leider nicht sehr aufmerksam. 3 Personen "wuseln" durch das Restaurant. Drinnen und draußen gibt es genug zu tun. Dennoch hätte ich mir etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht. - Und vielleicht könnte man die Gläserauswahl erweitern, denn mein Calvados zum Abschluss kommt in einem Wasserglas.
