14/02/2026: Excellent restaurant with noodles made by hand right in front of you. All the dishes are excellent, but I especially recommend the duck noodles, which I order all the time. The place is really inexpensive and the service is quite fast. The servers are also very friendly and understanding.

It's connected to a shop across the street where you can find similar products. Thanks to the team who welcomed us.

24/02/2026: A delightful discovery during a stroll: this little restaurant, frequently mentioned in the Petit Futé and Routard guides.
At first glance, the restaurant seems small, but you'll find a lovely vaulted cellar with a decor reminiscent of your grandmother's home! The seating is excellent, with typical Lyonnais and homemade fare. Be sure to book ahead, as this restaurant is very popular. Highly recommended!

22/02/2026: Yum, a beautiful piece of veal, undoubtedly cooked at a low temperature, and an exquisite chocolate fondant tart. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Just one tiny minor point: while the 'birthday cake' was indeed there (what you provided was perfectly adequate, no problem), I think I had to mention the gluten intolerance to request a gluten-free bread.
But thank you for a lovely time at your home.

25/12/2025: A really great bar! While passing through Lyon, it was recommended to us by a shopkeeper (Faguo 👋🏻) who described it as his favorite spot. I can see why: the terrace was packed even in the middle of winter, the atmosphere was friendly, and the staff were lovely. Very pleasant!

22/02/2026: A strange experience at this brasserie; the servers seemed to be from another planet, with many oversights and long waits. The waitress spoke to us as if we were her friends...
The dishes were also really dirty.
In short, the service lacked professionalism, and the food quality clearly didn't justify the prices.
15/02/2026: A lovely spot in Croix-Rousse, but overwhelmed by customers... a victim of its own success... you have to be patient.

02/12/2025: I followed the reviews that promised an ideal place to work, and I wasted my time. There was only one power outlet in the entire café (already in use, of course), pop and rock music blasting, and exorbitant prices for a hard brownie and a bitter, bland matcha. It was my first and last time there. The staff were friendly, though.
27/11/2025: It's a shame. The place is welcoming, but the music is far too loud.
I call that noise pollution!
I asked them to turn the music down, but it seemed "impossible." A flimsy explanation. I won't be back.

19/11/2025: Traditional Lyonnais bistro. Set menu at 22 euros (starter, main course, dessert). Very good meal of Lyonnais specialties. Excellent experience. I recommend it.
