21/08/2024: It's been several times that I have come for the sole purpose of eating McDonald's croques but in fact they are absent once again!! What's the point of leaving the drive open later if no more products are available?

16/04/2024: First of all, I want to address the positive aspects, because despite the unpleasant behavior of the saleswomen, it must be recognized that their baker makes delicious pastries. As for sandwiches, it's not their strong point, and no effort is made about it, we realize, it's annoying even when we ask them for them. But as far as the pastry is concerned, there's really nothing to complain about, it's excellent! However, the seller's behavior poses a problem. It is very unpleasant to find yourself faced with such a moody person, especially first thing in the morning. Recently, I had to remind her that when I ordered a goat's cheese quiche as a vegetarian, she served me a ham quiche. It almost turned into a debate, she blamed me for not having brought her the dish. My husband ended up eating it, and I didn't want to make my customer annoying either! When I went back to get more, I asked the saleswoman to check my order carefully because last time she had made a mistake. She consulted the baker to find out if it was possible that she had made a mistake and he said that no, it was impossible. However, he was not present during my first order, so he cannot know what was served to me! Despite the quality of the baker's products, I will entrust the creation of my wedding cake to the competition. Frankly, they are much nicer and in terms of the taste of what they serve us, they have nothing to envy them. I find that respect and a smile are crucial, especially when the prices are as high as those at Janny's Bakery. The derogatory attitude I have encountered recently has deeply disappointed me and encourages me to distance myself. Normally, I am patient and I understand that fatigue can influence the behavior of workers; after all, we are all human. However, there are limits to tolerance, and I refuse to deal with nastiness. This is unfortunately not the first time I have encountered such unpleasant behavior, and it goes beyond what is acceptable. It is important to remember that without customers, a bakery cannot survive. Shouldn’t a minimum of recognition towards those who choose to frequent your establishment for their daily meals be the norm? Is a simple hello, a smile and respectful communication too much to ask? There are many other bakeries that offer quality service. No one is irreplaceable, even when we offer bread comparable to that of the best Parisian bakeries. It is important to remember that nastiness never leads to anything! You lost loyal customers who bought their bread every day, their croissants every Saturday, as well as pastries and sweets regularly, and I will never set foot there again, neither me, nor my friends, nor the rest of my family !

27/01/2024: Classic baguettes, nothing special to say. On the other hand, the medium-sized galette des rois at €18... Very bland, not very thick. Disappointed 😥

30/08/2024: My Quick & Collect order was not complete (the potatoes were missing from my menu and no ketchup or mayo sauces with the 4 McSmart menus). And the drinks were not carbonated, which is not nice for drinking cokes and fantasies.

25/08/2024: A lot of waiting but given the crowds this was normal, we took advantage of the small terrace which was very pleasant with the sun. Nothing reported about the food.

14/08/2024: I ordered by evening delivery and honestly super good, order arrived quickly, hot and honestly the quality is very good. I will recommend without hesitation.

09/08/2024: Hair found on the 4 kebabs, undercooked fries, damp breads not edible and a taste of white sauce, no words.... Total disappointment.

23/09/2024: Hello, I would like to say thank you to the black woman who locked the restaurant lock in our faces when we arrived at the door. In style mode, there’s nothing to turn your back on after closing! this Monday evening at 11:00 p.m. I'm in the restaurant business myself, that doesn't mean I allow myself such a big lack of respect! A minimum of communication, right? Thanks to her you lost a customer who has been coming every weekend for several years because I live next door. Bye

12/02/2024: It's sad to see a pillar of fast food after all these years but the quality has rarely been there, I will miss this place more out of nostalgia than out of a real lack of food. it's always sad to see our city of Nancy lose its pioneers.. hoping that things go well with cheaper rents and owners who think about the attractiveness of our beautiful city

18/07/2024: The new self-service presentation is not at all adapted to hygiene. The products are exposed to the open air and to customer handling. If all of Marie's stores had to be set up like this, I would go to a competitor.

16/07/2024: I went to buy my bread as usual, however I was surprised to see that the customer can help himself. Not at all hygienic, especially when all the customers touch the tongs and put them back on the bread. There is hydroalcoholic gel and gloves available. However, no customer will use it. I prefer to buy my bread elsewhere than to get a gastro... It’s really a shame…

30/08/2024: Helpful and friendly staff. Meal very well served, hot, order complete. Congratulations to the manager and all the staff. This is not common.

29/08/2024: This Mac Donald is a shame, a large fries that turn into small fries and a missing royal deluxe... and of course it's a delivery order so I'm a liar. And this isn't the first time!

17/09/2024: I was their only customer and I was refused to take my order at the checkout because "you have to go through the terminal"! There is clearly a problem in this story, especially since there is a card at the checkout and the payment terminal...

17/09/2024: Burger received half eaten. The soda wasn't full. I ordered old fashioned fries, obviously I received smashed potatoes. On the other hand, big mention to the lady who cleaned, everything was splendidly clean.

09/08/2024: A reference! I have been ordering regularly for several years, and I am always impressed by the efficiency of the staff. A wide choice of products, at more than affordable prices. It is true that items sold individually can increase the bill, so be careful not to confuse appetite with gluttony; in general, a small portion of rice or noodles and 2 spring rolls or skewers are enough to fill me up, especially at dinner. No need to test everything at once, you will have the opportunity (and the desire) to come back. See you soon !

02/08/2024: Nems légumes : Remplis de vermicelles trop cuits. Même constat sur les nems viande. Juste bien situé. A tarif presque égal, bien meilleur ailleurs.

30/08/2024: Deplorable hygiene! Window full of wasps (infestation) and when I point it out to the saleswoman she tells me “it’s normal there is sugar”. I still think that in terms of hygiene and contamination there are things to be done to limit the risks on the part of management. 5 wasps per chouquette if no more. Fortunately, not all bakeries in the area encounter the same problem. As for expedited service, let's not talk about it.. I won't come back.

19/08/2024: Catastrophic, already the employees have nothing to do with work apart from laughing together, and you go by at 6:10 p.m. to be told that there is no more bread even though they close at 7:30 p.m. And it's not the first time this has happened. Close if it's to do that

Sticky floors. 3 sandwiches to have bacon and eat cold is normal To be avoided very strongly We contacted Quick France and the health authorities with photos after cleaning of an employee where the condition is still deplorable No wrist at the toilet door If I could have given a negative rating I would have done so. A manager who does not take responsibility for her words who is aggressive and allows herself to say that it is the customer who is. Only put 4 photos here but there are others. Customers came to tell me that I was right but did not dare to tell the manager

14/09/2024: If you want to eat pizza, this place is definitely worth avoiding. Order cost 43€ for two pizzas 1h30 of waiting for in the end I had asked for a 4 cheese and I ended up with a merguez on the plate. They don't give a damn about the customers how this pizzeria is still open today!!!!
