17/04/2026: I'm new to the neighborhood and, while walking past, I saw some great food. I thought I had to try it. I wasn't disappointed: it's a small neighborhood restaurant that serves delicious dishes. I had the hand-chopped steak tartare. It was divine, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

26/07/2026: Appalling service. We ordered on Uber Eats at 9:54 PM (as the person we spoke to on the phone pointed out). We then received a call from a young employee who immediately said, "I'm out of pastrami." No apologies, nothing. She offered us absolutely no alternative. We had to ask her what was available. And her response? "Actually, next time, order earlier, I close at 10 PM." Excuse me? If you close at 10 PM, why is Uber Eats still accepting orders at 9:54 PM? It's not the customer's responsibility to suffer because of your organizational problems. We mostly got the impression that she simply didn't want to take the order. Frankly, if you no longer want to serve at a certain time, block off the time slots on Uber Eats instead of being unpleasant to customers.

10/06/2026: I've been here several times and have met both the owner and the baristas. I've never had a bad experience. The coffee is consistently great, the service is friendly, and as an English speaker, I've always felt welcome and never judged for not speaking French! The prices are very reasonable for the quality. It's the kind of place that keeps me coming back whenever I'm in the area. That said, this is more of a place to grab and enjoy a great coffee than to sit and socialize. Seating is very limited, with only a bench outside the shop.

12/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to arrive at this hotel, which exceeds Novotel standards. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Well located for my needs (close to the A7/M7 motorway). But the main draw is its staff, who are always available, professional, and friendly. This week, a special mention goes to Quila and Vaïté, but the entire team (both Reception and Restaurant) deserves praise. I highly recommend this establishment.

05/07/2026: Disappointed by your lack of professionalism. After claiming you had tried to contact us (false), you cancelled our reservation under the pretext of a 15-minute delay. A convenient excuse to close early? It's a shame, because hospitality and transparency are just as important as the food. In the future, don't confirm anything for 9:30 PM if you can't manage it… 5 tourists visiting Lyon; thankfully there are plenty of other nice places in Lyon!

04/07/2026: We had lunch today at 12:30 pm in this traditional Lyonnais restaurant, and what a wonderful discovery! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional kindness and warmth. The staff is incredibly attentive, the owners are equally welcoming, and the entire team, from the cooks to the chef, is passionate and dedicated to their customers. The food is simply outstanding. Generous portions, perfectly prepared, with authentic flavors that truly surprised us. Each dish is a real treat and demonstrates genuine expertise. The service is impeccable: quick, attentive, friendly, and highly professional. Frankly, it's flawless! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation. For us, it's a perfect 20/20! A huge thank you to the entire team for this delightful and convivial experience. We will gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover a true Lyonnais bouchon where you feel right at home.

12/08/2026: We waited 45 minutes only to end up with a completely burnt ravioli gratin and a salmon steak that was far from cooked and, moreover, dangerous given that we were with three young children. The dishes were sent back (no apology from the waiter) and reprepared, this time properly, suggesting a lack of desire to serve decent food. On the plus side, the waiter gave us a discount on drinks (which were complimentary) and offered us desserts to take away. However, overall, a far from memorable experience.

12/08/2026: Super cute wine bar for lovers of natural wine. We drank whites and reds, all very funky. Tapas are a must because they're really good. English-friendly If you're in Lyon, definitely go!

31/07/2026: I'm giving it 3 stars for the quality of the food and the location. There were four of us on the terrace. The setting is superb, but a table for two was right next to ours, leaving little privacy for the couple dining there. It would be nice to leave a bit more space between the tables. As for the food, the frogs' legs were delicious (we would have liked slightly more generous portions), the sea bream was cooked perfectly, and the pizza was good. However, my partner had ordered the pizza + dessert set menu for €28, while the à la carte menu is €31. But when it arrived, we received a tiny pizza the size of a dessert plate! A complete disappointment. To our surprise, the waitress replied that it was clearly stated that the pizza on the set menu was 28cm. That was true; we hadn't noticed. However, she could have pointed it out to us when we ordered, rather than mentioning it in a tone that implied "you need to be able to read." Needless to say, we won't be going back, as we really feel like we've been ripped off.
