03/10/2024: Our recent visit to Bouchon Les Lyonnaise in Lyon was a culinary delight. We opted for the Menus des Soyeux that gives you a full set. My wife and I shared this and just added another main.
The Onion Tart with Greek Salad was a very interesting and delightful starter.
For the main from the set, we chose the Quenelle. If you like to eat fish and seafood, this dish is for you. We also added Ravioli eu Gratin as an extra main (outside of the set), which was a hot, comforting and satisfying addition.
To conclude our meal, we indulged in a Gourmet Coffee with Assortment of Desserts. The coffee was expertly brewed, and the desserts were a delightful assortment of Lyonnaise treats.
The service at Bouchon Les Lyonnaise was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome.

21/08/2024: Owners went overboard to make us welcome!
They moved chairs around to keep us seated in a shady spot, cleaned the table immediately and John offered his shoes for cleaning as a joke and they cleaned them too :)
The omelette wasn’t cooked as much as we are used to in Australia but it still tasted great and coffee was good too.
We promised to send a postcard from Singapore on our way home but couldn’t find one… so sending from Adelaide.

26/09/2024: For the first time at Olivier the Master of the place we were not disappointed and for good reason everything was perfect the extremely warm welcome from Marie, the intimate decor is baroque specific to (Bouchons Lyonnais) and of course the "food" from La Meunière to bang their ass on the counter 😂 The Meurettes eggs, the chanterelle ravioli, the grilled teats, the grilled andouillette, and the famous Veal's Head revisited by Olivier 👍 a killer never tasted in this way with smoked bacon is excellent and very tasty. “My mom, whose 91st birthday was, enjoyed this TDV.” The list might not end because we want to eat everything, but we will come back to continue discovering the Meunière menu. Well done Olivier and Annick, keep it up with your team, you are the Best Bouchon in Lyon. 👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

15/07/2024: In all honesty, we had planned to go next door... But closed due to technical problems. So we find ourselves at 4G, and we immediately feel good there! Warm and attentive welcome, familiar but not too familiar, and comforting and very well-executed home cooking! The dishes are generous, the seasonings are just right, the prices are reasonable. A real authentic restaurant that we will talk about and revisit with pleasure!

27/09/2024: 2 experiences: September 20, nothing except pasta gratin rich in undercooked fresh flour and very soft pasta
September 25, wait 50 minutes, not very pleasant welcome, overworked but friendly waiter, dish of the day confit lamb shoulder replaced by chicken whose sauce base has an interesting appearance but why did you add fresh vinegar (Lyonnaise style) without take the time to let it evaporate.

25/09/2024: Pros ; The mushroom soup was very tasty as well as the wine, atmosphere is nice but maybe a bit too cramped, potato’s are pretty good but basic
Cons : the pasta “gratin” was wayyy too cooked it was nearly nauseating because the pasta was melting and forming a strange sort of paste. You could clearly taste that it had been reheated multiple times. No vegetables accompanied our meal so a bit disappointing as well. Service was mediocre

19/05/2024: Great experience at this restaurant. We ate on the terrace. The food is delicious, the wine is good and the boss is top notch. Coffees were offered to us. This is a beautiful place to return to.

23/07/2024: Excellent choice of Breton beer, on tap and in bottle. Extremely friendly and pleasant staff, always good advice on which beer or cocktail to drink.
Concerts regularly, which contribute to the atmosphere of the place, and on various themes (rock choirs, rockab, punk, black metal...)
Another point to note: establishment fully accessible to people in wheelchairs.
Negative point which is not one: the network passes quite poorly towards the back of the bar for several operators, which avoids distractions and allows you to enjoy the present moment.

La pâte faite maison, au top.
Equipe très sympa, ambiance agréable.
Nous conseillons vivement si vous êtes dans le coin.
04/05/2024: May 3, 2024 - the pizzas are excellent! Really nothing to complain about there I will come back more often. The only downside is that the restaurant is a little small and noisy due to the proximity to the other tables.
