23/08/2024: Very friendly and dynamic staff, very welcoming boss. The food is very good and homemade, however the quantities are really minimal compared to the price, which is a shame... Pleasant setting under the plane trees.

04/08/2024: Execrable welcome to customers after ordering skewers to share even though sharing is the basis of the concept proposed by the restaurant. The boss judged that the order was insufficient when he brought the dishes and made multiple reproaches to us in a very unpleasant tone, reproaching us in particular for having used his toilet and for not having taken enough dishes. Given the tone used we left in shock. An experience unworthy of the other traders encountered in Perpignan.

21/07/2024: Un accueil au top une cuisine a tomber les filles sont toujours très souriante 'des soirée inoubliables je recommande vivement cet endroit. Un excellent moment de détente pour oublier les petits soucies du quotidien .....

09/12/2025: The experience was very unpleasant. First of all, the accommodation smelled of sewage constantly. Being so small (25m) the stench was everywhere. Even though we aired it, it didn't go away. Second, booking sold the accommodation as a hotel, and with a bed, and in reality it is an air bnb and without a bed. There is no one to receive you, but the operation is like air bnb. Finally, the wifi didn't work either. We contacted the phone number provided to inform, but no one answered us. By the way, there was no bed, but a very uncomfortable sofa bed. There are many other accommodations with very good locations. We will definitely not return to Residence Saint Vincent.
